So my wife and I just bought a house and decided to go to sherwin Williams to look at paint. We were given some space to let us look before we were asked any questions which was a nice change from going into other places. Me and my wife found a few colors and spoke with a knowledgeable gentleman named Kell and he was very easy to talk to and didn’t try to sell me on anything but rather explain differences in the paint we were interested in. While we were being helped few other customers came in and the manager Mike immediately helped them while Kell was still with us. We decided on a color and a guy named josh took our sample and started mixing our paint while Heather rang us up. By the time we paid our paint was ready and we left Sherwin to start our project. So we will be going to sherwin Williams in lake city before we go anywhere else. They have earned our business and I’m submitting this review so they can earn yours too.

This store is expertly managed and staffed. I have always been satisfied with the advice, assistance, and value of the products. The selection of equipment and products is unmatched by the big box stores. More importantly, the assistance of the staff is remarkable! When you realize that the cost of a paint job is primarily in the labor, there should be no hesitation to go to this store, choose the high quality products and listen carefully to the advice.

I live in Live Oak, FL and this was my first visit to Sherwin-Williams in Lake City, FL.The staff on Saturday were great. When an error was discovered with one of my products on Sunday morning, I went back first thing at 7 AM on Monday morning.Assistant store manager, Kell Prevatt, went the extra mile to correct the mistake which had happened over the weekend.These guys are great at true customer service. The mistake that occurred could have happened to anyone.They made it right for me as they realized I had driven 50+ miles round trip to make a purchase from them and then back again to return the defective item.I strongly recommend this particular store and staff for superior products as well as terrific customer service skills.
