A great local shop by the lake Mary station. The staff was very friendly and polite. Gave his recommendations. I got the Thai tea and Taro milk tea. Both were great. They had a lot of bakery items too.

I brought pies, cake and the wonderful owner gave us some cookies as well. I love desserts and everything tasted amazing. My son & his girlfriend ordered those boba tea and they loved them. The place is located at a very convenient spot, right in front of the Lake Mary Sunrail depot. Plenty of parking. The owner was very nice, friendly and gave samples of the different bobas she had to offer. I will definitely go back for more.

I finally made the trip here. Based on reviews and my experience with sweets, I went in with high expectations. Not only were they met, but were exceeded. The cupcakes are proportially sized so eating more than one wont make you feel stuffed. I was informed of Trilogy coffee and ended up buying a bag of it. The smell is intoxicating. I havent tried it yet, but will with breakfast tomorrow and will update accordingly. Daughter and i are making our way through our purchase and Im already making plans to visit regularly. Prices are competitive, the owners extremely friendly and informative. Id easily see this place at home in Disney Springs. Fortunately, the area is much quieter and conveniently located next to the Lake Mary SunRail stop, so no dealing with massive tourists. Its a 35 minute drive me for to get there, but its worth it.

Really nice Boba place with lots of yummy dessert options. There were so many options of boba alone I had trouble choosing, so many flavor combos I wanted to try. I ended getting a black tea base with blueberry syrup, and pomegranate boba. It was great. The boba was such a pop of tart pomegranate flavor, and the tea was fruity but not overwhelming, it had a nice flavor and I just really enjoyed the overall effect. They had some fancier boba options too, like a s’mores boba and one called a mermaid boba, those looked really fun and I’d like to try at some point. They had a lot of coffee options too, and you can even mix the boba with espresso, imagine that! They had a lot of cupcake options that all looked delicious, as well as creme brûlée, some really yummy looking macaroons, and cookie sandwiches. The worker was super kind as well. Yes, I will definitely be coming back here in the future when I’m nearby.

Super friendly and extra scrumptious. Really good sandwiches and delicious desserts. The co-owner Nikki is passionate about what Bobacakes serves, and despite a few limited offerings due to COVID, this is one treat-filled downtown Lake Mary business that deserves a try.

I absolutely LOVE this Cafe! Everyone is warm and welcoming, and the food and drinks are top tier. I havent had any sweets this great in years. Awesome local shop with delicious treats. The macarons are great and they have so many unique flavors to choose from. The cupcakes are tasty and well balanced. They will tell you the cupcakes are best at room temperature because of the kind of buttercream they make. I’ve ordered custom cakes as well, and they have been wonderful every time. They are also really accommodating if you want something off menu, they will make it with a notice. If you want hot chocolate bombs, they make those too. The customer service is wonderful, and they are very easy to talk to. Definitely check them out!

Let me start by saying if you know about “high quality ingredients” then you are at the right place.I love going here as they are always super nice, and their bakes are freshly baked every day. The Tea part for my opinion is ok. But because for me is a trend I can careless. When it comes to the coffee I love it!Since I am very familiar with baking I can assure you that the quality of the ingredients are highly expensive. They also make everything right there (butter cream, macaroons, fillings for cakes) and that is why prices are a little more. However they are actually comparable with other places in the area.And I know because I am a local and eat out a lot.People never complain when they pay $7.00 for breakfast, right! Considering that eggs, bread, ham and potatoes are super cheap.So please get over the price part! They don’t use corn syrup, cheap already made icing or cheap vanilla for flavoring. Even the coffee is high quality. If you want cheap then go somewhere else.

Whether you’re looking for a milk or a fruit tea, Bobacakes carries varieties of both tea and pearls to suit your craving! Don’t get me started on the macarons or the cupcakes: they’re simply divine. If you are ever in town, I highly recommend this heavenly shop!

Love this place. I make it a habit to stop in every time I’m in town. Amazing cupcakes, and the macaroons are... addicting!!! Can’t wait to order my next cake from here. I watched one of the girls decorating a cake and my mouth was watering. Nikki always makes my coffees, she’s such a sweetheart.

My wife and I decided to go there and we purchased some macaroons and Boba tea. It smell like they had just painted in there but I didn’t think anything of it. Unfortunately after we walked out and we ate our Macaroons it had just tasted of paint. Our friend had bought a cupcake as well and she said it tasted like paint too. Not sure if they left out their food while they were painting but it ruined the entire taste. Paint fumes can be very toxic and this made me to believe they did not take the precautions to make sure their food was safe. On top of that unfortunately the Boba that we ordered just tasted like water and powder and even had powder chunks that were floating in the drink that were not properly mixed in. We heard good reviews about this place but unfortunately our experience was not satisfactory.

