Highly not recommended. Spent $700 on two new phones, a new Hotspot, and the first month bill. Hotspot was glitching right out the box. Was only able to use 4gb. Husband is a truck driver so had to wait until he was home to take the device in, only to be told I had to call customer service. The store couldnt help. So called and they warrantied the device. I canceled service so that they wouldnt charge me while I waited for new device. Guy told me as long as I reactivated within a month that I wouldnt have to pay activation fee. They actually got my new device to me with a week. I called to activate it and see about getting my month of unused data back. They told me no, so I asked to speak to supervisor. Got transferred, then they tell me I not only have to pay an activation fee but theyre unwilling to even comp me half a month. Werent willing to even work with me a little.
The store Sold me the wrong caseWhen I added my 4th Line and bought my new phoneWhen I went back up there to talk about it and get the right case they refused to refund my money and i had to buy the right case the associate is the one who grabbed the case and put everything together i mever even seen the box now im stuck with over 50 for me to get 1 correct case she admitted its happened before so they just dont care i wilp never go back to this store They should be ashamed ripping people off that way

Bryanna is always so helpful. She has helped my family and our five children with our phones, service, ave any problems we have had. She is so friendly and willing to help no matter what the case is. I would recommend her and her service to everyone. We will remain long time customers of hers and cricket.

Great service from Tonya the store manager. She really knows her stuff. I had 4 business phones to connect and transfer. She got it done well with no mistakes while still handling a store full of people all on her own. She should get a raise. Great job Tonya, very impressive!

Cricket is good as long as you dont need to make any changes to your account. If you need to change your due date, I was told I had to call on one specific day of the month. I have two lines and wanted to separate the lines. I was told I would have to change my due date and basically set up new lines. I have had a cell phone for over 20 years and this is the most difficult carrier to deal with. They need to make things easier for the customer!
Theyre full of hidden fees. Unlimited is definitely not unlimited services. Havent ever experienced difficulties as much with any other provider. Definitely switching next month.

Have been with them since they were Aio Wireless. Pushing the envelope for regular people. Great technical cell service. In store employees are 8x of 10 awesome with service and knowledge. Willing to fo what they can to help your situation. However, the 2 of 10 are rediculous and dont care about anything or know anything. Recommend.

STAY AWAY FROM ANY CRICKET DEALER!!! We got ripped off 300 dollars at the Stark FL location. They told me they used Verizon towers and that was a LIE. I had to drive over a mile down my Rd to even get one bar. I beg them for a refund in less 24hrs and was told I could turn in my phones and get 10 dollars back. Please go to Straight Talk, Verizon or Metro PCS.
