I got helped by a person a real person and I liked it!!! Seriously it means something to have someone not just point you to an isle or say its by the xyz section. Yes I should know the BB layout by now but still....nice to get genuine help.
Always choose Robbie and Kory for audio installs. Guys take pride in their work and are very knowledgeable at what the do. They have done several custom installs for me on Side x Side, Boat and several vehicles. Guys are great at what they do.

The ENTIRE staff is RIDICULOUSLY AWESOME @ this store!!!Sadly, I cant say the same for the back end office account management. The people high enough in the chain, who get paid to answer the phone while staying @ home, had me in TEARS. Ive been trying to get reimbursed $388.16 since NOVEMBER 2020. THEY HAVE NOT CORRECTED THEIR MISTAKE, NOR DO THEY CARE ENOUGH TO DO SO!!!! I SHOULD be treated with both kindness and appreciation as a valuable patron ~ AS I AM CONTRIBUTING TO THEIR PAYCHECKS ~ however, this is absolutely NOT the case!!!!!!! If it werent for the employees @ our Lake Jackson store, SO HELP ME Id NEVER step foot in Best Buy again EVER.

The employees are helpful and the return policy is very forgiving. However, they broke a laptop i brought to them and didnt tell me. Went to fix a screen and they broke the motherboard. So i recommend buying their stuff, dont use Geek Squad though.

They need to restart their battery and electronics recycling at the front of the store. That helps the earth and provides a great service for customers. This is a very small Best Buy store. I need every incentive they can provide, and the closed recycling bins really peeve me. No more purchases from me until they again accept recycling items.

Bought a TV here to replace a damaged TV that I had. Speaking with the representative about how my dog knocked over the first one I was encouraged to buy an extended warranty on the new one. Fast forward to today I was moving furniture around somehow the tv damaged in the process. I went to use the warranty and physical damage is not covered. So if we had a discussion about rowdy dogs being the culprit to the first TV why in the world would you con me into purchasing a warranty that does not cover physical damage? Thanks for ripping me off.

So on March 15th I bought a Galaxy S21 and it was working good at the beginning it was working really good,had no problems at all,so a few weeks back,phone started to have problems with connection and it said no sim card available only can make emergency calls untill the point that I was not able to do anything with my phone,so I called the store and explained the situation,gave the info and everything they asked,but they said there is nothing they can do about it,so they told me to call Samsung because it has a 1 year manufacturer warranty,so I called them and send phone and they could not fix it because the piece they need in order to fix phone they do not have it,so a brand new phone is now a P.O.S,so I called Best Buy again,told them about it and all they said is Im sorry we can not help you and its not the first phone that has been bought there and the same thing has happen to them,so I recommend anybody to not purchase the Galaxy S 21 if you dont want to have same problem and have Best buy do nothing about it,,Bad Customer Service that is for sure.
We got a great deal on our TV and surround sound system. The team member was very knowledgeable and friendly. They showed up on time as scheduled for installation. Very happy. We also purchased our refrigerator. We shopped prices and found and even better deal when we came in-store.

Employee could not help me find what I needed. I also purchased a new remote for a amazon firestick. The package and instructions clearly stated - batteries included. There were no batteries and the remote had dings and scratches, as if it was used.
I bought a refrigerator online with this store as my home store. Was supposed to be free delivery to the room of my choice, and I paid the extra fee to have the old one hauled away. The delivery men refused to bring it inside and would not take away the old one unless we carried it outside. They said that it would cost extra to bring it inside. Thanks to my neighbor for helping carry them in and out, but I will not do business with them again.

This location is always out of stock items. I even tried ordering ahead and never seem to get the deliveries right. I will not recommend this location. 100% worth driving to the Pearland location.

We spent two minutes talking about an alternative because they didnt have the one i wanted amd then the one that was recommended was sold out too. Better off shopping online honestly
Went to buy a new pc, they told me I had to wear a mask. I chose to leave. We still live in america. Shouldnt have to wear it if I dont want to. Already had the virus thats 99% survivable....Will anyone ever stand up for freedom???

Phone was supposed to be repaired overnight. Instead they mailed it out and it was gone 5 days. I couldn’t even pick it up to take else where. I didn’t authorize them to send it out. It was just a cracked screen covered under Apple Care. They wouldn’t answer their phones all day. I had to call and email corporate to get a response from them.
Kudos to Robbie in the service department in Lake Jackson Texas, he installed my satellite radio over this last weekend and he did a EXCELLENT job.Kept us informed and gave us some options. Im very happy with my new radio, everything works great. Thank you..... !!! :-)

Amidst the craziness, the associates still provided excellent customer service. I was greeted from beginning and throughout my entire shopping experience. Pretty Professional place especially Robbie in car audio this man KNOWS HIS STUFF and has experience out of this world, I have been to this location many times and havent really ever had any issues although I will ask EVERYONE please read and know the return policy and tos when shopping here if you dont know it ask for a copy of it -1 star due to lack of transparency and exhaustive legal jargon within it careful you may need an attorney to understand your rights within it .

We initially bought a washing machine and a dryer, we had to wait 1 1/2 for delivery, on the day of delivery the workers who had to make the delivery said that the entrance door to the apartment building was closed and that they had not found where to enter, that door remains open all the time, 365 days a year and at all hours. We had to call and the answer was that we had to wait for the next delivery date, which would be in 1 month. Obviously we do not accept that and we had to go directly to best buy and demand that they return the money because we were not willing to wait 3 months for delivery. There is no respect for the customer, they do not comply with deliveries.
The reason for my 2-star rating has to do primarily with the location/size of the store. It appears to be half to a third of the size of a regular Best Buy, and the merchandise selection reflects this. I have to go to Houston if I want a hands-on look at the computers (and accessories) I normally buy. Other than that, the associates are helpful with what they have to work with.

