Steve diagnosed my problem in minutes, when I was just able to describe the vibration. And the solution was cost less than I assumed was needed. A simple rebalance and rotation and I was on my way. Super honest guy, fair prices. In this day and age, it is a blessing to find an excellent, honest mechanic shop. Do yourself a favor and drive to Atlantis Auto if you need any car repairs.

On an emergency my father needed his tire nuts to be loosened before we can change the tire. We drove up to ask just for thr loosen and they denied us and insteaf threanted us. Will never recommend thjs pkay

Great repair shop. Ive been visiting these guys for over 9 years now and never ever had an issue. The shop is run by father and son. Honest, straightforward guys. I can recommend this store to anyone (mind you, Im an automotive engineer, so Im supposed to know a thing or two about cars and maintenance).

Very rude and unprofessional!! I think Stephen ( the owner’s son) was having a bad day or whatnot, but he became very rude and boisterous with me.. all I did was inquire about a service and fees while I was having work done. He started using profanity and stated he didn’t care, etc!!! The lack of unprofessionalism was very startling and unacceptable; no matter what kind of day he was having and owning the business does not constitute the right to behave so absurdly rude and unprofessional. Poor show of character. Needless to say I won’t be returning Nor will I ever recommend this business.

Very honest mechanics and they do great work. I went to Tire Kingdom and they were trying to get me to do $1,500 of repairs on my relatively new car. I came to Atlantis for a second opinion and they gave me a thorough and honest quote. I saved a lot of money! I now come here for all services.

The third time Ive been here I was treated very rudely by (bald son) told he doesnt do cheap work which is understandable. And now have to pay 95 instead of 65 to have car looked at. Atlantis is the only auto repair shop I would bring my vehicles to for repairs including our company trucks. Steve, Essi and crew are first and foremost excellent at what they do, they are professional, fair and reliable. The poor reviews here have to be fake or from a jealous competitor. I have recommended Atlantis to many people all have been pleased and are steady customers. I highly recommend this shop if you like dealing with a local family business and want fair professional service!

Ive had two vehicles come in to this shop and one cost $500 for them and $3k to fix everything at another place and my other vehicle was my truck I brought in for a front pump seal and they ended up doing a full rebuild on my transmission and after it never ran right and I brought it in multiple times but always got an excuse to why it wasnt running correctly. I ended up having to sell the truck since this shop destroyed it to the point I couldnt pay for another place to repair it... stay far away as possible from here. Wish I can get reimbursed so I can get a new truck... doesnt even deserve a single star

Dont be fooled. The place is not worth you business. The owner will lie to your face about when your car will be ready or even a start date to begin the work. Go somewhere else and avoid the headache.

I thought I could trust these people after taking my business to them for the 3rd time, which are too expensive. My horn went out for whatever reasons, the 1st question they asked was do I need a horn? (Really??!!) Them after 3 hours I called and find out they cant do the job because my motor was rebuilt and they would have to go through alot of work fixing and finding the problem and maybe mess something up in my motor. What a lie!! Three people after that including the dealership said that day, what in the world the rebuilt motor has to do with that?? All they were trying to do was making me believe their story to charge me between $500 to a $1,000 to fix my horn! Just because am a woman doesnt mean am stupid, maybe in your country where you from! Will never step in your place or ever recomend you!

A great and wonderful experience.

Very disgusted. Had an inner tie rod replaced and less than 6 months later the part was proven defective. Now they cant find my name in their system even though I have a receipt. Also I will have to pay for the labor to replace the defective part that was installed by them. Poor customer service and no satisfaction.

Terrible shop, very un professional. Did a terrible job installing an engine in my impala. They forgot to put all the bolts in from the transmission to the engine. Would not recomend to friend. Stay away and go somewhere where they actually know what they are doing
