The worst Verizon store ever!The phones on display were not in stock and the salesman comes out w/ a phone in a box and says this is similar to the phone you want. I asked can I see it?He said, Not till you buy it!WOW 😲😳Dont waste your time or breath walking into this store!I will drive to the next the next town up in Live Oak. It may cost me more time and fuel, I hope I find a better service team!

The store front is fine but just be cautious we pay $360 a month and literally can’t use any data or send iMessages half the time and calls always get dropped. I have spoken to many MANY techs and every time it’s ends with well I’m not sure I’m sorry. No solution. Phone Service has just gotten horrible. Just for warning. And for no one from the company to even care enough to try and fix the issue is just ridiculous.

Purchased a new phone and new phone service everything was great happy with my phone had to call customer service when I got home to have them you know make it work cuz the data wasnt on but overall the lady on the phone through tech support did a great job.

You must be kidding me! Verizon you dont even deserve 1 star. You get as much help in the store as you get from this agency by telephone. NONE! I have been paying insurance for years and they are looking at my account and couldnt tell me the deductible or how to replace the phone. Here is a brochure. Seriously!!! That was the last straw for me with this company that Ive paid for over 25 years. Refuse to help a customer because they wasnt receiving a commission. Horrible Customer Service with really BAD Phone and Internet Services in Lake City, FL. Signed, Lost A Loyal Customer.

4 employees on with me as the only customer. All they cared about was how many minutes until they closed. Told me they couldnt do anything more for me but i had 16 minutes to get to the other Verizon store before it closed.

The absolute worst experience Ive ever had at a Verizon store DO NOT GO to this branch. After the Verizon store open in 15 minutes late. I went to pay my bill in cash. Instead of apologizing for opening late. They are aggressive in telling me that I need a mask. To the point where the Manager, physically removed a barrier, an stood over me. Not six feet from. Came into my personal space making me feel physically scared, that the man was going to put his hands on me. I have never been so scared in a retail environment in my life. I honestly felt like he was going to put his hands on me. Then as I walked out one of the employees called me stupid. For just wanting to pay my bill.

Worst customer service EVER!!!! Would not chose this store if it was the last store on earth. After telling the customer that there is nothing they can do...they assure they are doing all they can... when they are only in service to Verizon. Not willing to work through serious issues. If I had a real choice of carriers vs. customer service representations, I would use verizon service without ever speaking anyone in this store. Very aggressive when you dont accept their answer. Very dismissive of the customers real problem. I would NEVER recommend this store!! You have been warned.

Overall it was a friendly environment. You do have to wear a mask and have an appointment for a lot of stuff in the store for your account. But I did not get the help I expected with the unexplained charges on my account. That was a disappointment. They basically could not help me due to the account information being false.!!??

Do yourself a favor and go to the Verizon by Publix. They are eager to help and friendly. You will receive none of that at this store. Matt is the only person I’ve dealt with who cared about his customers, and unfortunately, he is no longer working at the store.

I moved to the area a year ago. Every time I enter this store I want to change my service. Rude no personality people in there . Have not gotten help from them its go on line and chat there. Chat there refered me to the store. They have trigered un wanted not requested password changes each visit.

Got to store 15 minutes before closing to add a line. The first guy didnt add my plan before starting my new phone, so he had to restart the process(by then its after closing), so he recommended that we come back tomorrow because he has things to do. First experience with this type of customer service here at this location. Luckily another salesman was able to step in and complete the sale for the phone. Just horrible customer service.

Sara is a wonderful employee. Everytime I walk in the door and she is there, she is fast to acknowledge and accommodate my needs. She is very knowledgeable on both the products and anticipating the customers needs. If you ever have questions and need an honest review about a product, without feeling pushed into buying something you dont need, I highly recommend visiting this location and asking for Sara.

I’m sitting in my truck outside the store typing this review. I would still be inside the store making a purchase if any of the 3-4 associates that were doing absolutely nothing had acknowledged me. Not really any help at all asked questions about charges on my bill. They say I have to call Verizon to get the answers. Theyre not there to help theyre just there to con you into keeping a contract with them & keep you locked in. Oh dont buy the hum didnt like and it didnt work like they say . So not gonna lie. This was the best experience I have ever had in a cell phone store. Im 22 and have a young looking face so most people dont take me to serious, but right when I walked in Daniel came right up to me and began helping me from the start. I was looking to change services and get a new phone, he showed me exactly what I was looking for and was fun to be around the entire time. Nothing felt forced or mechanical, he was a swell guy who helped me figure out how to setup a plan. So I ended up getting the S8 phone and have been very happy with it, he even put the case on my phone for me! Not alot of places do that for you. Hes the reason I switched to Verizon and am now going to stay with them! Thanks Daniel!

The girl who was helping us was very nice at first. But God forbid you and your husband have to step outside and discuss dumping $2000 in phones a bill for $250 a month. When we come back inside she was clearly bothered that we decided to go with just 1 phone instead of 3. We got nothing but eye rolls and an attitude at that point.

Just start this off with this was the worst customer service I ever experienced. My phone which I have had for 3 weeks caught started melting when I plugged it in and sparking right next to my sons face at that. I out of reflex dropped the phone and there is now damage on the phone and they refuse to cover it . Ive explained this to corporate and the retailers. The worst part is at this store the representative I was speaking to cut me off when I asked about a warranty and I showed him the phone and he immediately hands it back says he cant help me and walks away. I have service with Verizon on 5 Devices and will stop doing service with them and so in my family after this is absolutely horrible customer service. Will be contacting my lawyer soon enough about the heartlessness of this company as they could care less about the possible damage that my son could have had.

Went in due to the wall charger for my new pixel2 wouldnt work. Didnt have to wait much at all for a rep to come assist me. They checked the charger from their end, didnt work, apologized for the inconvenience it caused me, and replaced it with a new charger at no cost. Nice and friendly. That is one of the reasons I am with Verizon to this day. Great customer service!

The staff wants to help, but they also want to sell u a brand new plan and phone. In the end, they couldnt answer my technical questions. And they will not sell you a Sim card by itself, Walmart will see you a Verizon Sim card, but they were out. Strange

Came in for an upgrade, staff was pushy, just rushed through things on your phone, never explaining fully. Female staff interrupted on our return visit... very rude, talks down to you.The customer service dept ( people who work there) are not interested and Will Not help you if you are not there to buy something. Only interested in making money from sales. Not to mention rude as heck. My wife had other questions, He fixed one problem but only because I insisted. Very disappointed on how rude they were on our two visits. Wanted to have them put a plastic sheet on her phone and said sorry we are out. Also never mentioned insurance, didnt explain questions my wife had, just rude and wanted to get us out the door, and we never got a booklet explaining features of the phone, we like Verizon but will go to the nearest town instead of the rude people at Lake City location.

Terrible customer service if you are not willing to upgrade or buy something. The kids there know less about Android than a 34 year old man. Do not let them touch your phone. The only ghing they know to do is a factory reset which erases everything. Better hope you pay exorbiant prices for the cloud. UNREAL!
