She told me John could help me with a unique issue I had involving computers and that he was trustworthy. She called him and John told her to send me over that day and he could help me. I went over to his business later that day. He was very friendly and was extremely helpful. If it wasnt for John, I wouldnt be able to do what I needed to do on the computer. I arrived expecting to leave my lap top for a few days for servicing. 3 minutes after I walked in John had my unit on the operating table and taking care of business. More than once hes lent me his expert advice and even been cordial enough to show me the insides of my laptop, explaining where problems might have occurred. An absolute professional and an honest businessman if ever there was one.Most recently he successfully assisted me in repairing an extremely difficult part. Essentially this was a part originally built by robots on an assembly line somewhere and simply is not made to be worked on by anyone after it ships. I knew the situation was dire as it was a part for a customer of my own and when it broke theres only one person I could think of who might have any idea how to go about fixing it. John gave me great advice about my options and ultimately ended up doing the repair himself! He went above and beyond any expectation I could have mustered, helping me after hours and on his own time to see it through properly. To my astonishment, we were able to save to part, and the $700 it would have cost to replace, just unbelievable to think it was even possible and yet he pulled it.I highly recommend you take your technical issues and needs to Onyx Systems, if he cant do something for you right there on the spot he will make you aware of any and all options you have and resources you might need.
