I received my order for 4 ink cartridges and I am very disappointed. When I finally received them the boxes said they were for my printer which is what I ordered. I noticed that they didnt look quite the same and discovered that they are not the correct cartridges. Very poor quality control!

Order Never Received! No contact with customer service after calling, submitting a contact request on their website, and sending a direct email to customer service. Paid EXTRA for 2 day shipping and still never got my order. Now, I cant them to respond to me. Very upset. I want a full refund, appears I may have to file a claim with my bank! When you call their company the phone just rings and then your get and error message 12, no one is available to take your call . Then the line just disconnected! I finally got my order, several days late. I ordered two photo blankets. One was great, the other looked like it folder over after they printed it (while wet) and they dried it and sent it that way. My 55.00 extra for expedited shipping was not refunded either. Not a happy customer.
