A little slow, not their fault. Covid testing in line one. Line two was backed up.I went into store, got my scripts. So happy essential workers were there. So many people getting free money, I admire these employees! They go the extra mile! Not wanting dems money, they are awesome!
Dont bother making an appt. For a vaccine given here. I made an appt for 12pm. People walked in after me and went before me. Meanwhile the person with the appt. (Me!) Waited for 20 mins
Pharmacy is a joke. I can’t check on my prescription that is already 2 days behind. No one answers the phone at all. Every time I go in there it’s not like they are super busy. Drove there three times now and it’s a waste because my prescription hasn’t “come in yet”
I would say shop here if you need a quick item and you are okay with using the self checkout station. If you need a human being for anything, try another pharmacy.Employee courtesy is hit and miss. I. Guessing they are severely understaffed, because every time I come in the wait times for the pharmacy are horrible. I dont mean waiting for meds to process. I mean waiting in line to get to the counter or drive through window. 30 minutes to an hour. I also witnessed a lady standing at the front counter for 20 minutes, then went to find someone only to have that someone tell her sorry, I dont have a register.

Love the fact I can get most of my prescriptions delivered free of charge. Definitely saves me time and gas!!
Forget trying to get a call into this pharmacy. Literally waited hours on different occasions. Finally had to just drive there to be told my Rx is on hold. I was told to call back on a certain date the Rx would be released to me. I explained to the pharmacist that its impossible to get anyone on the phone no matter what option you choose. I find it hard to believe waiting on hold for that long and still cant get someone on the phone. I return on the day in was told to call in just to have the tech tell me the person I originally talked to miscounted the days and February only has 28 days and I would need to call back in 2 more days. While I was waiting I could hear 5 calls holding and not 1 person there answering the phones.
I called to talk to the pharmacy to find out when my prescriptions will be ready. I was on hold for 25 minutes listening to recordings before I gave up. Either their phones arent operating correctly or this is really lousy customer service.
Pharmacy is extremely busy but they always are professional and nice
The phone plays a recording continuously and its as if they have it in a loop so they dont have to answer the phone for the pharmacy. You are on the phone for at least 1/2 an hour. They tell you prescriptions are ready and even if you are in the line waiting for service at 10 pm they close the register irregardless if you were at the window prior to 10:00!
Terrible service when it comes to the pharmacy wait time is over 30 mins in the drive thru even if you are only the second car. They also never have what you need in stock when you go to fill your prescription and they have put my prescription in someone else’s name by mistake which is a huge NO NO! Will be transferring pharmacies because that’s how terrible their services are.
This is the most sorry excuse for a pharmacy ever! Im not talking about the store, but the pharmacy itself. The staff is very rude and they act like the customer is intruding on their time. The wait times are horrendous, and they wont answer their phone. I have been informing my Drs to to now have my scripts sent to Walgreens. I have put up with this horrible service for 2 years, and am finally mad enough to make the switch and call corporate to tell them about it.

Prescriptions are never ready for pick up, no matter if you come 5 hours after they received the prescription or next day.

The lady on the phone was really nice and inwas in a panic because one of there chains in auburndale messed up my stuff and I needed my medication or I can end up in the hospital and this location saved me and in quick time thank you so much for helping me and quick too!!!
This CVS have a really bad pharmacist because my little one Dentist sent me a prescription they said they dont take that Referral need a doctor sign it but the Dentist always us the computer to sign it with other patience and not problem why this one is .I called the Dentist and he said what a Punk I agree with him those people need to learn about it

