We bought 3 SAS HDD. Our surprise was to see that they had more than 44,000 hours used and the server detects them as susceptible to errors.Now they dont answer my emails =(

Poor Customer Service with deceptive adverting. Listing clearly indicated a that the device came with a SAS cable and media. While neither arrived in the box and they refused to take responsibly for the misrepresentation of information but as for the drive it works well and hasnt given an issues. Also no refund was given like the reply says.
