I went for an oil change couple days ago & was the 1st. time I drove away without having to wind up paying for more than just the oil change. I do believe they are honest people to do business with so many places u take your car to & leave with your checkbook a whole lot lighter I would give it 5 stars but I was waiting 3 hrs. All in all I would definitely recommend them because of their good service & attention given to my car

A few days ago I went to this shop for getting a wheel alignment, after the job was done, I noticed the alignment is worse than before. When I informed the mechanic I noticed he is not confident if he did it right, I brought up to shop manager, he said we did our best, nothing more we can do. I found that they might do oil change but definitely not anything beyound that. I wasted my money & time.

It can be a challenge finding an auto repair shop that’s honest but the staff here is trustworthy. They have given me estimates and then called later to tell me that my car didn’t need as much work as they had suspected and that the repair costs would be lower than the estimate. An honest repair shop that does great work and charges fair prices, what more could you ask for.

Ralph, the store manager, is 100% the best, honest, excellent customer service etc. I highly recommend this shop you wont be disappointed.

Great service, wait time was not very long, even without an appointment. I felt there were no unnecessary recommendations made so I trust this store. Top notch customer service. My wife was on her way to work and tire showed low. She pulled in and the guys at Goodyear took care of the tire and got it patched. Later that day had a second tire with a leak and I rolled in at 6:45 pm and they took care of tire number two. Awesome customer service.

Ive been coming here for 5 years now but this week I got a reasonable quote for $280 to get some needed maintenance done. They called me and were personable being aware of my financial situation, so they turned out and did the job free with recommended maintenance for the future! The staff and especially each of the 3 main Managers are always very nice and professional. Keep it up and Ill continue sending more business.

Went there to have the the oil changed,the tires rotated and balanced,and a right rear tire repair (screw).I was told that my tires were too old to be serviced.They changed the oil but they would not rotate and balance the tires, nor would they fix the tire with the screw in it.I was going to Orlando for a trip the following day and had to go with a screw in my tire.Once I got off my exit in Orlando the screw came out and caused the tire to go completely flat.That was the last day to use up my passes at the theme park and the screw they wouldnt fix ended up costing me over $400.00.My tires are great shape and I will get another 20,000 miles on them.My family had to endure a hot day on the side of the road instead a great day I had planned.Maybe whats really too old is the way they operate their business which I will never use again.Thanks for ruining our vacation with a 2 year old in a hot car on the side of the road.

Everything went well except for the fact my vehicle sat in the bay for 35 minutes after my service was completed and I paid. I will go back there becuse sometimes things happen.

Super clean, the manager is very nice and helpful. He didnt try to push additional products or services. They checked my vehicle out and determined what I needed with no pressure to buy. Will be back.

I have taken my car here for the last 3 oil changes and was quite satisfied.On Dec. 8 I took my car in for an oil change, I was there waiting for over 3 hours or more. When they checked my car the Manager told me that the filters need changing and that I had noticed that I had an oil leak and I said no and how can that be fixed he said they need to order a part and I also need new tires. I authorize the new filters which with oil change and filter would cost around $179. The oil leak and tires will happen at a later date.When the service man took the car off the ramp I noticed he did not close the bonnet and drove the car a good distance away from the bays. The serviceman left car and walked back to get a part to be replaced in the engine and a jug with windshield washer, I thought that was odd to have wasted time to walk the way back and forth. After he poured the liquid in the car and closed the bonnet I thought he was about to drive the car up to the front of the office, instead he took the car on the road and when he did not return shortly thereafter I ask another serviceman why would he take the car on the road. The serviceman said to blow the black smoke out.When the serviceman returned the car immediately shocked to see my car on the front passenger side door had a few dings and scratches. The serviceman of course would not admit to damaging my car. I waited for the Manager to come to investigate. It was a fresh scratch because you could see the powdery paint and the chips were still on. The Manager says he is no fool. Don&to know what he was implying. He said it was not a fresh scratch but believe me it is new.Then I said I am no fool either, I know my car and yes there are a few stone chips bot these scrapes and paint chipped off are new from touched by and looking at it. The paint dust was still on the car.The Manager Ralph became very rude to me, he said look into my face and with his index finger and middle finger pointing towards his face he said the he will not charge for the work but I must never come back to his shop and he will make that note in his system.The damage on my car will cost me 10 Times the cost of the oil change. I did not go for a free oil change. I have had a car all my adult years and have never never encountered anyone being so rude.That is why my preference is to take my car to the dealers. It may cost a bit more but if the damage happened there the response would have been different.

