I went to the Tire Choice on Military and Hypoloxo to fix a simple nail in the tire of a new car and they put a patch telling me it was fixed. The next few days I kept going back because the pressure on the tire was down all the time. After 4 or 5 times with nothing resolved. I decided to go somewhere else and check the problem. They found out that there was a patch on which is the normal process but after me going back every day they end up putting a plug which damaged the tire and I had to buy a new one. When I went there to complain. The manager denied any responsibility and then tried to blame on maybe I took it to another place. It is unacceptable and very upsetting to not -at least- admit that they did a damage, an awful job and maybe apologize. They are unprofessional. I do not recommend people going there. I hope nobody has to go through something like this.

My mother went to Tire Choice to find a break light, not only did Saul help her find what she was looking for, but he also helped her quickly install it. He was kind, knowledgable and went above and beyond for her so much so that she raved above his customer service. Thank you Saul for the great service! We will definitely be coming back!

Without hesitation and with a full waiting room they got me in and fixed the tire very quickly. It’s nice to know there are good honest people that are willingly to help. We came in due to an emergency tire pop on 95. The guys here were so great with helping us very quickly. I had my Tire Rack order delivered to this location for installation. They were able to accommodate my schedule with a convenient appointment and with quick and friendly service. My new car tires were mounted and balanced with a 4 wheel alignment in around 30 minutes! The manager, Joseph, and all the technicians who dealt with me were friendly and professional. I am happy with their work and have had no mechanical issues since my new tires were installed. I would be happy to use them again in the future.

Came by tire choice today due to a weird sound coming from which I thought were the brake pads and Mark and I took it for a test drive and within 2 minutes of driving he automatically knew it was a rotor issue or a loose lug nut.We took it on the lift and just as expected there was a loose lug nut from the last time I personally changed my breaks.He free of charge inspected, then tightened my wheels and sent me off with a smile.Over great guy, great personality and will defiantly be coming back if I have any other further issues!!

I have to start out by saying shame on me for taking so many years to write a positive review about these guys ! Ive been going to them for several years, usually in a panic about my ancient (17 year old ) Honda Odyssey having problems and they always fix it promptly for a reasonable fee - but today they went above and beyond the call of duty. I showed up in a panic convinced my gear shift was not working properly - they tested it extensively, concluded there was no problem with the gear shift, showed me what I was doing wrong - and did not charge me a dime ! :) I asked for a bunch of their business cards to give to friends but basically they have a loyal customer for life :) ... Tire had a slow leak, he said it needed to be replaced at the tune of $300 because I drove on it while flat for one block. I asked him if could plug the tire anyway and he said no. To his credit, I asked him if there was another tire shop nearby which he gave me directions. I went to that one and got the tire plugged for $20. That was three months ago, the tire is still holding up fine.

I went in for four new tires, Andrew suggested the best fit for my price range and he was very patient and professional. He definitely made my day!

I took my car here to have a front light bulb replaced. I called earlier to ask of they would have the time to do it and he responded yes. I have used this store for around seven years, this was after I had a poor experience with the Good Year on Congress Av. and Woolbright Rd. I dont think the manager who was there is still managing there. But I just wanted to see if there was a difference in this tire store and the other. I am happy I did because it is much closer and for the most part my experience has been positive. Thanks!

Wow, these guys are amazing! Had a screw in my runflat tire and was running late for a meeting. Two minutes after I walk through the door, they have the car in the garage and are repairing the tire! Being in a hurry, they say dont worry about paying to save me time so I could make my meeting!! In and out in under 15 minutes at no cost!!!!! Wow, wow, wow!

I have to say Im kind of surprised at the reviews. For me, the employees were professional and timely when I went in for a quick oil change on my way up to Lake Worth. Before they got started, they told me my service light was on and to check in with my dealership to see if the car was under a service warranty, which I already knew it wasnt, but it was still honorable they even suggested it to save me money. On my drive up, I thought I had an issue with alignment and possibly needed a new tire (along with the oil change), but again, they saved me money by rotating my tires. All in all, it was exactly what I wanted- professional, efficient, timely and affordable. Id come here again or at their other locations for any service needed in the future.

SCAMMED- I got an oil change a few days ago and the check engine light came on for the first time ever in my car afterwards. Now they want to charge a $79 diagnostic fee to check it out. Chose another place or you will get scammed too.

Very misleading, deceitful and disgraceful experience. I called to get a quote to get tires put on, they ended up charging double the price for regular tires. They charge miscellaneous fees and tell you they gave you a deal when you over payed more than you would at any other shop would charge for a standard procedure. Do not go. Save your money. Find any other store away from these crooks.
