Ivan was the most helpful I have come into for a longtime. He explained every aspect of our new office furniture move. He went beyond the call of duty and has set a new standard for me for Office Depot. Amazing! Will comeback and share this experience.

Was told today by Kurt at the Lake Mary office that he was doing me a favor. I ordered a Epson printer and toner to be picked up curbside for Mothers Day. For whatever reason only the toner was accepted for the curbside service but not the printer. My mother has made over 200 face masks since the pandemic started on her own time and money for friends and just recently received a request from a hospital staff member for a large order. I knew this would take a toll on her printer and I wanted to have something more up to date for her to keep assisting the community to do the right thing. Once I received a date when the printer would be shipped I called the store to verify they didnt have one in stocks since it was going to be delivered. I wanted it today since the system did not state it was not available. The clerk was very helpful and checked to see if one was in stock and told by Kurt it was. After driving to the store Kurt said there was not one there and would do me a favor by going to get it at the warehouse and to cancel my order and reorder because he couldnt. Long story short I didnt cancel my order but it was canceled somehow and I reordered it to be picked up again. I wont need another favor from office depot again. And if anyone asks ill point them to where the customer is appreciated.

There tech destroyed my laptop.I gave them my Lenovo IdeaPad L340-17api lap top for a screen repair under warranty, while having a screen I order offline. Apparently their tech could make the NEW screen work. the problem was not fixed and after waiting 2 and a half months for waiting for a proper repair and there tech not knowing what’s wrong with my laptop I picked it back up and took it to uBreakiFix in Ocala,FL. They installed my screen and told me the tech who “fixed the problem” didn’t fix it correctly. The only thing their tech did was throw parts at it and hope it would work.So now I have to buy a slew of other parts to make my laptop work.I WILL NEVER TAKE MY LAPTOP BACK TO OFFICE DEPOT IN LAKE MARRY FOR REPAIRS. THERE TECH IN NOT THE TIME NOR MONEY. THERE TECH IS INCAPABLE OF REPAIRSI highly suggest looking elsewhere or look into uBreakiFix.

Left my laptop there for days and they didnt even bother looking it it. They had no explanation for this and when I picked it up, the guy said he had no idea why they hadnt looked at it yet. Im beyond frustrated with them and would highly recommend going somewhere else for computer repair.

I have repeatedly tried going back in over and over for the past month for 9 by 9 by 9 boxes. They are consistently out of a product but claimed to be a shipping center. This is why office Depot and stores like Staples are repeatedly closing down online merchandisers are better and offer mostly free shipping

We had two keyboard in our office that went faulty. I ordered 3 online plus few other stuff for the office. It showed available for pick up on the website. The next morning I received a text letting me know that part of the order was ready. All miscellaneous items were in stock except the keyboard that I really needed the next morning. So I was left without keyboards and had to run to staples and get the keyboards. I was disappointed that I trusted their availability at store statement and that I had to make other arrangements and make it late to the office.

Second time they give me expired coffee on a pick up order.

Excellent service from some pretty cool employees when I need copies printed quickly. I recommend them.

Came in to print out shipping labels. Only 3 people in line, after waitin 20 minutes. I tried to use the self printer. Lack of instructions on the printer and it was terribly slow. There is only one person at the print kiosk and couldnt handle the requests being made. Needless to say, I went to Staples!!! Out in less than 7 minutes and yes there were people in line. I recommend going to the staples across the street for speedy service.

Was happy because office Depot actually had the 2020 planner I needed.. Im very picky about my planners and the one I found is actually their store brand. I am amazed. The store itself is alright. Had a little trouble finding the planners and other items I needed

I do all my shopping and printing at this store for my business. It has always been good. Today, I had a really bad experience. I arrived at 8:02am just when the store opened to print some tags for my business. I was told that someone at the printing service area will arrive in few minutes. 15 minutes later I asked and they say they were coming. I waited until 8:40am and asked if they were coming or not...so they called the guy and told me again he was on his way so I asked...on his way 5min or 30min???? I need to know!!!! So they said 15 to 20 minutes. I asked if the printing service opened at 8am like the store or later and they said 8am. I couldnt wait until 9am so I had to leave. I wasted 40min of my time and didnt have my stuff printed. I dont understand why they open at 8am but the guy shows at 9am and also they should have told me at 8am that the guy would not arrive until 9am so I would have left and not waited 40min for nothing

Extremely helpful and definitely my first choice for office supplies large and small. They process all of our posters for advertising in a very quick manner. We purchased a new ergonomic professional grade chair and it helps so much for my back (medical).

Got what I needed. Disappointed that no one asked if we wanted help when we were obviously looking at and comparing chairs. Did ask when we checked out - Find everything? A little late then. Good side, no nagging salesperson either.

