I had a bad experience with Robert, he was very rude not professional I went to pick up after the expected date, they didn’t do a good job I showed him what needs to be fixed he said he will get it done after two days. When I come back to pick up the car, everything was the same . I call my insurance, they told me to go back there, when I went I spoke to a manager about it, she didn’t even care . Worst place, a bunch of careless people there . I would never go back, I had to bring my car to a different shop to get fixed !!!!

From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted by a friendly and helpful receptionist. Adriel is the next person you meet, who takes a look at the car and spends time with you before turning it over to the shop for an estimate. They provide a quick and fair estimate. The work is incredible and is guaranteed. They care. The vehicle is cleaned and returned in excellent condition. I have used them twice and have been incredibly pleased both times.

Used Autonation that was recommended by Allstate to repair our mini van that was in a collision Oct 2020. Was told 30 days area, took almost two and a half months. Had to call weekly after the first month for updates because no one called to let us know of more delays. To many excuses to list for each weekly delay. After bringing manager into issue, did start receiving daily updates. After receiving our van back, door had gap when closed, hood paint was over buffed to take clear coat dimples off, and missing rubber grommets under hood to hold rubber seal that sagged. Ramona the manager said to bring it back so they can correct, we traded in van couple days after and did not want to go back to automation. Van was in a front corner collision, dont know how long these things normally take too correct. Do to extreme time delay, poor communication, and quality of work i would not recommend using them.

I can’t overstate how impressed I am with my experience. I expected I would have to replace the door on my 2016 Corvette, but Andre and the tech - I wish I had gotten his name - were confident that the door could be repaired at a lower cost. I have to admit, I was a little skeptical, but the results are perfect. Andre also suggested fixing a few other cosmetic issues while the car was there, and the cost was very reasonable considering how expensive everything can be on a Corvette. Andre is clearly dedicated to delivering the highest possible client satisfaction, and my car looks fantastic!

They broke my headlight system and told me they didnt do anything wrong. They charged the insurance for part/labor that they didnt touch.Theres also excess paint by the rear door. After the owners reply below I called them back. Spoke to mgr Ramona who told me it was not their fault.

My 2015 Silverado was t-boned by another truck. Significant damage. These guys did a great job. Cant tell it was in an accident. They also met their due date as originally provided which was great. My service guy was Mo and he was always accessible and knowledgeable about what was going on with my vehicle. He also provided plenty of status updates along the way which kept my mind at ease. Highly recommend.

I recently got into my first car accident, and was dreading the process because of horror stories from family and friends. I chose this collision center based on proximity to my home, and I do not regret a thing. The reception staff is warm, inviting, and courteous. Adriel was the service writer on my vehicle and even though my car was kept a few extra days, she followed up with me and kept me in the loop. She made sure the quality of my car was like new, and I will gladly refer this center to my friends and family should the need ever arise.

Great work, great communication, job was done right the first time. My vehicle took a few days longer than expected, but it was due to parts ordered not arriving on time which is not the body shops fault and I was called and notified about this ahead of time. The body work done was amazing I grew up hanging around a body shop one of my best friends father owned a body shop, so I have a good understanding of good body work and a shop that cuts corners I got an informal education as a high school student from my friends father on what he wouldnt accept from his employeesJust brought another vehicle here to have body work done on it a Ford F350 4 door dually and they are basically a Chevy dealership if that doesnt tell you how good they are I dont know what will

I was rear ended and went through State Farm insurance for the repairs. Expected repair time was 6 days, but the work was done in about 24-48 hours. I picked up my car pretty much the next day after I dropped it off. My car was immaculate. No sign of damage. It looked and felt brand new ; and it was given back to me freshly cleaned. Overall the service was fast and of good quality.

Over the last 20 or so years I have always taken my vehicles, regardless of make, to the AutoNation Center for body and paint work . Though the establishment name has changed several times through the years the quality of work has not. Personnel are responsive and friendly and the body shop personnel (and booth) have always turned out smooth, clean and straight surfaces. When my insurance company advised me to take my crunched Hyundai to AutoNation I couldnt have be more agreeable. I recommend their work to anyone regardless of vehicle make. My advisor, Kelli Scott, kept me abreast of all developments and delivered as promised.

Everyone at the center was helpful and courteous. The work was done as promised in the time frame as promised. I was very happy with the result. The left rear looks no different than the rest of the car. My job manager was helpful at the end of the job. He used some leftover paint to do a touchup for 2 scratches on the car. Overall, a good place to get body work done.

My experience was wonderful. First of all theyre the only Chevy dealership with an actual collision center, as opposed to the other two locally in palm beach county so that alone was a plus!!! Other dealerships may repair damages but its just something about an actual collision center on the car lot!!! They get u in and out quickly. When u arrive they greet u and make u feel comfortable. And inform you of the process. They text u to provide updates while they have your car. Their work and car repair is 100% flawless, they even clean your vehicle and make it look as if its brand spanking new. I would advise anyone who has any collision or repairs/damages to go to Chevrolets Auto Nations Collision center. You will not regret it!!!!!

I bought a used Bmw at the Autonationation west palm beach after 5 minutes broke down I gave all my money and my car. I wrote to you and you dont answer me the car was two and a half months from you this is not fair today I ask for help from the press.

