Great people and customer service. We had some problems with our new dryer and live several hours from our vacation home. Called and they were prompt and professional. Great customer experience and service as always. Went in yesterday to buy washer/dryer since my old units had broke. Keith was very helpful and knowledgeable about all models which helped me make best decision based on my families needs. Also, by the time I finally made my choice of washer/dryer it was about 10 minutes before the store closed and Keith still offered to deliver my washer/dryer (himself) to my house since they would be closed Monday and I was going to be without washer/dryer for 3 days. Thank you John, Keith and staff for everything and making my wife happy!!!

After living through all the issues with a front load washer, my new Speed Queen top load, with an agitator is a dream come true. On top of a great product at a competitive price, we had great in store service. The delivery and installation was wonderful. The guys removed the old washer and even waited while I cleaned the space before putting g in the new one!

Great service and same day delivery! Big box stores could only deliver a refrigerator in 7-14 days for only a few $$$ less. Not worth the wait when you are without a refrigerator. Delivery men took extra care bringing appliance upstairs and to make sure it was level. Highly recommend this store!

We took our television into Champagne to be repaired. The TV is an older, 11 year old, model which the manufacturer no longer made the replacement part for. We were able to find a replacement part on the internet and Champagne repaired our TV with that.

Really nice employees. Locally owned and operated mom and pop appliance store. They sell home appliances, beds, and some electronics. Easy in and out, free parking, great helpful staff. If you are near Lake Jackson Champagne is definitely worth a look.

Ive managed the service department of an oil field service company all my life, so I know good service. The service we have received from Champagne is outstanding! Their service tech, Jeff is super nice and seems to really care about Champagnes customers. I will always use Champagne, and Jeff!

During a storm, a limb broke the neutral wire on the incoming power line to our home, causing a severe power surge throughout the house. This greatly affected the operability of the Double oven (Electrolux) we purchased at Champagnes a few years earlier. Nathan came to give it a once over and it was quite perplexing, trying to figure out everything that was affected in the oven’s control system. But with patience, diligence and dedication he managed to get everything back to the correct working order, and for much less cost than I expected. Great service people and products are why I always have and will continue to make Champagne my go to place for all of our appliance needs.

Spoke to the owner, personally, and was treated much better than by any of the local competition.Prices were competitive, and deliver and installation was done on the same day.The also handle their customers service problems.

Placed an order for a dishwasher and after 1.5 months had not yet received a call or communication from anyone on the status so called myself. Was told it would be in next week but then another 2 weeks past and hadnt heard anything so called again only to be told they dont know when theyll get it. I ended up canceling my order. I usually like to support local businesses but this is not one that deserves my or your business. Very poor service snd they dont appear to know what is going on. Disappointed to say the least