We have used this Goodyear Auto Service for maintenance and repairs on our Chevy vehicles forever. Their work is reliable and priced fairly. The the staff is knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my vehicles repairs or maintenance.

This particular Goodyear came highly recommended and they are on point. They take amazing care of my fleet vehicle that I drive 600 miles a week of which about 1/4 of those miles are off road. They are busy so I recommend making an appointment or dropping your car off if you can. Thank you for the quality service.

Made an appointment online and specifically indicated that I need a tired change with run flats. When I made the appointment I was asked to provide the make and model of my car as well. I dropped my car off in the MORNING and I NEVER received a call to pick my car up. At about 4 pm I call the store to check on my car and they tell me that they dont have any run flats and they have to order the tire and they called me and left a voicemail WHICH THEY DIDNT. I will be going to the dealership instead. And on top of that this place does not do patches and they didnt even put air in my tire for the inconvenience...just go somewhere else. I would never recommend this place.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I went to this shop 2 weeks ago and had 4 tires mounted and balanced for $73 tax included, when I went back today for my other car they tried to charge me $175 to do the same job on my other car. There is only a 1 tire size difference. The manager Ralph was very rude and told me to take my business elsewhere and he wouldnt honor the price he had given me 2 weeks ago and also quoted me over the phone. I will not do business here again and will always tell friends and family not to shop here.

ZERO STARS! LIED ABOUT CHANGING MY OIL & LEFT NAILS IN MY TIRES! CHARGED ME FOR WORK THEY DIDNT DO!!Absolutely disgusted! My family and I had been taking all FOUR of our cars here for YEARS and trusted them to do all the work on our cars - What a mistake!I took my car in a few weeks ago because I had two nails in my back tires and they were losing air - I checked the pressure on the tires myself. I asked them to repair the tires and check the other tires for nails. I came back hours later and noticed that there was still a nail in one of my back tires. (It was so noticeable I was able to see it when I drove up with my mother!!!) When I went inside to ask how it went with my car I was told that ALL my tires were checked for nails and the two back tires were repaired... When I pointed out that I SAW a nail STILL in my back tire I had to have someone come outside to look at it because they did not believe me?! The story was changed and I was told that they saw the nail but left it there because it was not leaking air! I was told that they also were SO busy that they did not put my car on a lift that day. How did they check my tires if my car was not on a lift?? I waited even longer for them to put my car on a lift and actually check my tires and repair the back one. They apologized and I took it as human error (and some lying)....UNTIL..... about two weeks later, My check engine light came on and instead of going back to Goodyear I went to my friends private mechanic. He did a full check on my car and I was told that my oil was filthy. Crazy thing is that about a week before the tire incident, I was at the same Goodyear getting an oil change! (That I also waited HOURS to get done) How did my oil become filthy in a few weeks? THEY IN FACT NEVER CHANGED MY OIL!!!! I WAS CHARGED OVER $70 FOR A SERVICE THEY NEVER PERFORMED!!! I have been driving around with filthy oil which apparently caused a problem with my vehicle. Considering I have been getting my oil changed here for years I wonder if my oil was EVER changed... My car is at my new mechanic now and I will be picking it up to bring it over to Goodyear - with the filthy oil. I will also be doing an updated post to let EVERYONE know what happened to my car as a result of this and how they handle this situation as well.I hate to say this but I will make a note that BOTH of these incidents (the oil change and tire repair both happened when I was the one who dropped my car off. I generally have my father or brother drop my car off because I always hear about mechanics and auto shops ripping off women. I didnt think the auto shop my entire family had been using for years was one of those shops but I was WRONG. Too bad for them I was smart enough to catch on to what they are doing and I am calling them out.I cannot express how disgusted I am with this company and the people who work at that shop. They will smile to your face and yes you to death while doing scams like this. What a disgrace!!!

They kept there word and fulfilled replacement of defective brake sensors for free.

Apparently an appointment means nothing. Had a 5:00 appointment to swap out 4 OEM tires. Got there at 4:50 and after taking keys was told they couldnt do it and would have to come back in the morning. Found another shop to do it last minute for cheaper. Lost my business for good.

