I had a spectacular experience here I walked in for the silk pillow cases but called in advance and the manager Jonathan made sure he set them aside for me so when i got there it was quick and easy. I went to the lake Jackson store for a wedding and I forgot some makeup there is a white male person who was helping me to choose the correct foundation and setting powder and also the perfect mascara!! he was so kind and so helpful I will comeback to this location again BCS everything was in the correct place and they also give a free lancome gift for my purchase of $125 yayyy!!

Nowhere in the website says you can’t bring anyone during hair appointment. I even called and let the store know I’m running late and the store associate didn’t mention that particular policy. I GOT TO THE STORE ONLY FOR MY APPOINTMENT TO BE CANCELLED. Train you employees better!

Today was the first time I went to Ulta. The store was a bit intimidating at first, but I was able to find what I needed after a few minutes. There was a sales associate who was a great help to me, I unfortunately didnt catch her name name, but she had pink hair and pink hearts on her face.She helped me find a good toner and an eye cream, and didnt try to upsell me. She also helped match my foundation, which I am extremely glad for, because I was way off.I will definitely be coming back to this store for my beauty needs!

Google maps says close time is 7pm Sunday. There window store hours show 11am-6pm close. The covid19 times on Sunday taped to window are noon to 6pm. Ulta needs to fact check google and apple - the GPS 99% of people use. This is my second wasted trip to Ulta to retrieve my bday gift - the first trip was to a different location and they were out of the August bday gifts. People are busy and going anywhere during a pandemic is a thing. It should not be this complicated.

The yonger woman whom I got my haircut from did not know what she was doing with my long thick hair. She was the low level. I agreed on the lower level because I thought Ulta only hired those that have TRUE EXPERIENCE. Not mediocres. Took an hour to simply dry my hair with the blow dryer because she did strip by strip like with thin hair. And the haircut i asked for was not the one I got whatsoever(wanted front layers that also framed my face).

I had no idea what n I was looking for but Jessica is an absolute gem, she helped with great products and great prices and not only that I had lost my cell phone and she found it! Excellent and friendly helpful service!! A++

Great experience very polite towards my mother and I.

I took my wife to have her hair cut here. The stylist who took care of her, literally took care of her. My wife felt very self conscious about her hair, the stylist named Dani, took great care through her talents and expertise with the products they offer. My wife smiles a lot more from this experience. She didnt just get her hair cut and sent bbn packing till the next time, she was instructed on which products work best for her hair and how to keep it healthy. Great service, great outcome, and great products.

Extremely poor management, lady at the register crumpled up my receipt and gave me attitude and the manager just stood there.. manager said I couldnt return an item that had been used. Lol my palette was in an excellent condition. Smh

Most ofthe staff are very friendly. But they never help me at the door when i come through the door with my stroller, probably a push door could be useful. Also this one employee, I didn’t get her name she had glasses, was in my eyes rude. An employee asked for her help and explained to her what she needed help with and she grabbed her head and slightly rolled her eyes. So unprofessional. Other than that employees always try helping you.

I was disappointed the other day when I was trying to pick out a new foundation and none of the workers seemed interested in helping me. When I first walked in, I asked the first worker I saw about a foundation. Instead of trying to help me find it, she just pointed to where it was. After looking for a few minutes, another worker came and asked if we needed any help. I told her what I was looking for and she showed me and gave me a few sponges to try it on. This really irritated me because every other time I’ve been to an Ulta or Sephora, the workers will apply the makeup to you and help you find the right shade. I think I was one of only two people in the store on a Sunday. It wasn’t like she was busy and needed to do something else. Next time I’ll take my money to Sephora.

I came in to pick up a few items and had my stroller with me. I was struggling to open the door and get the stroller in, the girl who greeted me looked dead at me and said welcome to ulta unenthusiastic almost ignoring me really and did not offer to help with the door which I do realize is not her responsibility but it was rude nor did she over to help me in any other way. Checking out was not any better. There is limited contact in this type of retail setting but I felt beyond unwelcome.

Everyone is sooo nice and very helpful and they will try there best to help you find what you are looking for.

The staff is friendly. Very helpful. They were having a special thing for makeup from Estee Lauder. They were having it at the entrance and that wasnt good. I almost left.

Went to pick up shampoo that was on sale and their app said they had at least 1 but there was none. Had to order online and pay shipping.

Twice I have gone to the store and had to wait at the counter for assistance because only one register was open to assist customers. Both times I left the store empty handed due to poor customer service

I went to Ulta first before going to Sephora with better hopes, but shouldve stuck with going into Sephora to begin with. I went in just for one product for fine lines. I let the person know my face is naturally oily. 3 products tested on my face later, all of which were wayyyyyyy over my budget. A 24k gold mask, why would I need that?!? Lol. I ended up having my face completely broken out the next day. Dont get me wrong the sevice was great and the people working there are super nice. Just pretty bummed to walk out with nothing but acne when all I wanted was a product for fine lines.

Ive only been there once but the employees were very friendly very helpful they only asked once if you needed anything or any help after that they left you alone let you do your shopping answered any questions you had and fairly good prices
