I recently purchased a 2021 GMC Acadia from Lake City Buick GMC. When I first arrived, I was only looking at used vehicles. Jeremy Ring was my sales associate helping me and he asked if I would be interested in brand new. My first thought was brand new would probably be out of my price range. However once I test drove the Acadia, I loved it. Jeremy and his co-workers worked with me on my trade in and getting the monthly payments in my price range. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Jeremy was excellent, understanding, and patient during my experience.He went above and beyond to get the deal for me! 10 out of 10 would trade with them again.

Greatest car-buying experience in the South!! After a few terrible trips to dealerships in Jacksonville, Lake City GMC saved the day!! It started with a phone call to Tony Turner, the GM. He worked his magic and got me the best deal Id ever seen! This was all done electronically too. Next I was contacted by a terrific salesman, Terry Minor. Terry personally drove to Brunswick, GA to pick up the truck I was interested in. He drove it back to Lake City GMC and had it serviced, washed, and topped off with gas! Upon my arrival to Lake City GMC, I was immediately greeted and shown to the truck. My commute to Lake City was longer than the time I spent signing paperwork, which I was very appreciative of! Best car buying experience Ive ever had. Ask for Jeremy specifically. He worked with me over the phone, unlike other dealers who simply want to get you in to waste enough of your time to wear you down. Price negotiation was straightforward, and the closing process was quick. Jeremy has been attentive long after the sale, checking on us periodically, and helping us complete the setup. My son will be 16 this year, and I intend to buy from Jeremy again for his vehicle.

The Service Department is amazing..They are so friendly. Mitch and Robby are awesome to work with. They will explain everything to you, before the work even begins. The servicemen are fast. They are so accommodating. I was most impressed with the clean lobby, they have for you to wait in. They have clean restrooms they serve coffee if you like. They serve bottles of water if you like.. this place is so awesome. All of their work is guaranteed..They will also discuss with you anything they are going to do, even before they perform the service, so there will be no surprises..I was completely satisfied with their work .

Shana was my sales representative and the only one out of all the dealerships I’ve contacted approximately 5. That was really responsive and answered my questions to the point and sent me videos and plenty of pictures of the truck i had a interest in. And didn’t do the usual pry as much information about me as possible tactics. Couldn’t be happier with the purchase. Easiest truck transfer I’ve ever done.

I had been searching for a new Yukon to buy in a particular color for weeks with no luck. After this she showed me a truck I was interested in. We talked and after showing me the truck we went into her office. We were both very comfortable, absolutely No pressure sales pitch. Went in for an oil change about 2 weeks ago and I was very pleased with the service staff. Ran into a hiccup while getting the oil changed that wasn’t anyone’s fault but none the less Robbie went above and beyond for me and handled the issue. 10/10! Definitely recommend Robbie!

Traveling from Kentucky to Hutchinson Island 2 days after Christmas & our AC went out on our 2016 Yukon. We stopped in Lake City at this dealership to see if they could at the least add Freon. The service manager was so nice & even though he was short staffed, they looked at our vehicle & verified that it was a bad condenser & freon was leaking off. Long story short, they had the part & installed it in about 2 hours. The receptionist told us about a great little restaurant within walking distance & we enjoyed a nice lunch at their outdoor seating area with our dog. This is a very friendly town & the dealership is top notch. We would give them TEN stars if we could. Can’t thank them enough. Our Golden Retriever, Trigg, is extremely grateful. 🐾🐾👍🏼👍🏼

Nice ppl and Great Attitudes. Will know Service later. I have two Free oil changes per year. I found a very hard truck to find that Ive been looking for a 2500 High Country which is the same as GMC Denali and had a great price on it compared to the Dodges I was looking at Loraime package.

They got me in, and fixed my problems. Still wondering how waiting all day doesnt warrant a vehicle under the warranty plan I have. 2 hour repair I am supposed to get one, guess getting parts from another dealer and having to leave truck there all day doesnt add up to 2 hours with GMs common core math. Staff was great, helpful and did good repairing my truck. Will go back, but now with a back up ride planned in advance.

Best cust. Serv. experience ever. Took my car in today for an oil change. I arrived maybe 5-10 min. early. The guy at the front desk met me at the door, even knew my name. Ive never been there before for service. He took my info immediately. He even took a drive with me when I mentioned hearing a noise. Nothing wrong thank God. They changed my oil, checked fluids, belts, tires etc. Even washed my tires and vacuum. At check out was $18. cheaper than quoted. Under $35..👍. Even got a free air freshner. All in less than 30 min. Over all experience was exceptional. Will NEVER take my car anywhere else. Apologies for not remembering guys name at desk, (in terrible with names). He went above and beyond.
