Our car had been in an accident and we were stressed to the max. Javier was sympathetic and courteous with us at every turn. He called to update us and keep up informed of the progress on the work which we appreciated. He came in below his estimate which was awesome. We will definitely consider using them for more routine work.

Any time I need something done on my car, or someone I know asks for a recommendation I send them to Autoexpertz. The mechanics are kind and professional, they are straight to the point, and I never feel like they are trying to take anything more than necessary. They are always extremely professional and helpful. The prices are extremely fair, and I never have to worry about my car once I take it to their shop.

They didnt have time to look at my vehicle, but another shop was able to fix the problem in three hours on top of at least 10 other vehicles. This was for Independence day like your response suggested, it was around 06/09 and I was recommended by Chet(red truck) from the Mango Inn B&B.

Whenever we have any issues, my family takes our cars over to Billy and Javier. Over three years of service and no complaints. The pricing is always competitive, and the service is always excellent. They take the time to talk through the problem with you. When you leave, you leave with the feeling that they took good care of your vehicle because they did take good care of your vehicle.

Great local mechanic! Has reasonable pricing and good deals on tires and alignments. I’ve taken my vehicle there several times and have always been treated fairly and honestly. I like the fact that this is a family run business and they treat their customers right.

No one “enjoys” car repair but when ones experience is easy, fair and uncomplicated, there is something to say about that. Javier was sympathetic and professional with me. He listened and gave me a fair price on my job. These days it’s a bit daunting as a woman to go to a car repair shop and be treated fairly. I was referred to this place last minute and needed them that day. The order for the exact tires I needed for my truck were ordered before 11am making it possible to have them that day. Though the tires were a little later than scheduled (which was not there fault) the team at AutoExpertz stayed late and worked efficiently to have me out of there and back on the road. Great service and friendly environment! Highly recommend!!

When I was living in south Florida, the team at autoexpertz always treated me with great professional service. I oftentimes used the dealer, but after finding the shop, I have taken my cars here and saved a ton. I love the honest no BS approach. Good deal on tires. In fact, They didnt mind showing me the invoice. They only increase their cost on tires a few dollars. Highly recommended, family owned. Thank you for helping me out!

We have used these guys for years! They have always been honest and value oriented. My mother has brought her Mercedes, my father in law brings in his cars and all 4 of my kids use this shop! Robert is knowledgeable and up-to-date with newer cars. What is nice about these guys is that they are full service. Doesnt matter if you need an oil change, car wash / detail services or major mechanical repair or collision repair they have the experience.The office is Female and family friendly. The facility is clean. They even leave my car clean after the repairs and even wash it for me. A+ service. Highly recommended.

I am at the shop right now. The people are very friendly. And want to help anyway they can. This is the first time I have been to a mechanic and dont feel like they r feeding me bull****. Instead of seeing the problem and trying to get me to to buy all this extra stuff they have been awesome and very truthful. They could have told me I need a 500$ part and me have to buy it. But instead they were truthful and trying to fix it for almost nothing. A bolt was missing. Very greatfull and most definitely will be back if I need any work done.Awesome shop.Definitely would recommend going there.Cory Tobe
