After I read the many great reports about Steve I decided to bring to him my dead computer and my lo-tech concerns. Now I must say that everything said about Steve is right. He offers fast and affordable services. He is a friendly and courteous gentleman that knows his business well and take the time to help you understand your options. I tried the computer place I had previously used and they couldnt address my problem for at least a week. I found Steves shop when I conducted a search. So glad I found him! He got me in that day and had the hard drive restored and everything updated by the next day.

I went into the shop to get my mothers files and pictures copied onto a new computer and also have another hard drive put in. Steven started right away and it was ready for pickup the next morning. Service was quick and EXCELLENT. When I went to pick up the new computer Steven showed me where all the files were and even highly organized them even though they were not at all organized on the previous computer. He also took the time to go over the computer with me, did all the updates, installed word processing programs, and gave me recommendations for the computer. I was very grateful for the excellent service and decent price. I would recommend The Computer Shop for all your computer needs.

Excellent customer service! Steve replaced the hard drive in our desktop and it functions like a new one now. He assisted in locating files from our external hard drive to restore so I didnt lose data. He also repaired an older laptop and it is working like new. He communicated clearly what the issues were and both repairs were done in just a couple of days. I highly recommend him for any computer issues.

I took my computer to Steven to install Windows 10. I was told it would be a 1 day turn around, & it sure was. He went out of his way to explain the changes & where everything was. He did no take long to fix my laptop nor is his pricing ridiculous.....I love that he sets his expectation when you come and he treats you not like a customer but a friend, that you feel comfortable. He is honest. I dropped off another laptop which is an older model, he told me, Let me first check to see if its worth the monies to fix. So, he is honest and doesnt try to get over. I will definitely return if have a computer issue and I am strongly suggesting to others to check him out.

Great customer service, Steve is very polite, nice and helpful. He knows his stuff, but he doesnt talk over your head like a lot of computer technicians like to do. So I needed Wyatt’s computer fixed. Wanted it done for his birthday (6/22) couldn’t get anyone to say they could get the part prior. However, Steven Hankins did. He told me Friday when I dropped it off that it would be Wednesday before he could get the part. How awesome!!! Even better he got it sooner and it was ready to be picked up today!!! Excellent service. Steve told me what the price would be to look at my laptop and if I needed any parts replaced he would call me before he replaced them. I needed a new hard drive. I have a Dell laptop computer and the power on button mashed for the last time and I could not turn my laptop on. My friend recommended Steve and then I asked on internet for recommendations for a reasonable PC guy in Lake City, Fl. I gave Steve a called and took my laptop over to him. He had it fixed in 1 day and most of my charge was labor. He fixed my part and saved me more expense. Will be taking my pc to Steve in the future if needed.
