Went today to purchase wireless door bell push button. Staff very helpful. Like the lay out of Home Depot better than the other big box store in Lake Jackson. So far no problem with my purchase. Installation was seamless. If I had one concern no bags I guess its bring your own. I will know next time. 5 stars anyway.

I like Home Depot. I can usually find what I need, but if I cant, finding an employee to help can be difficult at times. Has a nice stock of whatever Ive needed.

Good products however they are poorly staffed, always unable to get someone to help locating a product or to even helping to get a curtain product up high on the shelf inwhich of course I ended up retrieving what I wanted myself with the help of a ladder near by. Yes I did clear it with their front desk since they said they were short staffed that day.

Not sure if theres more than one Darryl at this location, but he is maybe in his 20s and recently got promoted to a new department. Darryl is always helpful, even when its not his department! Also explains how to use the home depot app on our phones.. Always asks how youre doing & is ready to assist! Thanks again.

I need to give thanks to to staff in lake Jackson. Jeffrey, one of the night mangers was incredibly helpful. I was in a jam there at a job site ran out of cleaning material. I call and explain my situation to Jeffrey and he had to store stay open late so I can purchase material to complete my job. Home depot is very fortunate to have a team member like Jeffrey. Employees like him are hard to find.

Just once id like to find to find an employee in this place who actually knows about construction and can help find what I want. Asked 4 people for metal polishing paste (even said I am not talking about car wax). Every single one still sent to me to the car was isle.FYI: its in the isles in the middle by drill bits and accessories nowhere near the car wax.

I used to shop almost everything here. But a big desepcion yesterday when I noticed the remarks price on emergency staff. Even if you show a pic a different price on the tags

Waited 45 minutes to pick up an internet order. When I went back to the service desk to find out when it was going to be brought out, the manager apologized and personally brought it out to our truck. The wait was very unusual for Home Depot. Ill forgive them this time!

David in electrical did a great job helping us acquire all of the items we needed. There was a little bit of an issue trying to get the wire as this home depot needs a new wire meter for cutting wire. The pro section was very helpful as well.

I actually had somebody that was able to tell me what screws I needed at this store! What a welcome relief after all of the disasters at Lowe’s in the same parking lot! Do yourself a favor and go to Home Depot! Customer Service is so much better there there is none at Lowe’s!

Great place to shop for flowers, helpful employees and good prices

We came in for some extention cords during the big freeze and it was crazy busy, but the associates were out helping out as best they could. I was impressed to see the store manager out on the floor and helping customers with the self checkout stations. Everyone was friendly even though they were swamped with customers needing plumbing supplies.

This store is the best Home Depot Store I have ever been to. It is neat and orderly and the employees have a great attitude.

I like how this store is ran by a good manager I have had some problems but when I spoke with management they were more than willing to make things right and go the extra mile to help me with my issues and the products that I needed from the store the rentals make things very convenient and and many things are very conveniently priced not always the best price but great selection great service great warranty and return policy any employees here for the most part with the exception of a few bad eggs that you will have anywhere everyone for the most part helps out and really goes the distance giving you assistance you need

Clean and well organized. The person at garden center was very friendly and helpful.

Was going to their competitor and realized I hadnt brought my mask then I remembered the Home Depot provided masks. Went in and got all of the plumbing supplies I needed from Home Depot. Everyone was very helpful. Lake Jackson Home Depot is my new go to hardware store.

Online ordering is a joke. They essentially lied to me about my order for about month before saying, oh never mind we never had that. I contacted them multiple times about it and its was the same lie. Order from Amazon or Ace.

This place has an amazing customer service but are out of material so often.

I ordered and carried home a Boss model 900 water Softener SN# 19152246. because I wrote the it was cracked and a sticker had been placed over the split Home Depot would not post it. But it is the truth, the box was not damaged, nothing above the tank was damaged but the frame work was. you can tell it cam from the factory like that. Of course you do not find this stuff until you get it home, and then have to take it back and order from somewhere else. this low rating is for Boss and not so much HD except they refused to post

Just overall bad service. I had an order to pick up that had been purchased online and was also shopping for other items in the store. I pulled into the curbside pickup, followed the instructions in my e-mail from them, and nothing happened. After about 15 minutes I went inside, waited at Customer Service, and told them what was going on. They argued with me that there is no online app. That you have to text the store. I showed them my e-mail from Home Depot, with the button to press, and they said theyd never heard of it. I took my item to the car, moved to a regular parking spot, and went back in to shop. I could get no help, I was looking for an item that the app said was in Aisle 3, Bay EC2, but no one in the store could tell me where that was. My wife finally found it, but the item was not there. I finally gave up, went home, and shopped on Amazon.com.

