Gayle is awesome! She was jumping around and helping everyone! She made a great sandwich! She jumped from helping customers to helping her fellow workers and guiding them!

Everytime i try and get something to eat it takes time to cook it. They should be on top of making more food.MESSING WITH PEOPLES LUNCH BREAKS ‼️

We took a back way home from the Northside, I saw the Quiznos sign and decided to stop. The store was clean and well stocked. We were looking at the deli case and all the food offerings, and were promptly greeted and asked if we could be helped. I told him it would be a couple of minutes because this was our first time there. He gave us a sample of the chicken tenders and let me say, it was delicious! Hot, moist, full of flavor...so good! We wound up getting the pork chops, the chicken and a Pizza Hut pizza that was all delicious... seriously, not one complaint. We will have to come back and try the subs. Also, there were lots of snack and drink choices and the girl who checked us out was quick and friendly. Also, it is easy to get in and out of the parking lot. Im so glad we found this place! Keep up the good work! 👍😃

Drove for over an hour to try quiznos for the first time, my husband said it was amazing. This is the closest one to our house. We get there, it is In a gas station. Thats ok.....but we stood in front of the quiznos section for close to 10 mins before asking one of the many working staff how we get service. She said they will be with you soon....the quiznis people leave at 3 and the rest if us just help out. Clearly saying it is not their job....so the lady taking our order spoke softly and was hard to understand I had to repeat myself several times. We got no modifications on the sandwiches. She still didnt put all the toppings on and had to go back for the au just sauce....and had to wait while she helped someone else with chicken first....and then had to go find a cup to put the sauce in. This was literally the worst sandwich I have ever eaten. My husband agreed his sandwich barely had any meat, we did not even finish the subs and threw them in the garbage can after a few bites. Never ever returning!

I stopped ordering from here a long time ago now I remember whyThey raise their prices and lowered the quality. The gizzard were 9.00 and were the nastiest gizzards ever . They were completely mush and flavorlessI ended up feeding them to the dogs.When I inquired about the ridiculous price hike they said they have to recoup their money on the new store locations they opened. Excuse me? Thats about the worst excuse for doubling the price of a chicken menu. Ill pass on this place for good!

Delicious fried chicken and potato wedges

I went yesterday to get Quiznos, Shaun told us to try the chicken. After trying it we left with our Quizno subs as well as some chicken for my family at home! Great food, great service, and the food is a really good deal for the price! Thank you Shaun for suggesting the chicken to my buddy and I!

Tenders used to be good in the mornings but now they are always hard and old. Make tenders fresh again 2021 🙄🙂

We love this place but the last two times we came the sausage and biscuits were cold and the biscuits were stale. We needed to reheat in our microwave. So disappointing!

Is Nick & Moes going out of business? I have been a customer since they where located in downtown Kathleen. these are some observations, store used to be kept spotless and inviting, looked at the floor lately? or the entrance area?, constant broken gas pumps or or info video screens with a big x on them rendering pump unusable, off road diesel pump broke for weeks at last check, when is last time you bought gas that paper receipt was working? sidewalk outside looks like trash bags with wet food items dragged across sidewalk staining concrete. when is last time you saw Nick or Moe on duty montering there store? all signs of lack of good positive management. would love to see Nick & Moe to return to the days when they where the pride of Kathleen.

The store is clean and well stocked. The gas terminals are easy to get in and out of and window washer fluid is fresh and clean. The garbage cans are emptied. Inside the store the employees are nice; but, Denise is outstanding. She always greets me with a smile and makes sure I found everything I wanted. Shes makes me feel like were family. When were done she encourages me to return soon.

My wife prefers to get her diesel for her truck here because she has a fuel card /anything nick and moes purchase at discount prices build up points use at store and or Quiznos/Pizza hut, and let us not for get their deli hot scrumptious fried chicken, sandwiches, etc. The true meaning of a convenient store. Every inch of this location kept. Immaculate whether covid protocol or not. Seems everyone in the Kathleen area and surrounding areas frequent this store cause it is always busy whenever I come here if I didnt know any better I would swear its a Walmart but then again no goes to Walmart cause its always busy!!!!

