I appreciated there honestly when I went in for an oil change I got a 29 point inspection and they showed me literally under my car all the issue that they can physically see and I saw as well. Worst repair shop i had ever been went there for a oil change and ac check .FiRst no mechanic wanted to do it they dont respect anybody not even the manager. I heard the f word like 30 times in 1 hour .Then they said your car is ready, no ac check was done and they charge me $$$ .Finally when paid I used a $100 bill the gave like $40 in singles $1 bills the guy in the register say a comment in front of my 12 yo daughter you have enough singles for table dance my daughter just smile . i was so ashamed of this people DONT GO THIS PLACE !!!

I was sold a car. I made monthly payment of $400 for a 96 Honda Accord sold $2400. A few months later, I started to have problems. I told them about it they fixed it for a price. I continued to have problems. I spoke with a different mechanic that told me I was sold a car with a head gasket blown.

Had 3 different vehicles serviced with them and every time was a great experience.

Good service, honest people I got what needed to be done

After spending over $900.00 for an a/c compressor, and after 5 compressors, that all failed to work for more than a few days or weeks, and over a period of 7 months, i asked for my $ back so i could take my car to firestone i only asked for $800.00 back, owner, (matt) refused, and i am seeking help from the better bussiness bureau, of which county auto is not a member. His help tried to get my son to agree to remove the dashboard for another $999.00 to get to the evaporator. took car to mike roy automotive and he put gauges on that showed evaporator was fine. county autos mechanic (peter, and office manager james) are a pair of thieves and liars as is the owner. i still have no a/c, and matt didn,t honor his guarantee, actually told me most places only give a 3 mo. guarantee, which was another lie. every place i called (over 5) gives a year. if you are smart, you won,t do bussiness with this company.

No attention to detail. Would not trust them to change my oil.
