Publix are great at uniformity- they are all very similar and lucky (they would say it not LUCK it’s hard work) for them, publix are uniformly great. We are not a member of any kind of publix saver club, so some of the prices seem a bit high. However their fruits, veg, deli, seafood (see pic) meats, and cheese sections are very good. Checkout is fast and friendly. Bakery has a few gems like pastries and pizza dough, but variety suffers.

Everyone in the staff was really really nice and helpful but the manager seemed like too cool for school you know like pushing questions that customers ask on to employees just to make it so they look like theyre always teaching.... Like come on.. I asked you cuz it says manager not because I still wanted to have a regular employee help me

This specific store amazing! I forgot how to spell her name Everette (I think, I apologize). She is an older petite woman with pin buttons on her apron working the the sub area. She was TOTALLY amazing while making my sandwich. She was charismatic, professional, friendly, and warm. ALL sandwich workers here are amazing but she definitely stood out from them all. I am hoping she will get the special recognition she deserves! OH if it helps to find who she is, she drew smiley faces on everyones sandwich bags. Its the extra mile she does to stand out from the rest!! Overall, clean store, friend environment, organized and family friendly. My children always get a cute sticker from the cashiers! :) Thank you!

I love this Publix. It is larger than your standard one and seems newer or at least has a very nice layout to it. The location does lend to it being busier than most stores but I never mind that. It has never taken long to check out when Im ready to go. The only thing that I find so-so (but not enough to dock stars) is the hot food bar. It always looks really sad and not super fresh, unlike the salad and olive bars which are great.

Nathan, a customer centric Publix employee who worked in Floral between August 29 and Sept 5, 2021, was that most helpful, kind, and concerned person. He made sure that my request for 7.5 dozen roses were arranged beautifully, helped me to my car, secured them in my car. And wished my 90 year old mother a happy birthday! Appreciate you, Nathan. Outstanding job!

Great little Publix, store is tight, but manageable, the parking lot is a different story, very weird setup, and a bit crammed.

Excellent customer service as always. I asked if they carried a particular product, and instead of telling me which isle it was located in (as many other stores would have done), the young man walked me to the item. You cant beat that service.

Although I had forgotten this store was nearby, I will be going back as my regular store. The store is lovely, for a grocery store and the service wonderful... very helpful. The grocery manager was stocking shelves but still stopped to help me find an item for a new recipe I was planning to try.

This is my main store I shop at for all my food needs! This store has all the top selections and Great Bakery Desserts that I really like! Also the people in the store are very helpful and the checkout is always quick and the handicap parking is great for me because I need it! Just a great store all the way around! Try it one day?

The Produce Section is impeccable. And the Produce Gentleman is always in a great mood and I really love the service here every staff member is very helpful and happy.

Very clean and organized. It has just about everything you would expect from a good Publix, though not as broad of a selection as the Winter Park Village Publix.

Publix customer service is exponentially deteriorating in many of its stores. Produce, peaches, and prunes, are low quality and are very dry and bad tasting. I went to get a sandwich, the store was nearly empty and they had loads of employess behind the counter. I was told that someone was going to attend to me shortly. Of course like in many other Publix stores the customer is no longer a priority, the employees are, especially in the Deli areas. After noticing that none of the employess had any intention or urgency to set aside the cheese or the ham they were attending to in in a timely manner as to take care of the customer, I just simply left. In Florida the economy is doing good. I hope that there will be no more government bailouts. Because at this point if a buisiness is not doing well it is their own fault. Surely you could train your staff that attending to customers who bring in the revenue that will allow you to attend to other things, should be a priority.

Purchased beer and realized when we got home there were brown bugs on the cans. It was cans from two different ends of the isle, clearly something is going on and they do not care because I called to notify them and customer service couldn’t care less. Disgusting quality and service.

I had several questions when I was at the deli tonight and Dylan was right there to answer every question. He went out of his way to check nutrition facts for me on the items I was purchasing. He is a great asset to Publix. Also, Mike who was stocking shelves placed three cases of water in my cart when I didn’t even ask. Another great employee! Large selection of things. The deli was extremely busy but they were moving (the hot and cold foods). The bathroom was clean as well (as most Publix restrooms are)

I used to shop at this Publix, but quit because of prices and staff. Today was a very different experience. Maybe they have new management or something, because everyone was GREAT! Also, their variety is wonderful. I spent way more than intended and not unhappy about it at all.

I have gone to this store to get yogurts that they offer in every publix I have been in and they do offer them here but good luck actually getting them!! They do not make sure they have enough for the customer demand and getting someone in that section to help you all I could find in the fruit area was a couple of young guys that didnt seem to do or care to help !! I only write this after several visits trying to get the same products . I will try again to speak to the store manager before I give up on this store and start shopping at Winn-Dixie.

