Fantastic inventory ready on hand.. friendly and knowledgeable employees. Parking could be a little tight if theres big construction trucks in the driveway and oftentimes little nails windup in the parking area so save yourself the hassle and a new tire and park on the street..

Im posting a one-star review because one of Ferguson employees was extremely rude to me and rude to other people. The employee Daniel does not know how to talk to people. I will never go here again and I dont know how he could still be employed here when he talks to plumbers and other people and customers the way he does! Im extremely disappointed in Ferguson

If you arent a plumber just expect the staff to ignore you and scoff at any questions you may have. Not personable or helpful.Unfortunately I had to go here for an item that could not be found at Home Depot. When I asked my question I was told good luck and after asking more questions found out they had exactly what I was looking for. I guess they really just dont care if they make a sale or not.Unfortunate as I had come in here about ten years ago and the staff was super helpful and I spent easily over $1,200 on supplies to repipe my water main.

Hi Ryan, No way to reach you directly to get price quotes or ask questions. I get rerouted to Pomona. Its either e-mail or nothing. I can speak directly to my other plumbing suppliers sales right away. Called your 858 number and its out of service. As a plumbing contractor, time is money and you are losing all my business because of this.

Their Customer services is so bad, for that people goes to home depot or somewhere else, they need to teach their cashier how to treat or talk to customer.

Overall inventory isnt very strong. The experience/knowledge pool of the staff is shallow. Good for common consumables, I guess.- Plumbing Contractor

They gave me a pleasant experience. Sure anyone can sell you a sink but its the experience that they provide that counts. Went in to look for a sink to fit my grandmothers cutout on her marble bathroom counter and we were unsuccessful but I still rate them 4/5

If you are a home owner and looking for assistance, do NOT go here. Instead go to their showroom by the spectrum (see my 5star review for their showroom near the Spectrum)This place is for contractors only and anyone not a contractor is shunned. The experience we had here today was absolutely appalling. We had a list of Moen part numbers to order for a complete bathroom remodel.... Guy wearing a black BMW hat said I dont have time for this, come back some other time.I asked how we could expedite, and he started to help a little. 20 minutes later, someone else came in looking lost, he barked to them that they should go to the showroom.We realized that we probably should take that same advice and left.Ferguson is lucky we gave the business another chance by going to their showroom after the experience we had here.