Good place to eat for hot food except for the pizza. Never the same pizza twice either over cooked with a black crust or under cooked. The pizza cook must have to pay for the toppings out of his paycheck. You can’t take 1 mushroom mince it up and put it on a whole pizza. Sorry gave it a chance about 10 times just not worth it. The chicken fingers are great but maybe it’s time to hire a real pizza maker.

Very good food here, including their fried chicken, chicken tenders, BBQ wings, and Jalapeño poppers. Corn dogs and Buffalo wings are average.

The hot case and subs are always delicious. Thanks for the Staff always keeping it fresh. Appreciate all registers going and getting people in and out in timeline manner, also your worker Victoria a fairly new girl is great. She always smiles and greets customers and makes small conversation while your in the store. Makes you feel like apart of the family there.

Mandi is absolutely AMAZING!!!! The entire store is great, all employees are very friendly, but I go in at least 4-5 times a week and Mandi already knows my order and always makes it exactly how I like it!!! She has gotten so good we don’t even have to speak, a head nod and my order is ready and made perfectly every time!!!

I love this place!!! The people are awesome..... The food is great... The store is always clean and well stocked and if they dont have something I need they try and get it. My only issue is when the decided to go with Pizza Hut they did away with their excellent large pizzas that were sooo good they were the best around. Now, all they offer is a 9 inch pizza. Yall need to bring back the pizzas you used to have they were sooo much better I mean if I wanted pizza hut Id just call them. Well thats my reason for the 3stars otherwise youd have a 5 on the rating

Going Brag a minute on the pizza, Thank you to your new employee Victoria for recommending I give it a try. I’d much rather order a Pizza from you guys than any delivery. Store is very clean inside and out. Lines were long when i first walked in and thought there would be long wait but all the employees were on their game and the line disappeared quickly. Thanks Victoria for helping with my indecisiveness.

I have been a very frequent customer since moving to this area for 3 years now. My daughter, son in law and grand daughter are also. Nick and Moes has got to be the very best convenience/gas store. I am pleased with every single employee in the store. The cleanliness is above board. I have stopped at times just for the chicken gizzards!!! So glad yall are available 😁

Its a great store and the employees are great but they lost me when they got rid of their breakfast pizza. They have Pizza Hut now and yes they sale breakfast pizza but it has no flavor. Pizza Hut was the worst thing that happened to that store. I used to order the breakfast pizza for dinner (2 boxes) all the time. Please change this and go back to the original breakfast pizza you guys use to have and get rid of the flavorless garbage.

So i ate at Nick & Moes for the first time the other day and I believe her name was Mandy working behind the deli counter gave me some wonderful suggestions to try the chicken fingers. I am glad she made the suggestion because they were absolutely delish and I will be back. she even made me fresh fries and she made me laugh while i waited. She is is great asset to your company.

Went to Nick and Moes for the first time today. First impression was great. The environment was friendly and clean. Krista who served me was super friendly and helpful. Jerry was the cashier who rang me up and he was very kind as well. Overall a 5 star experience. Will definitely be returning to this place when Im on this side of town again.

Excellent chicken

Today was my first time in this store but right away it was inviting. I am from out of state but in town for Christmas and plan on coming back to this store before I leave. This young lady Gail went above for me today and helped me find what I was looking for. She looked like she was super busy but stopped right away when I asked a question. I even got some of their chicken and it was delicious. The whole staff was super friendly and the store was very clean. Definitely a great 1st time experience and have a repeat customer every time I come in from out of state.

My husband and I love Nick and Moes! Their food is awesome. Especially the mac n cheese, potato wedges, chicken and pizza. Great staff too. Definitely recommend!