Worst CVS I’ve ever been to! The staff is rude and incompetent. Especially the pharmacy. Their signage is confusing and misleading, especially for covid testing. If testing is done on the left lane then why is the arrow point to the right?!?! Then they want to treat you like you’re stupid.
The staff is rude my prescription takes too long. Store management would not sold my problems. They should all be fired. Go to Walgreens, Publix or Walmart nearby.
Had appointment went 20 minutes early and waited for 25 minutes after the appointment for my C-19 shot and went to ask how much longer and she sead she has not even stated on it yet so do not go there as for me I will never get the shot now and I am not going wheat the mask no more
This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to unfortunately it is my local pharmacy and I have to deal with it at times but I am very tempted to trade over to Walgreens the drive-through line wait time is ridiculous I am always in the line for at least 40 minutes with only a couple of cars in front of me there’s no point in having a drive-through if you take longer than going inside and then the attitude that they give you is beyond ridiculous
This Cvs has to be the slowest ever I get my meds at publix wifes here. The services is horrible as well they will tell you pick up ready by 3 and they wont even be done by 4.
The line for the drive thru is always a 30 minute to an hour wait. They have 1 person doing both lands. Giving people a covid test and explaining how to do it and filling prescriptons in the other lane. Its ridiculous!
Good place. Open 24 hours. Was there tonight 3-15-2020 sunday. Got all my vitamins. I also saw the most beautiful lady in a long blue dress. She is foreign like Germany. Her family was in there at pharmacy getting things for an elderly family member in a wheel chair. Then you sat out side in the car and surf your phone in front of the store. The worst pharmacy ever!They never have any meds in stock, they do not follow up.Hold time on the phone and in store is ridiculous!Customers service don’t care, I always have to yell hello to get someone’s attention. The CVS store and the store employees are great but the pharmacy is useless! I only went to this location because it was 24 hours, now it’s not anymore there is no reason to put up with their bad service!
The pharmacy and the stores customer service is absolutely disappointing. I wanted in line for my prescription for over 30 minutes that was filled 2 days ago! The drive thru was faster, but since I had to pick up some extra things I was forced to stand in line while she took her time filling and fixing her baskets. There were 5 people behind me that probably waited an hour. Didnt even get an Im sorry or the wait or a smile. Do better if you want better scores!
If I could give zero stars I would. I have called this store over 7 times and all times stayed on hold 20 plus minutes each time just to check on my prescription. Never got anyone to answer. I called and asked for the store Manager 3 times and stayed on hold for over 20 minutes before hanging up. They never answered and neither did the store manager. This is the worse store ever! Horrible Customer Service! Spend your money elsewhere. I see they have mostly bad reviews.
I work at the front desk at a doctors office and had to call this pharmacy for a patient that requested us to use this CVS to send the medications to. I called to get the fax number and I was on hold for over an hour and a half just for a fax number this is unacceptable dont know how any providers offices able to call or fax medications to this pharmacy if no one answers the calls I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. I am calling the patient to change to another pharmacy.
Dropped off prescription over an hour ago. Drive thru inside backed up and insanely busy. Kept hearing 11 pharmacy calls repeating over and over and no one taking calls. Was told my prescription would be ready in an hour which I find hard to believe. Called ahead to see if it’s ready. Now have been on hold 55 minutes. Yes 5 minutes shy of an hour. No one answers. My husband just drove up there. He will probably wait near an hour in line only to discover it isn’t ready. When you had a root canal and need your medicine and antibiotic and no one to help. Extremely frustrated!
Is incredible you have a prescription send a week ago, try to call to see if it ready( of course I didn’t get any text of anything) go by the drive ( thx god is only one person a front. Ya understand) and nope is not ready to give the another 15 min n so. REALLY IS NOT THE FIRST TIME.. I’m a very patient person n give change but ya is a joke.. I call customer resources. I called in a prescription to be transferred from another pharmacy on Friday night. I was told it would be done Saturday and I would get a call. They did not call. I had to call Sunday. When i went to pick it up the pharmacy staff was extremely rude. I waited and watched them talk about all the people yelling at them for at least five minutes before someone came over. They did not have my medication ready and I had to wait longer. While I waited I watched them ignore phone calls and continue socializing. The girl at the front register was not much better as she was texting while working. SO unprofessional!

Pharmacy never has enough staff. Can not get a prescription filled within 24 hours unless you go wait for it. They close the drive thru constantly due to no staff. Manager on duty could care less.
Have been trying to get my meds for 2 days now, every time I call I wait 20+ minutes on hold and no one ever picks up. Tried the store line too and nothing.
I waited about 2 minutes for the pharmacist to even acknowledge that I was standing there. It was 4 in the morning and I was the only one in the store and it took her about 20 minutes to fill my prescription. I usually go to the one in Auburn dale and they are wonderful. This one is awful.
I love the extra bucks and the employees are awesome. They all know me because I shop here at least once a week and sometimes more.

Went here to grab a few things today and the cashier was so sweet. My husband was asking me about a coupon and we were picking on eachother and the cashier lady was so sweet. She reminds me of my grandma. I wish we lived closer to this cvs

I am, on occasion forced to come to this most horrid of places. You are garrantteed a long wait, and that is for anything, especially the Pharmacy. On that subject, I spoke to their management and discovered CVS corporate has reduced staffing, which leads to mistakes, attitudes, poor service and wildly unhappy customers. Dont blame the staff, just save the complaints and blame for their incompetent and inept leadership

Id give zero stars if I could. Pharmacy staff are extremely rude, pharmacy techs dont know what theyre talking about and then when you ask for pharmacist they get rude and nasty. I picked up a prescription and had 2 refills left on it, and when I picked 1 of them up it said I had zero refills. I complained and they simply said our computers arent wrong, ok but what about human error...finally they said ok we will give it to you this time as a courtesy..please....just admit youre wrong.Not one pharmacy just gives something as a courtesy they either need dr approval or they know they messed up. Total lack of professionalism, I will drive out of my way to go somewhere that knows what they are doing.

Just to change my prescriptions from where I had been originally purchasing them from for years, without issue, or hassle (Sams Club, North Hwy. 98), over to CVS, where our new Insurance Company recommends they be purchased from (because my employer dropped our insurance benefits and dumped all of us into the dreaded Obamacare). I was directed to use this CVS Pharmacy and on my initial call, I sat on hold for over 10 minutes, and when an associate finally answered my call, I started telling him (Joshua) my name, he interrupted me, telling me to hold.... where I again sat for another 10 minutes, before he returned to take my request. I am already discouraged with their service!

This specific store is horrible the manager and the employees has awful customer services today I was there and the coupon box was broken and y entered my number and never received my coupon went I asked the store manager how can I do he send me to call because he can not do nathing really the should took a training how to deal with this problem they know how to do it but don’t want to.
I like nothing at all about this CVS. I got lied to twice in one night about my prescription, then the next day it still wasnt ready. I got told to wait 10-15 more minutes again. I want to go back to WAL- GREENS...
