Deli staff should train the front cashiers about Great Customer Service because it’s lacking!! Four star’s are definitely for the deli department! Although they deserve 10 stars!

Brooke Ina pharmacy manager was amazing, empathetic, has impeccable customer service skills. My hand came off and had to be surgically reattached. All of the other pharmacies we went to were closed Brooke understood we had just left the emergency Room and was very helpful being a business owner myself, I know Having people like this on your team Will make any business flourish. These types of experiences are the reason people choose publix over other chains. I was impressed by her patience as well as her attentiveness to others needs instead of what time it was. Love this Publix, my go to for some healthy options. Their salad bar seems to usually be out pretty quick, but the premade salads are nice. Love the chef salad and the chicken pot pie one.

Excellent in every way if youre looking to dodge the Walmart crowds. The prices are a little higher, but the store is clean, well stocked, and it couldnt be easier to check out.

Always have a good time here. Publix is Publix, and as long as you know how to shop its a great place to do so. Cashiers are always polite and make small talk even when Im only there for a couple things - to some that might be annoying but they do not force conversation if youre short to give them a hint you dont want to talk. Never waited in line for too long either.

Wish i could give negative stars. not only did i place an order for a sub at 1:45 to be picked up at 2:00 i got it at 2:20. everyone who came in just got their subs and left... i was still waiting. The sub was soggy and it had olives on it which i’m allergic to. i’m beyond disappointed. no apology for the wait or nothing. i will not be back

This isn’t the Publix I regularly go to, this one is bigger and I’m not crazy about how the isles are laid out, but the store is clean, and I can still find whale ever I’m looking for. This store’s fresh seafood section is lacking, but the deli is very nice.

Really nice friendly staff. The store layout is taking some time to get us to casue its laid out differently from our other Publix but they have everything we need. Close to home and always ice and clean. Never a mess anywhere.

I have been observing the quality of Chicken is plunging and tasting terribly bad. Especially that organic chicken drum sticks smelling very bad. Please maintain the fresh Organic chicken. Sometimes observed terrible behaviour/attitude by that old man in the seafood section with few people. Please warn him to behave politely with everyone . Beef is ok but the chicken is terribly bad. Invited few friends for dinner and everyone was disappointed with the chicken quality and its smell. Publix plz improve the quality.

This is the second time in 2 weeks I’ve placed an order online to pick up a sub, only to arrive to not find my order at all. Instead I am told “Oh we ran out of chicken. Sorry.” Alright I understand some items/ingredients run out, but when it’s the only protein on a sandwich why not call the customer and advise? I mean they require a phone number and an email address when you place an online order, so why not utilize it?????? Instead I got to waste 20-25 mins of my 30 min lunch to leave with no food and a desultory apology not once, but twice. Lesson learned so I’ll just stick with good ol’ PB&Js from home. 👌🏻

Friendly Starbucks, huge olive bar, nice cashiers, and a liquor stor. I almost wished I still drank alcohol. The folks in the Produce Department were very helpful and knowledgeable.Very nice!

I ran in just minutes before they closed on Xmas Eve, I tried all day to get there. I rushed around to get the few things I needed, other shoppers came in after me and not once did I hear a Publix employee complain about having to wait on us last minute shoppers before they could go home to their families. Thank You Publix at Colonial Towne in Lake Mary, Florida for having employees with such great Guest Service, Professional, Friendly and Helpful makes me want to go out of my way to shop there. Thank You and again I apologize for being a last minute shopper on Xmas Eve.

Great food, great prices, very nice store

Very snobby employees. At all other Publix stores the employees in the aisle stocking or even ones walking thru the store always greet people. Not one said hello. Can i help you find something? Nothing. Publix once was known for customer service, not so much anymore. Just because this store is in Heathrow doesnt mean you shouldnt have manners.

Would have had 5 stars if I didnt get an attitude when I asked to have a fresh loaf of bread sliced up. Definitely the first time in 20 years of publix shopping that it turned into an issue.

Great experience today (as always). The employee cleaning the carts around Noon was very nice and cheerful going in...and helpful on the way out! The daunting and repetitive task of cleaning the carts didnt negatively affect one bit! She deserves an extra kudo today!

This is not a Publix I shop at, as I live out of town, but this 5 star review is for their bakery. I ordered my wedding cake from Publix and they did an outstanding job! They have several standard designs to choose from but we really wanted to design our own. They worked with us to make sure they fully understood our vision. On the day of, we finally got to see the cake and it was PERFECT! We would not have changed a thing!! It was gorgeous, tasted amazing, and was very reasonably priced. I would recommend Publix bakery and anyone in need of a cake.

I walked in and ordered 10 subs for a staff meeting. JULIETTE was amazing at the deli counter! I feltbad for such a large order but she was friendly, efficient and smiled the whole time. Chit chatting while working truly making it a pleasure to be at Publix. I hope corporate/managers read this bc Juliette really did make the whole experience easy and comfortable. THIS is why I shop at Publix!
