Brad Boever is what a car salesperson should be. Listens and hears what you are saying. Went back couple times to look at a vehicle and never pressured me into making a decision either way. Worked with my schedule when I finally did make a decision to buy. HIGHLY recommend Williams Auto World and Brad. Heather in finance took the time to go through the process and made total experience great!

Awful customer service. Wanted a virtual tour of the car I was looking at but they would not set it up they want to force you to the dealership to get you on site. I asked if the salesman had gotten my email, I know he did, and he responds oh sorry we had technical difficulties lol. Give me a break. Was very serious about purchasing a car, had the salesman tell me he “shifted his focus to serious buyers”. What a joke I bought the exact car I was looking at a day later from a much more professional dealer. Have to call 10 times to get the sales department to pick up the phone. They want you to sign a contract before you even get into serious details about buying the car. Complaints go on and on. If I could give 0 stars I would.

My cousin went here because he had a vibration in his front end. He left here with a $700 bill for oil change, transmission change and inspection fee. I do not believe he requested for anything more than an inspection which I have received from multiple companies over the years as a free service from other companies. It is my opinion this company did not treat my cousin fairly and honestly.

The sales staff was outstanding in Audi of Lansing. Brad Boever, Dominic Bongiorni and Nelson Munoz were top tier in my opinion. What questions I had were answered and they did everything they could to make it a smooth experience. If you are looking for outstanding customer service from a dealership these people deliver. On top of that, I found a car I fell in love with within my price range. Would highly recommend.

I have contacted the Hyundai service department twice for a maintenance issue and both times I was referred to the service manager. The second call I was assured he would return my call. Its been a week and I am still waiting for him to call me back.

Went to buy an Audi and knew what I was looking for along with the price I was willing to pay. Made two trips and test drove the vehicle.They absolutely would not negotiate. I decided I wanted the vehicle and was willing to pay their price. On my third visit when I expected to make the purchase, the deal went south fast!I asked specific questions when the purchase order was presented and that was not something they liked. When I stated I was not willing to pay the optional fee, I was told I must and that is how they do their paperwork. When I asked to see the title to make sure it was a clean title, the manager stood in his office and held it up across the room.The manager did come out to speak to me to lecture me on supply and demand and inventory. When I told him I was not interested, I was their to purchase the vehicle, he told me I was rude. He further told me to just pay the $24 optional fee.Even though I was treated poorly and it became a “principle “ issue, I was going to relent and pay the fee but I was then told they were not going to sell me the vehicle. They felt it was in their best interest not to.Because I asked questions, pointed out it is against state policy to force a customer to pay an optional fee and stated I wasn’t interested in a lecture, they would not sell me the vehicle.Well they actually did me a favor, I went to another dealership, was treated with respect, bought the same vehicle and am quite happy while that vehicle is still sitting on their lot.The corporate office should be aware of how horribly this dealership’s management represents their brand.I will also be following up with the State of Michigan dealer division to share with them the information regarding the optional fee that is written into the vehicle code which Williams feels they don’t need to follow.If you plan to pay whatever price they tell you and don’t care about good customer service and being treated with respect, then this may be the dealership for you, otherwise buyer beware!

Every person that I encountered at Williams Auto World was extremely kind and helpful. Jeff Williams, the owner, and the Hyundai sales manager, Tyler, are men of integrity. I had the bad luck of getting T-boned about a week after leasing a car from Williams. I had traded in my old car to buy down the payments. So, after my car was deemed to be totaled, my insurance company paid the full appraised value to the financing company. The finance company wasn’t willing to refund any of the money that they got for the trade in, but when I talked to Tyler about it he brought Jeff into the conversation, and they decided to advocate on my behalf. They did a great job and I’m very happy about how it turned out. I highly recommend doing business with Williams Auto World.

Mr. Boever was such a wonderful sales representative. He made the entire process so stress-free and enjoyable. He did right by us which I cannot say for almost any other sales rep Ive delt with in the past, and Ive delt with many. The facility is really clean and well taken care of, and all staff are really sharply dressed and friendly. The vehicle we financed was in pristine condition in every way, cleaned and tuned up so well it felt like I was driving a new car off the lot. I couldnt reccomend this place or Mr. Boever enough. Our finance representative, Heather, was also extremely friendly and helpful explaining everything we needed to know and just leaving a great taste in our mouth.

Brad stuck by our side through the entire process and helped us find the vehicle that met our family’s needs best. We were very specific with what we wanted in a vehicle. Brad worked with us for several months and never gave up on us. I very rarely take the initiative to leave a review, usually only when an experience was either extraordinarily positive or negative. In my dealings with Audi of Lansing, it was most definitely the latter. After just a few days of purchasing a vehicle from them, I was getting error messages on the dashboard and I immediately contacted the service department. The vehicle was picked up, diagnosed, and it was determined that there was indeed a need for repair, and parts to ensure a safe ride. After completion, the service tech personally drove it and reached back out to tell me that there were more issues discovered. Keep in mind, I haven’t had the vehicle for more than a few days. It ended up being with the service department for over 50 days (which technically qualifies as a Lemon in MI). I spoke very honestly with the owner of the dealership as well as the managers, in letting them know that I was NOT comfortable taking possession of the vehicle considering the extent of work that was needed/completed. As a mother of 3, my children’s safety is my top priority. The responses that I received were beyond unprofessional and I left wishing that I never gave my business to them. I highly suggest that you DO NOT give your business to Audi of Lansing. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else, literally anywhere else. I spoke with other Audi dealerships after the fact and described the situation with them. Without hesitation, every one of them were baffled at the course of action that was taken and agreed that their handling was not in alignment with Audi.

I had to purchase a vehicle before I was ready after my car finally stopped running. My salesperson was Tyler Duling. Although he had only been there a short time, he was very accommodating and seemed to genuinely care about providing excellent customer service, especially with my particular circumstance. I lived far away and did not have much time to wait in a dealership and go through the process. The whole team was sympathetic to my plight and were prepared for me when I arrived. Tyler, Trisha and Heather were super and knowledgeable and made my experience a seemless one. Thank You!!!!

DO NOT BUY VEHICLES HERE!Williams Auto World has the worst customer service of any car dealership I have ever seen. They sell vehicles they know have problems with them, and as soon as you give them your money, you are dead to them if you have problems with your vehicle.My brand new Subaru Outback dies every time I drive it, and every person I have reached out to here has been absolutely worthless. Jason, the manager, refuses to return messages.Absolutely abhorrent customer service. I regret ever purchasing a vehicle here.

I would never go back or buy a car from this place I drove over 2 hours for an appointment on a car that I was going to buy for my wife I told them I had to come from 2 hours away and I had an appointment for 12:00 noon Brad said there was no problem my appointment would be honored for this mustang I got there mind you after driving 2 hours they told me the car was sold 10 minutes before I got there and I was actually early for the appointment and all he said to me is Im sorry and when I told him I had an appointment for noon on this car he just shrugged his shoulders so dont bother making an appointment to see a car so I went to Jackson Auto in Jackson they treated me like a king and I did get my wife her anniversary present so stay away from this dealer as they dont care about their customers

Missed diagnosed my outback. Charged me for a full hour when a friend and I found the problem in 15 minuets. Some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered.Never returned my calls or addressed my issue they will never get my business again!

I live over an hour away from Williams and we have a Subaru dealership about 15 minutes from home but I only deal with Williams for anything having to do with my Subaru. They always get it right I couldnt be happier with their service.

Poor customer service. Arrived for my appointment and was told that they didnt have the parts for my repair and after months I still have not received a call to reschedule. Lets see just how long it takes for them to fix this.
