I called to make an appointment to get my car checked. I have multiple sensor lights on. I was asked if I had any recent work done on my car. I said no. The response wasIf you are lying we will know about it.Speechless. Why would I lie? Why is that the first thing you say?Very poor customer service.

Well, you gotta love a place that lets you know up front that they charge a diagnostic fee. Then when you come back, they tell you that you need a transmission specialist and there is no charge for the diagnosis. Ive heard from others that they are a great analyst and fair. Id say that was the case with them in examining, The Alien Tracker. Thanks....advise: a lot of people love them, so dont just drop off. Call ahead and make an appointment. We were not in a rush and got lucky that we got in.

After having terrible issues with my previous mechanic. I needed to find a mechanic that I could trust, who are a family owned business, who understand the importance of customer care. They have treated both my cars right for years.Most recently, lexie ( the name for my car ) had some issues. Including some electrical. This is a mechanics worst nightmare.LJ after sometime was able to diagnose the issue and get my car right. They could of taken me to cleaners with charges. I know I work in automotive industry.I will continue to bring both my cars there.Thanks for the service.

Well I was given a $150 diagnostic quote. The guy said this would be applied to the repair. Just got my Expedition back. This part had to be replaced. Dropped her off at 8 am got it back at 1pm. Great service.

Amazingly attentive & professional. Jeff & Lisset treated me like family. They were truthful on my car diagnostics & explained everything in detail for me to understand. Other shops quoted me a much higher estimate for the same repair. Glad to have found them!! Highly recommend!

I have never been able to trust a mechanic shop in my life until I was referred to Jeff at LJ Auto Tronics. I was having issues with my car that started with a check engine light. Jeff took his time to diagnose my car properly. He spent a lot of time figuring out my issues, and he did not try to replace parts or do repairs that would cost me a lot of money. He was honest and trustworthy. He gave me good, sound advice. He and his wife were such a pleasure to work with. I can not say enough good things. This is the guy you go to if you want your car repair done right by an honest tech. Jeff, the owner, doesnt try to sell you something you dont need. His prices are fair. His wife, who works the office is so nice. Been going to him for years. Now my boys take their cars to him and we will continue to go to him for car repairs.

They came recommended by another automotive person. Need some work done on my 2004 Corvette and he knew I am very picky about who works on my car. Needed a few parts which he told me I could buy on Ebay and he would charge me the labor. This saved me over $800 if I had a traditional dealer do the work. Then one part he ended up not needing so he told me to return it. How many would have just kept it and told me he changed it. Honest, nice and professional.

Took my car to another well known car repair service. After spending over $600, they did not fix car properly. I finally took my car to LJ AutoTronics. They fixed my car. I am very happy with the service I received. I highly recommend this place.

I have always distrusted mechanics. They always saw me coming. They knew I had to take there word for it. L&J are the most honest people I have ever met. I can take my car in and know that Im going to get Quality work done. I wont be over charged, or be sold something that I didnt need. Jeff the owner will tell me if its worth fixing. many times hes told me dont fix it your safe, it wont hurt anything, just let it go. In the past they would say fix it and also you need this and that.Im truly blessed with great people I can trust. His wife, Jeffs partner Sweetest nicest person youll ever meet. Mr. Sanchez and his team took care of my car, told me what the problem was and was it worth fixing or not! Thats what you want to hear, not someone just after your hard earned money. Very nice, friendly and honest.

The owner made me a really great deal on the work for my car. Hus technicians did a fantastic job with my window tint, body work from a on front collision, and even restored the headlights for me. Really all around great work I plan to return soon for rims and possibly a body kit or turbo. Thanks for the service great job

BEST REFERRAL EVER !!! My next door neighbor who is in the automotive business told me to take my Wifes dead BMW 650i to this shop that has incredible knowledge and experience with out of warranty euro. cars that need electronics/computer help... ! Not only did Jeff manage my wifes overly stored car back from the dead but he was incredible with diagnostics and problem solving. For very little money this shop did what Brahmen Bmw couldnt do but also managed to make a 13 year old car with 17,000 miles dependable again! Incredible What they managed to do with a car that had bad gas...bad oil...bad cyclinder seals ...low compression...computer was blowing too much gas into the plugs ...fuel pump was dead...all fixed...good as new for really inexpensive money. I felt guilty when I saw the bill and paid extra! AWESOME REFERRAL!!!

Superb! Knowledge to the utmost of vehicles! Ive spent thousands on repairs/transmission replacement over a three year span due to hard shifting. The pressure control solenoid was suspected to be the corporate each time. I finally was referred to LJ Autotronics for suspected electrical malfunctions. The vehicle was repaired above standard. It shifts better than when I first purchased the vehicle. I dont notice when shifting to reverse or drive, so smooth!

Being a car guy and in the business I can say that you won’t find a more trustworthy knowledgeable technician around, very professional, dependable and friendly. I have brought three of my vehicles to him and will continue to bring the rest.

LJ autotronics is absolutely fabulous they are awesome with auto repair, they always talk to you theyre kind theyre friendly their office staff is wonderful . Their mechanics are great I cannot say enough about this place its absolutely fantastic.if you want a good honest place to take your car then this is where you should take it.

Car broke down en route to Atlanta from Miami. After taking my car to three different mechanics (including Midas) I was informed that my infiniti needed a new catalytic converter. All three mechanics gave me an estimate ranging from $2000-$2500. Jeff properly diagnosed the problem, expedited the repair and charged me less than $300. My friend an I (two poor medical student) were at awe at the understanding and honesty of Jeff and his wife. Best mechanic in town for sure.

DO NOT GO!! Went in with a fractured belt and some overheating problems. They were really nice, said they would fix it for about $700. They tried to also convince me that I need to pay another $1000 on top of that to get a new radiator but I declined. Once I got the car back (which was right after they closed) my car overheated to the point it started smoking and stopped right in the middle of the road. My car was worse than when I brought it in and I am so glad I didn’t pay the $1000 just to have them damage my car even more. Thanks a lot.

I went to Jeff after a week and a previous attempt to repair my car, He found the real problem, he did not overcharged, clearly explained the root cause, He even wrote all this notes in case I want to go with the first auto shop, and let them know the errors and findings, I have never seen something like that Honest, family owned business fantastic service,

Brought my Infiniti in to have the a/c repaired. I just had the car painted it came out with three huge dents on the drivers side door. Tony walked me out with another mechanic distracting me until I left. Noticed the dent when I got home. It was a very shady thing to do. I no longer trust this place. If they do it to me, theyll do it to you. Integrity has to mean something and apparently, it has no place here.
