Right now, my family members wouldve been planning and arranging my funeral due to the negligence of a mechanic at Alfonso Auto Repair in Lake Worth, FL. I took my car to Alfonso Auto Repair to have it checked out. The mechanic test drove my car, came back and took my driver side tire off and recommended that I replace a part. We went inside and the owner, Alfonso told us the price is $198. When I returned the next day to get my car fixed, another mechanic told me the price was $250 per part.While driving back home during morning rush hour, my driver side tire came off. I was told that the mechanic failed to fully tighten my lug nuts. We payed to have my car towed back there so that they could fix their mistake. Alfonso did not repair the damage to the body of my car, we were not reimbursed for the towing expense. My car was never ready when Alfonso told me that it was ready, kept getting the run around. They had my car for 3 day! When we were finally told that it was ready, we arrived to discover that it was NOT ready. Then we were told that we had to wait an hour. Alfonso never acknowledged any wrong doing by his mechanic. He did not apologize. One star is one too many for this place.

Listen.... you get here... he will get you out quick for tire repair.... 4 new tires in 20 minutes....This guy is my goto for a couple used tires, always on point

BEWARE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!! I dont give them 0 stars because it is not possible but this is the type of place that you go to fix your car and they mess something else up on purpose to make you spend more money! When I went back to fix the issue the manager was very disrespectful and dismissed me instead of doing something to help the situation. The tires are overpriced and not good quality. The services are also overpriced. The worst customer service EVER! After I left there very upset I went to J & J Auto Electric on Southern Blvd. and they took very good care of me.

I came to this location on a doughnut. Gilden offered to sell me a michelin used tire for 60 dollars. when the tire was put on the car it bullged at the bottom. the mechanic working next to him explained that indeed this used tire was no good. other customers looking on agreed that the tire was no good. Most importantly i could see that the tire had issues. i asked Gilden to take the tire off and sell me another used tire. He refused ranting and raving. he stated he did not want to do the work twice insisting that the tire was fine. it was not FINE.. He quickly took the tire back off and let me leave on the bad doughnut spare that i arrived on. complaint forwarded to the florida department of business regulation and professionalism. in addition i want to note that he would not take my car off the jack till i paid him 10 dollars. totally combaive and aggressive for no reason. he could have fixed the problenm by selling me another tire which would have taken him an exrra 15 minutes. Additionally. a complaint will be forwarded to the better business bureau as well as the city of lake worth.

Very happy with the work done to my vehicle! The workers were very nice and extremely fair priced! I highly recommend this place. I will definitely be coming back.

I stopped by there after running over a tire on I-95, which dislodge a plastic cover. Alfonso shop took good care of me with a quick cash transaction to repair.

Fast cheap service

Alfonso has a really bad customer services, if they tell you that the tires has warranty it’s a lie. Because I have a problem with a tire installed less than a year and when I check it was really bad condition and they say that the tire was running flat and that it doesn’t have a long warranty

Been going there for 10 years never had problem

Got front and rear brake pads changed. Next day drop kids off to school get on hwy almost had 2 accidents had to drive 2 mph to get off. Called my brother to my rescue only to find out the guy did not bleed the brake line. After a bunch of pumping and holding while my brother did it haven t had a problem since. Needless to say I wont be going back there.

Deep scratches on 2 of my rims when he changed my 4 tires. The other 2 have light screeches. Dont bring anything nice here

For some reason the one Guy who runs shop on 6ave and lake worth.. is always adding something to wrong to the cars... you go to change the tires and you end up with an Estimate of 1,200 before you can even Get new tires.. yet took my car to two other places for a different option.. n Both stated that Dude must not know.. what he is Doing.. or plain and simple likes to RIP people off.. never again.. will I visit this place on 6ave lake worth. Not trust worthy at all.

I just wanted to comment on the outstanding service that I received. I went there today to get all of my tires replaced and the staff was very helpful in getting the tires that I needed and also very fast! From the time I got there, it was only about a half hour until the tires were found, balanced, installed, and were done. They also took the time to let me know that my front brake pads were worn, which I noticed myself before they said anything. Excellent price, too! Only $200 for the tires, balance, and install. I would definitely recommend this place if you need tires on your vehicle and dont want to spend a ton of money.

Its the worst place in the world I went there to buy two used tires they went to 8 tires before they gave me two good tires but when I got home the tires had Nails in it which they can see from the inside so they want to charge me full price for another tire and a child wouldnt even but a couple hours old I dont I wish no one to go there they talk trash did they say if you dont like it take your business somewhere else I guess Im going to start -

I do not recommend this place, I brought my car to have the oil changed and when I checked the oil level was exceeded, I brought it back to fix the problem. I recommend that if you bring your car for an oil change, you check the oil level because in this place the staff is not professional.

I have used the place several times ... I had no problems until my last time there ... the alleged owner attended me and ordered one of his employees to change my cover ... the air sensor remained on, which is why I let you know ..... the man told me to only roll a few miles that it would turn off ... he returned several times and the alleged owner was not there ... today, August 20, one of his employees told me that if he had no the receipt would not help me with the problem they caused ..I do not recommend this place since it does not have a word or gives you guarantees of solutions if they do a bad job like the one they did to me!
