This a great place where you can bring your computer and be sure that it would be fixed in timely manner and efficiently. I brought my laptop to change the fan in it. Next day it was done and I paid $80 with tax included. See - when I brought it almost across a road at Fix It place they estimated this repair at $220 plus tax. See the difference? Very fair prices and great customer service

Very nice and super honest! Could have gotten me for a diagnoses but since I had a pic of the error code he told me what it needs and that he wouldnt want to waste my money diagnosing it to make sure that was what it needed.

Very friendly service and they went over and above on the quality of work. My computer had a virus and wiped everything off of it and they found all my valuable pictures and restored them and also installed anti virus and they had very quick service. They also gave me a few tricks and tips that were very helpful also. I would recommend them to everyone.

They have recovered hard drives on two laptops for us, along with fixing a non-functioning thumb drive. Great service!

They went above and beyond. He made a quote and stuck to it even though there were circumstances that made him do more things than quoted. He is good, but dont expect it in a hurry, but when done you get it back right.

I took my pc to Staples, because it was giving me trouble booting up, they charged me $110 to tell me that my motherboard was shot. I took it strait to Pyramid computers after that and it turns out that it was my power supply that was bad not the motherboard . I will never take it to Staples again and neither should you!!!!! Pyramid computers is the best, I highly recommend them, they are professional and honest!!!!! 👍👍👍👍👍

The folks in there seemed nice, but never offered any help when I was there. There was a small selection of items and they didnt have what I was looking for - a moderate GPU.