Nick and Moes has a wide variety of fuel compared to most gas stations. They also have a nice selection of hot and ready to go food also. Plus the employees are always very helpful and friendly to me. Especially Gale, whenever I am there she treats me like I am a member of her family.10/10 Would review again

I visit almost everyday sometimes 2 or 3 times. The owners are great people and normally have the best gas prices. I have to say out of all the times I go there that Jolina is my favorite employee. Always super nice and very helpful

I come here more than I like to admit. The hot food is very good and the service is so helpful and kind. During Hurricane Irma, specifically, i was so impressed by their ingenuity and willingness to help their community. Love this place.

I have not had a Quiznos sandwich in ten years! It’s inconceivable how this sandwich place doesn’t have locations throughout the Tampa Bay Area! I will not have a problem driving 25 miles to get a sub/hero/wedge from the location! They are awesome!

Very friendly staff. Danielle Newsome was very helpful and kind. She got our order out quickly beside the fact that she was the only one running that area at the moment. The chicken tenders are amazing! Would definitely recommend stopping by for a bite.

I drove all the way there for an advertised special sub. they told me it wasnt available because the ingredients were still frozen. Lackadaisical attitude and part of the employee besides. Wasting my time today I certainly wont go there again!

Miss Jolina is by far the BEST employee on staff. She excels in customer service above and beyond any expectations I could have. I go here every time Im in town. Its my go to store when Im on this side. The staff is amazing. I would say Gale and my favorite. The service is great, every time I go in the store my favorite person Mandi is there and she’s there all the time and I go in there about 4 times a week she always takes good care of me and she’s so sweet and makes sure I get everything I need and she always has a smile on her face, I thank you very much Mandi for always taking care of me.

Had an unsettling experience the other day there. My son loves pizza from Nick and Moes. One employee Zaylani helped us after about a minute of standing there. Was a bit rude and just didn’t seem to want to be there. It really upset me that she wasn’t as welcoming as other employees have been on our previous visits. Definitely makes me rethink visiting again, what a bummer !

This place is truly a locals steeple. They treat you like family, the food is phenomenal (seriously try the pizza and tater sticks) Danielle is always getting me to try new additions to their menu and Ive never had 1 thing that didnt taste amazing!! There isnt a thing you need that you probably couldnt find here. The owners and staff are the best in the business and know most of their frequent customers by name.

I want to thank all the employees for their kindness. Ive been a costumer since the store has been opened. Some trip to the store Ive noticed the shift leaders let the authority get to their head. It doesnt matter what your title is big or small. ALWAYS treat people like you want to be treated. Nexer be little someone and always be welling to help out when you can. I was getting waited on one day when Sara was getting on to another employee in front me. It was wrong because she should taken them the side not at the registers. Sara continued to keep talking even after I let her know that it wasnt the place to about it in front of me.

I love it there, especially mandi, everytime i go in there shes always making me smile. I love when she makes chicken tenders and she got me hooked with mayo on it yummy and love this store and her❤

Ive watched Nick and Moes grow from a friendly convivence store that sells gas, to a major Lakeland contender in fresh, great tasting and unbelievably priced foods. The menu items are varied and the excellent taste is consistent. The fried chicken strips rival any other and then theres the friendly staff... you cant go wrong by making a trip to Nick and Moes a regular event!

I go in there all the time to get potatoes wedges love when mandi is working she is always helpful and always makes sure my food is fresh and ready to dip in that delicious chipotle sauce. Shes the best in my book and always love when she is working always leaving with a smile on my face such loving person has very good customer service i have met some rude employees there but mandi is definitely not one of them she is so kind and such a sweetheart.

LOVED ZAYLANI AT REGESTER!! my son is 9 years old and has autism so he can be very rowdy at times. We were in the store and he was giving me a rough time as i was trying to pay for gas and a few snacks for my other children as well, while my youngest was screaming and yelling distracting me from what i was doing she (a register away from the one i was at) made my son laugh and kept him from bothering me so i could do what i needed to! could’ve been in there forever if not for this young lady! (not sure if i spelled her name right)

I live 5 minutes from this place and LOVE coming here. Instead of making a “wawa” run, I make what is now known as a “N&M” run, and everyone is so friendly and always working hard to make sure everyone has a good visit!
