Very Rude Staff Member. I was waiting at the register for a while as “Jermon” was putting bills into a machine. As I stood waiting I asked if he could call another staff member to ring me up while he was busy, he replied. “No you can stand right there and wait till someone comes.” Then a older gentleman who’s name I did not get came over to the register. I said to Jermon, “Like this Gentleman?” Jermon asked the man “Are you signed in yet” he replied “No, not yet.” so Jermon said “You don’t have to serve him then.” Then continued putting the bills into the machine. The other staff member did sign in though thankfully and was polite while ringing me up and apologised for Jermon’s attitude. Who was now ringing up a lady at the register next to us. I am shocked at the way I was spoken to and I know there was no reason at all for this behaviour.

This is the WORST 7-11 on the face of the planet! The guy working the cashier spot and behind the counter is uneducated, incompetent and has a terrible attitude problem! He is nasty, unhelpful and overcharges you every time. He is usually there around 8:30 during week nights. This store is filthy, unorganized and management is non-existent. Will not be shopping here for anything ever again. Do yourself a big favor and visit another 7-11. This place needs to be shut down and condemned! Been to many 7-11s and this one is a total nightmare between the store itself and the people that work there!

Basically go there for coffee only. The staff doesnt engage well. They seem miserable at work. We try to crack a joke to elicit a smile, but rarely happens. I prefer to go to a different location when I can.

Best store in the town, less robberies than across from Parsnips. Intelligent, consistent, polite and actually care about customerz. Store is making complete 360, any negative reviews are clearly former disgruntled employees. Beyond commendable Establishment. 5 stars

This 7-Eleven across the street from Chase Bank is the worst 7-11 Ive ever been to! This store is especially filthy and has very little variety on its shelves. The coffee is always cold and/or they havent made enough. The staff has no idea about what they should be charging for items, and it takes them forever to ring you up. You have to remind them when something is on sale otherwise they will definitely over-charge you at full price. The staff has a terrible attitude problem here and is very unhelpful. Will not be going to this 7-11 again!

So Cassandra, its funny that you would leave such a nasty review. You called out more than you worked, and usually right before you were supposed to be in, or you didnt even call at all. You were trained.... You were never left in your own to figure things out. Any time you needed help we were right there. There may have been some issues with the management, but it never directly affected you, so?? As far as police being called often.... Yes, we had a customer who was driving and was highly intoxicated, so the cops were called. She was arrested, so I guess you think it would have been better to just let her drive off and possibly kill herself, or someone else... Just so the cops werent at the store?? Yes, we had detectives there, because someone had used a stolen credit card and we were helping them with video coverage. And yes, we had an employee arrested for stealing also. I am proud of the fact that we have a close working relationship with our local police department and appreciate their service. I dont understand why you see that as a problem. I wish you the best of luck with your future, but please do not leave nasty, un- true reviews. Its very unprofessional and imature honestly.

I think people avoid to go 7/11 because some 7/11 staff is very rude and they don’t care about customer even no fresh coffee

This specific 7-11 has the worst management and worst organization. Neither managers communicate or ever know whats going on. They throw new employees into the job and expect them to know what to do on their first day. If you are looking to apply I would strongly recommend a different location. There were multiple incidents with police. This is not the 7-11 to go to. The one across from Parsnips is much cleaner, friendlier and overall better experience.

I asked to speak to the manager the cashier said I had to come tomorrow to speak to the manager... I said no problem and asked for The cashier names but he wouldnt give me his name so I can tell the manager what cashier I dealt with.. call the police on me because I took a picture of the cashier so I could show the managelr what cashier that was giving me a problem so the cashier called the police on me.. the police said it was legal for me to take a picture of him... You also try to accuse me of stealing the officers made an investigation and came to the conclusion that I did not steal anything.. all I ask the cashier was why I wasnt getting the sale for the 7-Eleven brand cold coffee that was on sale 2 for $4.

Don’t remember if there polite but what I do know is this place needs MR CLEAN to clean up especially outside it’s really dirty looking!

When i went to this store like a week ago i did not like the coffee at all and the staff was not verry nice and the guy was slow with everything i was like 30 min waiting for him to get me a new coffee.. But i was there on Sunday at 2 am and today at 3:30am and i see that this new guy is making a change on the store he had the coffee done and hot the place was clean and the service he give was excellent.He is the best employee i have seen in this 7eleven. I only have seen him about 2 times but this puerto rican guy is going to make this place grow keep up the good work i highly recomend going when he is working things are allot diferent

This 7-11 is the WORST! Ive given several tries and still find myself truly and deeply unsatisfied. The staff was amazing and now with new faces behind the register I have completely cut ties with this location! I dont recommend stopping here for even a cup of coffee.

Just moved to the area and have to say this is the worse 711. I gave the place 3 tries and will not go here anymore. Everytime, the coffee is either not made or is plain terrible, the hot chocolate machine never works, and the place itself is messy. The only good thing about this location is the staff is very kind.

Charged me $5.55 for a little slice of pizza. I went to get refund, Staffs didnt speak English (just to avoid) I waited 1hr and 15 minutes to get my money back .
