As a first time buyer, I can say that this place made it really easy, my salesman Jose and finance manger Tony did a great job showing me options that fit my budget and getting my approval for financing. I did not have credit but I was able to put money down and get financed, and the car was better than I expected. Low miles, with an extended warranty and a payment that fit my budget, and the VW is super nice, I didnt know they were this nice! If you are a new buyer or just looking, Guaranteed Motor Cars is a great place to go, friendly, family owned car lot with great options and good people to work with!

My Wife and I purchased a vehicle from this place and a week later, the check engine light comes on. We were told the catalytic converter was replaced. A few days later, the check engine light comes on again we take it back and they assure that the issue has been resolved. A week later the light comes on again and this time I take it to an auto store to get scan it for codes. It gives the code P0420 for a faulty Catalytic converter. I had to take the vehicle in 3 more times for the exact same thing!! This is not a reputable dealership!! They are not honest in their dealings. Please dont go here at all!!

SCAM! SCAM!! SCAM!!!DECEITFULPlease buyers whenever you go to buy a car, always ask for the CARFAX report of the car you’re buying. It will show you the original mileage on the car. And read the report carefully. You can also obtain a copy of CARFAX report by yourself, just google carfax and put the vin number of the car. Unfortunately they like to tamper with the odometer. A car with very high mileage will change to low mileage. Very deceitful. IT ACTUALLY HAPPENED TO ME. They are big liars. STAY AWAY AND BE CAREFUL

My girlfriend purchased a BMW at this location it was a 2017, as soon as we got off their lot the cars check engine light illuminated coming back with 9 engine codes! The sales manager at the Torrence Location named Tony was very polite at first told us about his wife and children, Tony actually became too friendly and felt like he could be very disrespectful not only to us but to his wife and children as well by asking my girlfriend out to dinner. Safe to say Tony is very unprofessional and has been reported to the better business bureau! It’s a global pandemic right now can’t a man just do his job and not harass others! This man has a lot of personal information on many ladies out there I can only imagine the things Tony has asked for so young ladies can get “approved” at guaranteed motors.

We had a good experience Mike and Nick were very polite help us to find the car we needed. We didnt have to wait for hours like in other dealers. If looking for a car this is the great place.

They’re nice and friendly....well some of them. But after leaving the lot with a car, 3 months later my car died and would not start back up. I called the dealership and I spoke to Mike and told him that I need my car tow to them and he stated to me that they have no tow truck. I asked, how am I suppose to bring a dead car to the dealership. He then said “Well, you going have to figure out a way to bring the car yourself”. Wow! Okay! Thank god my car insurance cover tows. I had the car towed to the dealership and “luckily” I have a warranty on my car(and the dealership claim that I have a “really” good warranty). But, 2 weeks later after my car have been towed and been on the dealership property, they have not begin working on my car yet saying they need to know if the warranty going to cover it or not...if not then it’s looking to be about $3,000 I would have to come out of pocket!!! So now, it been about a month and I have no car, the dealership refusing to give me a another car for exchange and I still got to pay the finance company for the car note even though I don’t have it nor can I use it. Just make sure you pick out a good car and just don’t let them shove any type of car down your throat or you may just wind up in a similar situation like this.

I was in a situation where my car broke down unexpectedly. I was told about them, I needed a car right away cause my job is a 50 mile commute everyday. Not really having the money I wanted to have cause I knew I needed a car. They worked with me to get me in a 2018 that I could afford. I will tell everyone I know dont go anywhere else.

Oil pan cracked and leaking badly. Salesman said it doesnt leak. Bad tires on everything I saw. Bad Master cylinder and wiper falling off one vehicle. That was enough for me to leave and never go back. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!