I usually have a great experience with publix and customer service. yesterday they were off. I asked my cashier for help finding a product I needed and she told me she didnt have access to the public app. I then went on to Customer service line and there were 3 ladies working customer service. Two of them did not look at me or stare at me or tell me to hold, while one worker was just sitting and the other just standing there. There was one lady working the lottery and took me afterwards and assisted me with what I needed so she was great but the other two were no help or great with customer service. They let someone cut the line and assisted her without saying a word. I was highly disappointed on the most part.

The store was filthy. The womens bathroom had feces on the floor. I told an employee, but they seemed unconcerned. Absolutely disgusting.

Smaller, more convenient sized Publix with a fresh more modern aesthetic. All the basics done right. Much easier to access with kids or when tired or for those with disabilities. A very pleasant shopping experience. Only thing I found disagreeable was this is the first Publix that has some self checkout registers, which is always a bad sign for customer service in the long term, but thats a completely different topic. This Publix is definitely a great place to shop.

Had an encounter with Molly customer worker today in lake Mary fl. Very rude to me when she was clearly on her phone while working. I needed service from her area. I’m sure Publix does not 1 allow one to be on their personal phone while working and in addition be ride to ANY customer. Me being an African American women felt very offended when she goes out her way to help a Caucasian woman while I stood there and rudely said she was helping a customer. I think I’m a customer to... is it my complexion she did not find a need to assist me or I was not of importance. I know Publix would not approve this. A call from the store manger would be great to express my concerns. How many other persons of color may have issue and brush it off.

Fast and easy shopping even at last minute

My experience in this Publix is always pleasant. For this specific review, I wanted to focus on the bakery. I spoke with Danyelle regarding my sons custom zoo birthday cake. I brought a picture and a few ideas, and she really polished it up! Everything turned out perfectly (better than the picture I brought in), it tasted great, and it was incredibly affordable! This was absolutely perfect for my sons 4th birthday -- everyone was impressed, and my son loved it! Thanks, Publix Lake Mary Collection bakery!

The guy working as cashier in the express line needs to learn how to count. He yelled at me for being in the express line when I only had 6 items!! This is the express line lady well I hate to break it to you sir but 6 is less than 10 so I have a right to be here. I guess you dont need to know basic math to work as a publix cashier!!

Ordered on line at deli. When I arrived at my designated pick up, they hadnt even started, even though two associates were just standing around. And then instead of apologizing, I got a weve been really busy.

This Publix is great right now. Staff all wearing masks and nearly all customers wearing masks as well. Arrows and markings to allow for social distancing. They are well stocked on all items and have plenty of specials. A great place to buy your groceries and get some good food and stay safe.

Publis is always my first place to shop. Its not a discount store, but prices are within range of similar stores. Its clean, and if you do see something up to par, it will be taken care of immediately. I love the selection of goods, always well stocked. (Except for Clorox wipes, which I cant find anywhere.) The people are friendly, in spite of having to wear a mask all day. They also are good at helping you locate items.

I love Publix and will not shop anywhere else. However attitude in this store is below the Publix standards. Even the customers are rude.

I wont be returning to this Publix after today. Twice in the past week they had products labeled with the wrong promotional price, and then gave me a hard time at the register when I pointed out that it rang up with a different price than what was advertised. Last week when I noticed that my spinach rang up its normal price instead of the 2 for $5 deal on the sign that was in front of it, the cashier got agitated with me, snatched up the spinach, and stormed off to go check the price. She came back with the sign and very angrily changed the price in the transaction. She never said a word to me, she was just extremely rude about the whole thing. Then today I bought 2 of the Peter rabbit brand fruit/veggie squeeze pouches that had a sign 3 for $5, but rang up $2 each at the register. I brought it to the cashiers attention and showed her a picture of the sign I had taken (which I started doing since last time I had an issue) and she says how do I even know that was from today? Is that even in this store? So I showed her the time stamp of my picture which showed I just took it 10 minutes prior. Then she asked the bagger to go check for the sign since she obviously thought I was lying (why the hell would I?) SO I told him where it was located and he left to go check. Of course a huge line is forming behind me and everyone is giving me dirty looks for holding up the line. He came back and said No youre wrong. The Buddy Fruit packages are on sale not these to which I replied that those arent even the same brand and not even located in the same place as the ones I was buying and I asked if he actually looked at the Peter rabbit product, he said no, even though I told him exactly where to find it. So he just found something similar and came back to tell me Im wrong so he didnt have to do any extra work. So I got a product that was advertised for a certain price and it rang up something more expensive and instead of fixing it the employees argue with me? Even when I had a picture I had literally just taken 10 minutes prior? Horrible customer service. Ive never been to a publix location that didnt honor advertised prices especially when its their fault if its labeled incorrectly. I will never return to this location again after the way I was treated.