Went today, and the tea was good. However, the employee working there was not wearing a mask or any sort of face covering. Its very disappointing that they dont care the health of their customers and coworkers.

I usually get boba when I come go orlando because we don’t have much in Daytona. I was there super early for a dr’s appt so most of them were closed. Bobacakes was near by so I tried it. The two girls working were super nice so that’s my 2 stars but the tea wasn’t good at all. It was powdery and had a really weird aftertaste. Boba was hard. Spent almost $9 on one boba tea which is way more expensive than what I usually pay for boba and I ended up pouring it out. There was no saving it. 😕

If you are looking for something delightful. Something to brighten your day. A little piece of heaven. Look no further. If you are enticed by the pictures, and are wondering if it tastes just as good as it looks. It does. You wont be disappointed. The service is impeccable, and the staff, friendly.

Amazing service!! I ordered via uber eats [#quarantine] & was so excited to try their Mac & cheese + 2 other items, but when it arrived the Mac & cheese was missing :( So I called the restaurant & Nikki immediately apologized & offered to bring it to my house herself! She was there within a few minutes & even brought a macaroon treat as well :) truly above & beyond customer service! Oh & the food was awesome - can’t wait to be able to visit in person.

The cupcakes and macaroons are amazingWaiting on a pumpkin cupcake with just buttercream frosting. Its still early in the season for pumpkin 🎃 but I am patient. Great little place to stop for a sweet treat and very nice employees.

Literally one of my favorite places to go whether in Lake Mary or not! Honeydew milk boba tea is my absolute favorite and I never order from here without getting two 24oz ones!!! The red velvet cupcakes are to die for because of how moist they are and because of that cream cheese frosting!!! I highly recommend this place! Quick curbside service too for the quarantine ❤️

Love the lattes. My favorite is the oatmilk cinnamon honey latte. Its delicious. My husband loves the caramel latte. The caramel is homemade & so is the mocha! The desserts are also really good. Everything is made from scratch. The banana pudding cheesecake is amazing! They have a variety of cupcake flavors including a churro cupcake, cookies, & macaroons, And I really appreciate that they offer vegan cupcakes. I almost forgot to mention that they also have Boba teas in a variety of flavors! Great location, indoor & outdoor seating available. Highly recommend!

Bought my family some very tasty cupcakes here! We ate smores cupcakes with freshly toasted marshmallows, cotton candy cupcakes, & chocolate cupcakes. The buttercream icing was the freshest & tastiest we ever had! My family asks everyday when we are going to go get more.

My wife and I stopped by on a rainy Sunday to try the place out. Nikki was a total sweetheart, and let us know the quiches took time, but since she knew we were in a rush made it as a panini for us instead to cut down the wait.You can tell they care about the quality of what theyre putting out. I Uber Eated from here and honestly save yourself the disappointment. I ordered 3 cupcakes and the butter cream is not good at all. Legit tastes like “sweet” (or lack-thereof) Wax.The cupcake (batter) is good. I ate one of the cupcakes but threw the rest away. 🤮

I had my first boba tea here! Sooooooo good. Bright and fruity! I had had the s’mores cupcake and almost blacked out from the flavor. And the cream cheese icing on the red velvets? The best.

My daughter and I have never had a macarons and I was told to try this place by a friend who goes here often. so I placed an order and my dear friend went and got them for me. they were absolutely delicious. the crunch the sweetness everything about all 3 flavors were wonderful. the smores was my favorite. we tried the smores, birthday cake, and cotton candy. totally worth checking out

This place is amazing! Friendly staff, clean and the most wonderful, delicious tasting food! My husband had the mac&cheese and chili, he LOVED it and wants more. He also had the Grandfather cupcake and thought it was amazing!! I had the smores cupcake, it was made to perfection! I also had boba tea and I now would rather that over coffee, any day!! I love the boba teas!! Everything they make is made with love and to perfection. Definitely going back!

My favorite bakery in Lake Mary!! Not only do they have completely from scratch treats but the quiche and hand pies are sooo yummy to pair with a perfectly made boba tea! Must try!

Everything Ive eaten has been amazing! The Quiche is my favorite by far! The handpies, Macarons, Cupcakes, and Cookies are also super yummy! The BobaTea is a great refresher to wash it all down!

This place definately deserves your patronage, some of the nicest people Ive met. Good boba tea and quiche. They also have a free to play TMNT arcade game so its definately a win while waiting for the train. I havent tried their sweets yet since Im not much of a sweet tooth (other than a new whoopie pie type thing the owner is working on which was great).
