No upselling or pressure.They also had electronics as well. I will definitely buy here again. [They have delivery available - mine would have been $60 (October 2020) but we didn’t need that service this time.]

Bought a used Kenmore Elite French door Refrigerator Freezer from them. It was in perfect condition and a great price. They were very polite. When we got it home we couldnt get the ice maker to work. Their repair guy was Ill so I waited about 3 weeks and called. They sent a guy out right away only to find out he just needed to hit the reset button on the ice maker. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend this place.

They want way too much for beat up old machines and anything they have that looks remotely decent is priced like its brand new.

This establishment is exceptional. We purchased a GE stainless side by side from them on August 11th. 40 days later it stopped working. Even though their site advertises a 30 day warranty, they had a technician show up the very same day I called and he was able to repair the unit on site! This to me is going above and beyond and I cannot speak highly enough of this company, Thomas who I dealt with on the phone and Humberto, the tech who came by to fix the fridge are the epitome of superb customer service. It just doesnt get any better than this. Thank you so much for truly caring about customer satisfaction!

I bought a dryer from Sonis over 3 years ago maybe closer to 4 or 5. But it finally gave out so went back to get another dryer. Love that they have a 30 day guarantee.

Bought a Wash/Dryer set from Sonis. The washer leaked after testing at home. Called and left a message, they sent someone out the day after and repaired a minor hose leak with a replacement part. So minor issue, but excellent service.They do not deliver, so be prepared to to pay for delivery, or bring a pickup and friend and save a few bucks. Which is fine with me.Price was great, plenty of options and selections.

My husband and I went to Soni to purchase a washer and dryer. The two owners were very courteous and professional. They went over different models to compare etc. We bought the washer and dryer we wanted using their credit program. I would recommend doing the credit application on your pc first before coming to Soni, as they do not have the ability to do an application there, unless you do it on your cell phone. Overall, we were very happy with our purchase from start to finish and look forward to doing business with Soni again!

Really nice guys. Great deal. I bought a black dresser.The edges of the dresser were sharp, so I ended up using electrical tape to cover them. Considering the cost and that the dresser was already assembled, it was still the best deal in town. Would definitely go back there again.

I just want to say guy was very helpful and I was very happy with my purchase. I bought a used Samsung washer about nov 9th. And it’s broke last week with a very loud banging sound and won’t spin out. I paid $350 for a washer to last not even 2 months. Top it off my wallet was lost and receipt was In it. I’m just highly upset that I paid that much and they should want to replace it. Not say 30 day warranty. Not keeping a customer happy won’t get you to come back or word of mouth to get you business. Now I have to.come up with money AGAIN. Wish they would want to fix this.

Being in the Combee area I was a little bit skeptical but I went to Soni appliance anyway found a washer and dryer set that worked great for my family for about a month. Well a little over a month later they both went out right after the 30 day warranty was up. Even though I was outside of the warranty period they actually brought me a new washer and dryer swapped it out completely free of charge no questions asked and from the moment I walked in the door until this day I am definitely satisfied with the customer service they provided and would recommend this store to anyone in the market for used appliances.

Due to the inexpensive and good quality appliances I got an awesome deal on a brand new mattress and box spring and excellent condition washer and dryer. Soni appliances offered more reasonable items from their Home Elegance catalog, which beats other furniture stores. Since my old house had a hookup for three prong power outlet for the dryer and the newer dryers comes with four prong hookup; Soni replaced the wire at the store on the dryer to the three-prong so I wouldn’t have any problems at home. Very trustworthy and honest people ready to do business. Highly recommendable!!!!

The dish washer, microwave and mattress were brand new in factory packaging but the rest of the appliances were in like new used condition. All of the appliances work well and i purchased the entire kitchen for the price of a new fridge at Lowes. I was expecting to bargain with the sales person but the prices i was given were low and completely reasonable. You cant beat the prices offered at this store and the condition of the appliances is extremely good. Baught a very decent used dryer for $175. Unfortunately the belt broke but they gladly replaced the belt for free within 15min. My washer has been on the fritz & I will prob come back here to look for a decent bearly used one.