I call in the las minute with a flat tire. 6:15 pm was taking care by Danny with a smile tell me it’s ok I am going to see if I can fix it and they did. Thank You

I just left the place 10 minutos ago, first nobody was at the counter when I walked in, then a Tall older guy walks in, picks up the phone that was ringing, and continue to answer the customers questions over the phone, which I understood up to that point. Once he hanged up, he has the opportunity to greet me and tell me something, but nothing, he walked out to the shop area, then came back again and no greeting or acknowledgement at all... at that point I decided to go to Tires Plus Total Care, which the moment I walked in, I was greeted and got immediate service by a very friendly guy, named Rick.. GoodYear has a 4 star review, maybe if they would at least attempted to earn my business, they would have showed me why they are a 4 star business.. I wont take chances next time, I will be a regular at Tires Plus just a mile south of Lake Worth Rd off 441..

I was in visiting the area for a day. I ran over a bolt and needed it removed and the tire to not leak. Ralph was absolutely amazing and got me back on the road in an hour with my tire that is perfectly patched.

Do not use this shop, they are crooks. They tried to charge me $173 to mount and balance 4 tires. I went down the street and it cost me $60. When I spoke to the manager on the phone. He told me $16/tire and changed his mind when I got there. Do not shop here

I needed a nail in my tire patched and was told they wouldn’t do it because it was too close to the sidewall. I measured it and it’s more than an inch away from the sidewall meeting regulation. They were just being lazy and didn’t want to help me.

I made an appointment for an oil change this past Thursday morning and was rudely told once I got there that it would be approximately 2 hours before it would be done. When I asked why this was the case I was told because there where 11 oil change appointments booked for the same time slot. Whats the point of an appointment if they overbooked and make you wait anyways? Also, the staff member that I spoke to was not friendly by any means. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars rather than 1 is the fact that I have been there once previously and was treated with courtesy and was in and out in less than 45 minutes. After this past experience, however, they have lost my business. I drove less than 5 miles to a valvoline instant oil change location and was treated great by the staff and was in and out in less than 15 minutes.

Ralph is the absolute BEST! His is so honest and caring and goes well out of his way to make sure things are done correctly.

Was out here on vacation when my breaks line blew. Talked to them on the phone and they promised they could fix it no problem. Waited till 2pm on Saturday for them to tell me they couldnt do anything and wasnt comfortable working on anything other than basics breaks and Id have to get it towed some where else. After the tow and extended hotel stay ended up costing me an extra 500$

Friendly, honest, quick and very fairly priced! I had a tire blow out and I was all set with a new tire and ready to go in half hour.

Woke up yesterday to drive my daughter to school and what do you know flat....yep driver side rear. So that set the tone for the rest of day. While driving to gas station to fill it with air the tire got destroyed. So with some assistance I now have to put my doughnut tire on...now as I did this with my husband, my father was looking up online where I can go for decent priced tires and install. He messages me and says go to goodyear in Lakeworth (I live in Boca) because online he spoke with a goodyear team chat associate who told him to go there for service. So I drive to lakeworth and get there justbto be told No we dont have dunlop tires that I saw online.Well thanks to the associate Steve for understanding that I had been sent there by online chat team. He went above and beyond of you ask me. He went 2miles over to store in green acres got the second choice of tires and agreed to do it for price I was quoted online and got me out by 3pm knowing I had to pick up my daughter from school at 330pm in Boca. So what was a bad morning ended well. I highly recommend this location if you want service thats awesome.

RALPH, EDDIE AND STAFF COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE PROFESSIONAL TAKING CARE OF MY SITUATION. I PURCHASED TWO BRAND NEW FRONT GOODYEAR F1 EAGLE SUPERCAR TIRES AT ANOTHER LOCATION. AFTER INSTALL THERE WAS A VIBRATION IN THE STEERING WHEEL. I RETURNED TO HAVE THE DEALER FIX THE PROBLEM TWICE TO NO AVAIL. I THEN CALLED GOODYEAR AND THEY MADE AN APPOINTMENT WITH RALPH TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM. RALPH FORCED BALANCED BOTH NEW TIRES AND FOUND OUT ONE WAS BAD AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT TOMORROW AT 7AM AND LOOKING FORWARD TO FINALLY GETTING MY SHELBY GT500 BACK RUNNING PERFECTLY WITH THE HELP OF RALPH, EDDIE AND STAFF.
