Great place to buy groceries. Their BOGOs are always awesome and shopping here really and truly is a PLEASURE! Best Deli & Bakery out of ANY other store (including other Publix) within 25 miles or more. Janey and Benjamin are the best with their super friendly help at the Deli every time Im there. Overall A++

Managed to score the worst possible rotisserie chicken here. What a waste. Wannabe deli just not making the grade.

I like this Publix, it feels home grown. Its not alot of people that shop at this location compared to others (Which is why I like it so much). The only thing with that is some items arent available. But I definitely see them growing more in the future.

Needed dry ice. We called and they ACTUALLY answered the phone. Very helpful and guess what...they had the dry ice!

Expensive. Have been spending a lot of our grocery money at other stores now. We had been faithful Publix shoppers mostly buying their bogos. Even those have gotten expensive.

First time at this location and the only reason why I came here is because another location was out of fresh basil. Had to drive 15 minutes to find out that this location has fresh basil, however it wasnt fresh at all and black.

You need cash registers OPEN.. not just self checkout lanes. Also, I should be able to load my cart as Im scanning my groceries. I planned on just buying a gallon of milk and ended up buying $70 worth of stuff. I dont go to Publix often and I definitely wont be back any time soon. Also, you had a worker talking to a manager over towards the deli sitting on the edge of one of the coolers, about issues they are having with another coworker... newsflash!! Your customers shouldnt be hearing those conversations

Market is excellent. But the Pharmacy almost always runs out of meds. We need to wait more days for some prescriptions.

Stayed near store on family vacation. Store was very nice loved the Rosted chicken it wasfresh and very moist. The employees were very kind.

Went in to get some steaks and although I am not what you would call a people person I did enjoy my brief talk with the butcher boss (James or Jason.. sorry) and he seemed to be very knowledgeable.

Pleasant experience. This location is close to my job so I chose it to have my moms drug prescriptions filled here. The managers are always willing to give me brown paper bags without hesitation when I ask for them. I will continue to go to this location.

The people that work here are always helpful and friendly, this is my go to grocery store. Always clean and my favorite ice cream is always in stock.

I love this store! Employees are so friendly and helpful! They are employees outside the store washing down the shopping carts! Clean & not too crowded. Stop with the automated check out if I wanted that Id go to Walmart. Seriously I shop at publix bc it is employee owned and staff are helpful. If those go away so does mý business.

This Publix is nice and clean if you have MetroPCS phone service it goes out because the service over there goes out so be careful

Clean store. Very well stocked. Customer service is a 4 out of 5 and bathrooms need more consistent attention but it is a great place to shop for your basics.

Always a pleasant visit! Great buys with the BOGOs. An employee went to the back to get an item for me that was not on the shelf. I was so appreciative. He was kind, helpful, professional and going above and beyond made my day. Store is clean. Everyone is wearing their masks appropriately. The employees ALWAYS greet you and ask if theres anything they can help you find. Cashiers, butcher, Sushi maker, all are wonderful and make you feel like family. Best place to shop!!

Publix has become the replacement Goodings of supermarkets, they are expensive but super courteous and always pleasant, plus a pretty cool feature is if they do not have a product you can ask them to find and order it even specialized items. I do enjoy their BOGOs but produce, meats, poultry and fish are mad expensive.

I purchased from them 1 time and itll be the last. I purchased California sushi rolls today during there weekly promotion and what I recieved was far from fresh. I didnt realize until I returned from lunch on my break that what I recieved was bad food. The rice was discolored yellow, which I thought was maybe overcooked rice but wasnt, frozen translucent cucumber that was clearly refrigerated from the day prior and labeled as it was made today when it was definitely not. I felt disgusted and discouraged. I will not go through that again .

Publix, as a company has AMAZING CS! However, this particular Publix has ongoing CS issues. A year ago, I had to speak to the DM to resolve something that couldve easily solved at store level and I stopped going to this location for 6 months. I returned to the location after repeated confirmation from the DM on improvement on level of cs, to experience the same poor level of service, unfortunately! This store needs a lot of mystery shopping till the store management truly grasps the concept of CUSTOMER SERVICE, AT SOME POINT!

I asked for the potato logs and the employee acted confused so I pointed at them and repeated potato logs to which she said you mean fries? If she would have said potato wedges it would have got my attention but even those arent fries. 😐

Very disappointed to see self checkout, Publix was founded on a reputation for its service.

Publix is always a joy to shop at. I could not find pie crust, Publix brand is the best, but it is close to Thanksgiving so I am sure they will have more soon! I will shop here as long as I can afford to. Well worth paying a bit more for.

A man pulled up to me as I was parking and yelled profane words. And, when I was entering the store a woman argued and used profanity towards me. It appears they were together and were both filled with anger and rage. A Publix associate did ask me if I was okay and seemed genuinely concerned for my safety. Going forward, I will order and have Publix deliver to me.

Staff is always friendly. They always stock hard to find items (like Zephyrhills Water during hurricane frenzy). Store is clean & its nice that they offer to help you to your car when you need it. Would have given 5 stars, if they would stock Ben & Jerrys Chocolate Therapy flavor. Shelf has been empty for my last 5 visits. I need my chocolate therapy!!! (Dont we all, right now?) Cashier offered to call other stores, but Im trying to limit my covid exposure. Maybe next week....sigh.

Just popped in for a couple of Pub subs from the deli. The young lady behind the counter was very friendly and personable. She made our subs in a hot minute and to perfection! The wait at the register was near non existent. The absolute BEST shopping trip in a good while. True to their slogan, shopping at Publix is a pleasure. Keep up the great work Weldon Boulevard store. 👍👍
