Even though times are at odds with Covid issues the team in Lakeland did not stop until they were able to fit my needs. I love the consistency in the help That all of them try to provide and how they accommodate me and my family until my actual order was able to be shipped…. The store manager and his sales manager we’re awesome and made sure I received grade A customer service every time I walked out the door not to mention a speedy delivery on items I need it right away the same day thanks guys!!!

The staff at Lakeland Great Rooms go above and beyond for their customers. I had chose a living room set and it wouldnt fit in the house. They offered me another solution and went back and delivered the new choice. I am very glad that I chose to work with Great rooms. Awesome job guys!

Some terrible communication rude and insensitive. Some others I spoke with were really nice but one guy was rude and literally harassing me while I was sick with covid he even laughed in my face over the phone.

I went in and interviewed for the position with lots of qualifications and even a business owner myself. I guess if you have any experience or if you have done anything w any base to it they act like they don’t believe. Even over fixing a simple lost package once for ups. Waste of time and gas to go on this interview if your qualified. But if your a ghetto fabulous star. Apply away there only going to hire you there if your black it seems anyways. Good luck w fighting w those customers. Glad Verizon was my personal choice.

I went in just to look at first because I didn’t think they had what I was actually shopping for. But to amazing surprise they indeed have the item I was shopping for. It was a quick process and the entire transaction felt like friends just doing business. It was a very welcoming and friendly environment, I’m going back once I close on my house to do much more business with them. Everyone was very helpful. They were able to get me some savings where I only had to pay 5.00 for my first week, I would recommend checking them out!

Im reading all of these awesome reviews and am left wondering what or why I deserve to be treated so poorly. Maybe its because Im a senior citizen, or they dont like veterans, whatever the reason, after 5 days of hearing about bed bugs in their truck I finally got my washer and dryer. Both are setting in my kitchen ready to use. Except the washer has no hoses, and the dryer has no cord. The delivery team promised to bring them back to me in 20 minutes, 21 hours later I still dont have these parts.My neighbor is coming over to help me take them out In the yard where they can set until they decide to come get them.

Curious who wrote these reviews. Buddys is your best bet. I will never buy from company again. They are the ultimate with harassing. They charge for just about anything they can. I know they have jobs to do but everyone fall on hard times. Simply Tacky I highly recommend Buddys over this company. Kareem and Chris are great but this company obviously has its picks. i have 2 more rooms to furnish and will go to anywhere but here.