Lazy and slow. I brought in 50 pages to laminate and cut and the guy looked irritated and said a job of this size would take until next week. My kid used to work for this company and I know that’s not true he obviously just didn’t want to do it so I won’t be coming back. UPDATE: I took the same project to Staples in the next shopping center and they told me to come back in four hours and were extremely cheerful about it so now I know where to go.

I went to this location on the clock because my job was in need of a new printer. As soon as I walked in an associate named Vicki was by the door was not very friendly looking didn’t even smile. I proceeded to walk towards her with a smile and politely stated that I had a quick question just to see if they had this printer available. Before I even got to state anything she just said “over there” I said thank you I was walking over she then continued and said you have to sign in for print and copy. I told her that’s not what I’m looking for she then said very rudely“well just go over there anyway.” I’ve worked in retail and I’m in hospitality right at the moment and I’m pretty sure that’s not how you take care of customers that this company needs to make money. I will not step foot in this location again. Horrible customer service.

This store is always a pleasure to deal with, especially the print department. The print guy Nic is helpful and very patient with my requests, when I need help. Id rather drive a few miles out of my way to go here than the Lake Brantley store, where not only was the cashier was ditsy and when I called to voice a concern, Jen, the store manager was combative. I was only trying to give her some customer feedback for a teachable moment with the cashier. Nobody wants to do business with cranky people.

I am a Muslim Mexican Conservative Trans Gay man and i just want to say the associates at this store are incredibly arousing.After being turned away from my local army recruiter I was kind of bummed, after my usual depression spending spree of fake flora at the new Hobby Lobby i recently noticed this hidden gem of of a Office Supply and figured i might as take a look. Ive never met a more trans friendly staff in my life.Needless to say, this will be my place of choice for post it notes and pee funnel replacements.

One thing Im starting to see too much of is that many stores are locking away everything and putting up pictures of the items so you have to take a ticket up to the register to buy it.I hate this because it makes it hard to really take a good look at the item your wanting to buy.If I wanted to look at a picture I would stay home and buy it online. Its cheaper.If I go to a physical store I want to hold the box or device in my hand and look at it.Everything at office Depot or office Max is locked in a plastic box or put away behind the counter.

Ive been coming to this office depot for about 5 years now, and I will go out of my way (past the OD in my own city) to go to this location. The staff is friendly, informative, and very efficient in getting the right copies made. If I could give a 10 star rating, I would. Usually theres a female staff member that helps me (name unknown) but today a young man named Jide helped me, and it was a seemless, painless experience getting my licenses laminated. I truly appreciate the people working in this store!

Bought a Dell desktop here at a great price last week. The staff could not have been more helpful, professional and friendly, especially since I returned several times with adware issues (my fault, not theirs).Others are right, the Lake Mary Staples is.....OK. But this Office Depot will now be our store of preference....

Too the lady working Saturday Morning Aug 5 around 10:30am, I want to give you a round of applause...not only did you single handily disrespectful a elderly veteran, but you also lost me business as well.I Witnessed this cashier treat this elderly couple with such disrespect, giving them a hard time trying to price match your overpriced toner at $61 to a cheaper price of $45 she saw online that morning..which she repeatedly told you. Then you go back to check your computer telling her she is incorrect that isnt not cheaper anywhere.... how dare you. I spent 15 Secs to find this same toner (fulfilled and shipped by amazon for $45) which I was happy to help them save $20. I hope to any manager reading this you give her a lesson on customer service because Im positive you lost not just me as a customer that day but hopefully everyone reading this.No one deserves to feel awkward or like a burden for wanting to get a fair price Especially not a Vietnam veteran!

Slow service, associates will tell you to go to self service copy machine for faster service but in actuality you need their login info. There were multiple employees but no one assist you at all! I felt like I was in Walmart at 2am with 1 cashier! I decided to leave an go to STAPLES! And with only 1 employee there and 4 customers I was in and out in 5mins! Never ever will I go there to make a copy of anything! 2 thumbs DOWN!

They always have what I am seeking

I needed things done urgently and while I waited for what felt like forever the associates in the printing department were making faces as more customers came in and the phones were ringing, they were clearly miserable working there. No help, had to leave to Staples and they helped me out immediately.

Dropped off pages to get laminated took them 2 days and when i went to pick them up they didn’t even cut them or hole punch them. If they didn’t Know what size I wanted them cut two or whole punch they should have called. Wasted my lunch hour and it’s a rip off $2.50 for one page

Xerox, service desk was busy but no one acknowledged our presence, or that of two other customers, prior to all of us walking out.

AVOID THIS PLACE. Absolute nightmare. Wrote to corporate and they forwarded my comments to the GM who emailed me to follow up. I tried calling the GM after his follow up email AND emailed him with no response. Then 2 months later I recontacted him since I never heard back. He still has not responded. The people Ive dealt with at this location were rude, careless, and wasted 3 extra days of my time delivering a desk ASSEMBLED. STAY AWAY.
