It is 11pm and I have just left the Cube Smart on Emma Oaks. The security gate is wide open, all the lights are on and nobody is there.This gate has been broken for many weeks now but I was told that an off duty policeman was hired to maintain night-time security. This is apparently not true. I rapped on the office window and drove around inside looking for someone. I called the listed emergency number and was told that the manager will deal with the issue “as soon as possible”.There are supposed to be security cameras, but do we know they work? .This level of service is not what we pay for or expect.Update: Cube Smart has been sold to Life Storage and the gate has been repaired 👍

Helpful associates that make storing easy. I had to store a 30’ travel trailer and some household items for 60 days. Nice location and easy access.

This is my second experience with CubeSmart and the manager there has always taken great care to help me and ensure my experience is great! It’s clean, professional, great prices and the people are courteous! I will continue to use the CubeSmart in Lake Mary!

Rental process was easy and Anthony was great! Storage unit was clean. A welcome note and bag with the lock was inside the unit. Anthony called me as soon as I reserved the unit online and provided me with all the information needed.