I was told the job would be 4-5 days. The person said he would keep me updated.I never heard from him, soI called on the 5th day and left a message. Anyway, the person NEVER returnedmy calls, was told by 3 people it would be done tomorrow. It took 3 weeks and 2 days. If you want a few weeks frustration, if you enjoy being lied to, auto nation is the place to go.

Worst place to take your car if you wanted done right. I was involved in an accident and my car was sideswiped took it to AutoNation Chevrolet collision to have that repair and it took them three months but the car was still incomplete. The door they replace need to be white and black they only did the white and I guess they forgot About the black section. I have a Alot of overspray and even inside my car Because they painted the car with the windows down. They also had to change some suspension components and they did not know how to install those parts so they use a hammer to those parts. they also didn’t report about the other suspension issues that were also damage. The tech damage my exhaust by bottoming off my car I have it on camera and you can hear it went it hits. Video show them stalling my car countless time and high revving the engine on cold start and for anyone that knows about turbocharged engine that’s not good for the pistons and engine.. I bet I would of got a lot more prove if they wouldn’t have un plug my dash cam. Went I pick up the car you could see the wheel was off alignment went I inspected more found wheel ring missing, lug nut were damage, went the right tool wasn’t use, even went I left the tool inside the car so they wouldn’t damage.. I can go on and on about the problem they cause and how much more it money I will have to put to fix what they did to my car bottom line is don’t believe review most people don’t know what to look for a lot of my issues they won’t amid to doing them but why would they it mean they have to come out of pocket Autonation doesn’t want that...

Kinda got the feeling they made there quota for the month, no need to be bothered. We are shopping for a new vehicle, no one there realized we had bought a 2014 Stingray from them, cash, paid in full. Instead of pulling up in our shiny yellow Vette, we pulled the undercover boss kinda thing. We went through the parts department, just to see if they would treat us any different! The parts Dept was unorganized, needless to say we couldnt/wouldnt do business with people who couldnt see past shorts & a t-shirt with there materialistic mannerisms, as oppose to a 3 piece suit. Very unsatisfactory customer service. I had my Lexus towed over 50 miles to the body shop, due to severe damage from an accident. The only thing that was of a concern to them was payment. I would call to follow up on my vehicle and never could get a straight answer regarding total bill or intended finish date. I finally was called on Saturday at 12:49 to inform me my vehicle was ready. The shop closes at 1:00pm. So I had to wait until Monday. Monday came and I went to pick up my vehicle. A young lady took me outside and left me in the rain. I looked around she was gone! I went back in and was told she was working with another client. I was treated very rude and never was offered a test drive to make sure the auto repairs were okay. As usual all I was ask for was payment! Never again will I return to this place!By the way my tire settings are still not aligned. Thanks but no thanks

The worst service ever. Never AGAIN!For one front bumper replacement they were hodling my car for 2 weeks. On the top, I got tricked with the rental car because at the end I ended up paying the last two days out from my pocket because the biggest lier KELLY SCOTT (who insisted to give her the rental car key and she will take care) told me to drop the rent a car at their parking lot on the day of picking up my car because Enterprise was their neighbor, next door, and 4 days later I got call from Enterprise that the car was returned 2 days later than the day I gave the keys to KELLY and they charged me additional $60 for those days. What a shame!And this whole thing to be more ridiculous I called KELLY SCOTT and she was trying to convince me that she will call Enterprise and she will refund me the last bit of money that I paid by myself but it never happened. I called her 3 more times and every time was different answer and game, I got sick of that and gave up WHICH WAS HER PRIMARY GOAL. And at the end for her to be clean she throw the ball and the guilt to the insurence company, making up that she talked to them and it was their fault which is not true, she LIED again because I called the guy from the insurance company and he didnt even received call from her. So pathetic and stupid!STAY AWAY FROM HER and that body shop!!!

I was recently involved in an accident and AutoNation had been suggested as a preferred vendor. I could not be happier with the workmanship and the service I received. I highly recommend.

I wish I could give zero stars. First of all, I have been trying to get ahold of manager Eddie Brock for a week and he has yet to call me back. I have made numerous attempts to get ahold of him and he blatantly refuses to talk to me. He should be fired on the spot. Second, when my car was getting fixed someone unplugged my radio. I never had an issue with my radio before until it was there. I was charged $150 at Lexus to get my radio chord plugged back in (its been working since.) Autonation doesnt want to talk to me because I want that money back. Ridiculous!

I take my car into to get it repaired after an accident. I got back for the first time, it overheated after two days. I get it back a few days later just to notice they left lugnuts loose on the passenger side tire.

Stopped by no appointment for what turned out to be a minor adjustment. They had me good to go in 30 minutes!

Terrible. Took vehicle to AutoNation collision center because the one recommended by insurance company had bad reviews. I requested at the time I brought the vehicle in that additional body/paint work be done to remove paint chipping, scrapes, etc., and agreed to pay for additional work. Waited patiently for 4 weeks for repairs to be complete. Found vehicle with none of the additional body work done. Lights for plate identification not installed correctly, hanging out of their sockets, and one doesnt even turn on. Disappointed I walk in to pay only to find that I am being billed for the body work never done and the wrong deductible. One accident in twenty-something years and Im stuck dealing with this terrible center. Awful.
