Im being generous with 3 stars, but to be fair, its possible it deserves more. I was in Lake City & looking for a phone, called this place & asked if they had unlocked phones. He said they did. When I got there, he said he wasnt sure if had Android unlocked but would check. Instead he sat there waiting on other people, making me wait for something wasnt sure he even had. I finally just left. There were several people there though, likely locals who knew his business, so he may have a good business.