I love this store. Not huge but not small either. The people are always friendly and helpful. I almost never have to wait for service. And typically as long as you have your item on warranty you are good to go! Its always a nice and easy experience.

Bought new phone for tech challenged husband today. Great clerk at store in Lake Jackson that sold us the phone helped husband download contacts after we took phone to AT&T and were told there are no more tech clerks in store to help with that anymore. Darya is a great clerk and asset to your business. I recommend her and the Best Buy store to friends and family.

Always love going here to dream about things that I can do with the products they offer. This day I went to pick up a camera that I ordered online. The process was flawless, all of my items were pulled and waiting on me. Had I not meandered around the store, I wouldve been in and out in under 5 minutes. Staff is always willing to help and answer questions on various products. I will be going back the next time I need to purchase electronics.

Wow!!!! The difference in the Best Buy help and the ones at the actual AT&T store is night and day! I wish I could remember the name of the young dark haired lady who helped me. She was working solo and still had a smile and took care of everyone as if we were her only customer!!! I HATE iPhones but utilize multiples for my job and she helped me transition to a new one with ease!!!
Clean store with helpful staff. Theyve been accommodating and nice about returns and price matching. It always seems to be warm when I go, so I end up standing in front of the Dyson fan display.

The Geek Squad here is top notch. Tyler and the gang have been taking good care of my devices for years. They really know their stuff. They are all very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend the service plan which includes antivirus software. Don’t trust anybody else with your computer or tablet. This is where it’s at.
I had a great experience from the time I walked inside the business and walked out! Every employee was very cordial and knowledgeable throughout the store. I purchased a HP Laptop that I had actually researched which one I wanted to buy but I didnt find it on the shelves nor did I ask about either. But the one I purchased was much cheaper and has almost the same components the other one had. Thus far I am happy with my purchase. The store was very clean also!!
I am calling from out of town, trying to help someone in town. The menu was unhelpful, I needed a person. BUT ...when it finally would NOT HELP ME IN ANY WAY AT ALL...it asked if I wanted to take a short survey.. sure...why not? It said good by and hung up on me. They dont want feedback (helpful or not). Not cool, Best Buy.
Great store. Big selection. A lot of knowledgeable people. On the negative side, I did not see radar detectors. They used to carry them but now it appears they do not at least in the store. If they are theyre very difficult to find. When I need some technical help, theres usually plenty of knowledgeable people with great attitudes. The checkout lines are a pleasure. Usually very fast and the service is typically with a smile.

Friendly staff who has answers to all of your questions make it easy to make shopping one stop and effortless. I stopped by lowes just before going here and no one even acknowledged me. At Best Buy I was approached within minutes of arriving in the section I was shopping for. When making big purchases you want to be treated like someone who is making important decisions as stated before the staff in Best Buy had all the answers I needed to make my decision an educated decision. I will go back for all of my big ticket items just because I felt like I was treated as someone and not like I wasnt taken seriously because I chose to dress comfortable.

Staff was completely useless. After walking around the store for 10 minutes - the staff playing rap music and talking amongst themselves- I looked on the Best Buy website for my item. I chased down an employee and pointed to the image on my phone. He walked me to within 10 feet, pointed over there, and kept going to whatever was more important than me - a customer. Fortunately Walmart is next door and had a similar product for less.
We came for a tablet for our daughter. I was passed to a couple of different employees They did not know much about tablets. Instead they kept looking on their tablets to research everything. Im glad I researched what I wanted before I got there

The 2 young ladies that assisted me right after the store opened on 4/7/18 were so friendly and helpful. Other employees said good morning, asked if I needed help, and thanked me for coming in. This is how a store should be ran. Excellent customer service!

I went in a looked at several different products for some price comparisons. The prices there are similar to the other places I shopped. The store was clean and in good order and the employees were helpful and friendly. I enjoyed my shopping trip there and will be making more trips to this store.

I had a great experience with the sales associate that helped me with my decision on a laptop. She had noticed that I had been looking at 3 different one and explained the difference between the laptops. I needed a laptop mostly for work and checking e-mails, which most all of them would do, but she pointed me in the direction that would give me the most bang for my buck and I appreciate that instead of trying to sell me the most expensive one out there. Nothing is better than true honesty when one is trying to decide between different laptops. Will buy from them again!
They told me what I needed to be able to do what I want (get on Zoom with old desktop) and where they were out of one of the needed things (webcam), arrangements were made for one to be delivered to my home within 5 days and without shipping charges, was in and out and I love it that way when I shop...

Dont like standing outside and not able to see what I want to buy.Next door at office max, have never closed, so I went there twice when I could not get into best buy and bought what I needed there.
Like most places, Best Buy has to compete with online retailers and Best Buy, like many other brick-and-mortar businesses, fails miserably. They have over-inflated prices on virtually everything, which is to say, you can get virtually everything they offer for less by shopping online ... and in most cases that includes shipping costs. Ive also found a large training gap in their personnel where different employees, both local and corporate, give different info when theres a problem with your order. I wrote a comprehensive letter to local store and corporate management and received nothing but a form letter. They do sometimes have really good deals on cellphones. If I were in the market for a new phone, I would absolutely check out Best Buy. Outside of cell phones I wouldnt shop there.

Alright to start this off I took my computer to the “geek squad” first guy I dealt with told me because I have a custom computer that it would be a hardware problem, when my computer was put together 6 months ago and I was playing games and also working. the geek squad has officially wasted two days of my life.I will be going to fry electronics for now on out.