I was looking for an over the stove microwave/vent hood. It looked like they had several in stock but there was no sales person to ask. I hope to find one somewhere. Not sure itll be here. 2 stars for lack of service.

Pretty much always have what I’m looking for. Very rarely do they have limited supply of any certain item. Definitely a plus to have in the community. Don’t mind the Veteran’s discount, neither.

There is still a statewide mask ordinance in Texas. Half the people in the store were not wearing one. It is up to Home Depot to make sure all customers are wearing a mask.

I think your employee named Justin deserves some recognition for his outstanding customer service. I walked in to your store today to buy paint and the guy at the paint counter was extremely busy. Justin walked by and i asked if he worked in this section. He told me he didnt, but would be glad to help me. He really went above and beyond for, ME, the customer. Im really glad to see that there are people and big business that still hire employees like this. This man definitely deserves a raise or a promotion. Keep the good ones big business, by doing them right.

Good enough store for general needs. Too much online buying for a brick and mortar location. Dehumidifier- online, hose clamp assortment - online,. Its a balancing act for stores, but you bankrupted all the mom and pop shops, pony up and get stocked.

I found just what I was looking for and was in and out quickly. Very good experience.

Sept 23rd wed night i decided last minute id drive the 45 minutes to lake jackson to grab some things id ordered. i broke my foot and have been cooped up for weeks unable to walk. i thought a nice drive would get me out of the house. i assumed i could use curbside pickup so no walking would be required, and i also wouldnt even need to change out of my sweats. haha! when i arrived however, i realized curbside ended at 6pm. i called my husband and he suggested just asking for help. i felt kinda bad doing it, but id just drove all the way there. i called and a very sweet young lady answered the phone. she said in a very friendly and upbeat voice that shed be happy to help me. she told me where to park and charels, and chance came out to help. they were so kind to do this.. they told me not to worry, it was no problem, and it was their pleasure. these two employees deserve some recognition. customer service like this is rare these days. i truly appreciated their efforts. please thank them personally for me.

The help is a joke and has an attitude. Didnt but anything because you can find it and no one to help while they are talking among each other.

The Installation store employees are of NO ASSISTANCE OR HELP!! If you have not started your Installation Project....DONT!!!!!!!!!( This process has been 4 months, and the JOB IS NOT COMPLETE!!!!!! TOTAL TRAUMA!!

Dryer broke and needed a replacement quick. Went there to find out they have no major appliances in inventory but they could deliver one in a week or so. Bought one at Lowes which does still have a limited inventory. I guess those days are over.

This 5 star review is specifically for Billy in the Appliance Department. He has been so responsive, kind and helpful through an ordeal I am having with the installers damaging my new dishwasher. Some of it is out of his hands, but he is working to help me make the right connections to get it fixed.The world needs more customer focused employees like Billy.(By the way, Albert in Kitchens is great too!).

Everybody of the customer service and returns desk is always fantastic and helpful. I rarely have a bad experience and shop at home Depot regularly I have to drive an hour to get to this one.

There are several exceptional employees that have gone above and beyond to help me at this location, be it either with questions or physical needs such as cutting pipe or finding items.More recently, Justin helped me by cutting a bunch of small, annoying segments of pipe that would have been a pain to cut at home. He was very thorough and polite the entire time, and gave me very helpful advice on my project. He double checked his measurements, and made sure each segment was properly and smoothly threaded. He even wiped all the oil off of each piece and got a box to hold all of them so they didnt clang around in my cart or car.I then needed a few pieces of 2x10 cut, and a long haired gentlemen whose name I cannot remember was very prompt and careful to meet my measurements and get me on my way.There have been multiple instances of employees staying a few minutes after closing to help me find what I need, and over a year or so ago an employee in appliances named Billy got us a great deal on a stove, washer, and dryer while there was a sale going on. He was honest about the different brands and didnt try to upsale us on things we didnt need. He was mindful of our budget and very personable.This is a great location! As I tackle more projects in our house, I have no hesitation returning to the LJ Home Depot.

First time, here. I asked a tall man. For were to fine something he just looked at me walked away..Then another worker said sorry sure ill help you.I thought that was creepy.

I love Home Depot. They are usually easy to find in the store and they are friendly.

What can I say, its Home Depot! They rent equipment which is an awesome service, they have a good selection of items, and prices are reasonable. They have some good sales throughout the year where you can save a lot of money. Only negative would be there Garden Center. They dont seem to put much focus on their plants and trees.

Love their nursery. They stand behind their plants!
