Professional and friendly. Solid team! Service dept delivers to its promises. Proactive review with you at end of each visit to plan for future maintenance based on wear rate (brakes, fluids, tires).Waiting lounge and sales lounge are nicely furnished, clean and pleasant. Fresh popcorn, coffee and water.
Thank you Williams Subaru for a great new to me Subaru! Hats off to Paul & Wes on the sales team for a great sales experience! And even through a small hiccup, John Walker and the service team did an amazing job. 10/10 would recommend Williams Subaru to anyone looking for a used Subaru or shopping for a new Subaru in Lansing, MI. I drove from Grand Rapids just for the Subaru, now Ill be coming back for the professionalism and top-notch quality service! Thanks again for everything guys, yall rock!!
Excellent buying experience. I found working with Williams Subaru to be a very pleasant experience. Paul worked with me fairly and honestly to deliver a deal we could both be happy with on my new Outback. Finalizing the purchase with the finance manager was slick and without pressure. Follow up service was very good. I normally dread the car buying experience but, this time, it was a casual pleasure. Thank you!
Williams has been very good with helping with a oil overflow issueI had from Ann Arbor Subaru and I give them praise for that.I also had a noise issue between 45 and 55 miles per hour. Williams worked the issue and said my tires were wearing on the inside causing the noise. They indicated there was no tire warenty from Subaru but failed to mention the tire company had a warenty. They told me I could run tires a while and they would then put me on a new set at my cost. They also said I could try a front end alinement and it would cost me $90. I then researched and was able after a lot of phone calls get 4 new tires from the manufacture which I had put on with local discount tire company. I then checked on alinement close to my home and decided I felt safer going to Williams and there price was comparable to everyone else. When I got to Williams to my surprise the story changed and I was allowed one free alinement which was good news but was originally told it would be $90.I feel Williams is a good dealer and have been good but my last experience left me frustrated with the knowledge I was give on my tires which were around 16000 miles. They need to be much clearer on options and costs. For the most part I would rate them a 4 star but my last experience left me concerned,
Typical overpriced dealership.Made an appointment 3 weeks ago to have a part replaced. 1st they couldnt find my appt, 2nd couldnt find my file, 3rdly they sold my part to someone else yesterday. Hour drive RT. Rescheduled my appt.🤞 I am a lifelong diehard Subaru owner. Always will be. They just need to step up their game.
Best experience I ever had at a car dealership.
Honestly, I was just helping a coworker drop off his car for an oil change and headlight replacement. He got his car in quickly and within two hours the Subaru was done. Dropped him off in the afternoon to pick up his car and he made it back to work so Im giving this dealership 5 stars since he keeps going back here for any work he needs done.
Is Williams a person with the last name Subaru that happens to run a Subaru dealership? The world may never know. All we know is they have decent cars and fix them. The rest is a mystery.
Wow! This was the finest service experience I have ever had at a dealership. Thank you for the care with my bill and communication (Jess), noticing that I had a parking sticker that needed to be moved (service), helping me check out quickly (Dominic). Im so glad to be a first time Subaru owner after all these years on the road!
Great people. Great service. Made me feel like a truly valued customer.
Great experience at Subaru Lansing. Shout out to Paul Rawlins. Worked with him to purchase the new Ascent, very smooth process, good discount, provided a good details about Ascent. A lot better experience comparing to other Subaru dealerships in Southeast Michigan. I would recommend Subaru Lansing!
Ive had very good experience with Williams over 15 years, both with purchases, leases, and service. However, the sales manager sent me an email offering a decent lease for a new Crosstrek, less than Im paying now. When I came in, they upped the lease amount well above my current lease payment. Why? Because of some light paint scrapes on the door edge that would cost 50 bucks to touch up. For a vehicle that was barely driven over the last year? Beware of emails sent by the sales manager.
Absolutely incredible dealership. From the moment I drove up to the building I knew that Williams Subaru was different from the 10+ other dealers I had been to in the last 9 months while trying to find a new lease.I was greeted nicely by Dwayne, despite coming in 10 minutes before close on a weekend. He set me up with a test drive the following business day and when I came in he was very professional and kind and not pushy at all to get the sale. It was at my pace. It was such a flip from what I have experienced at other dealers where they just treat you as a sale and do whatever they can to keep you in the store. He genuinely cared. The store is clean and very welcoming, everyone I talked to was friendly and professional. The process of getting my new lease was smooth and easy. There was no sketchy back and forth haggling or forceful warranty pushing. It was what would you like your payments to be, here are your options (downpayment, lease length, etc.)The parking lot is new and doesnt have a single pothole, the cars are all clean and arranged nicely. It really a breath of fresh air from all the other Lansing dealers with their borderline gravel lots made of busted asphalt and potholes.Truly the best dealership in the area (the best one I have ever been to), and I will definitely be coming back for services and for my next vehicle.
Since the late 90s, we have purchased no fewer than FOUR Subarus from them: our original Outback (1997), a replacement Outback (2012), a Crosstrek for our sons (2014), and a WRX (2015). FIRST rate dealership. And THEIR SERVICE IS SUPERLATIVE. Weve worked with JOHN and JESS for years now, and every time theyre profoundly knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. Fantastic folks, all the way around. THANK YOU WILLIAMS!!! :-)
Extra-ordinary level of service. If I had to do it all over again, I would do it again in a heartbeat. In fact, I WILL do it again when my lease expires in 3 years. The dealership has a small town feel. Everyone was professional and courteous, yet friendly and accommodating. The dealership is clean and comfortable. They have a beautiful “Quiet Room” with a fireplace. There’s absolutely no reason to go anywhere else. My only regret is that I didn’t lease a Subaru three years sooner. It would have saved me a lot of the grief I experienced with other cars and dealerships. Williams Subaru seemed to be interested in building a long-term relationship, not just completing a transaction. Yet, they were very respectful of my time and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need.Williams Subaru runs like a well-oiled machine. Heres what they did:-1. Introduced me around.2. Very patiently explained everything and answered my questions.3. Called me after a couple of days to see if I had questions.4. Set up a 2 week appointment to go over all features in detail as well as to customize features. The Subaru Star Delivery Specialist (Michelle) is available for questions by phone, e-mail or text as needed on an ongoing basis. She was absolutely fantastic!!! They are brilliant for making her services available on an ongoing basis. This really clinched the deal for me.My son made me promise I wouldn’t lease another car until I had at least driven a Subaru because everybody he knows that drives a Subaru is a Subaru FANATIC!!!Now, after only 2 weeks, I am a card carrying Subaru FANATIC too!!!
Me and my wife love William Subaru we just got a brand new 2021. outback the best vehicle weve ever had we got the best deal we ever had. and the vehicles going to last for a long time and William Subaru is the best Subaru dealer ever
The employees and technicians were all great there every last one of them
Williams Subaru in Lansing is great place to buy a new Subaru. My Sales Associate, Domenic Baima was friendly, thorough and conscientious. The Second Delivery by Mishelle Ide was a huge help in understanding all the cool bells and whistles. Thank you!
First time there. Dewayne was great to work with. Highly recommend.
Every time I bring my car here I feel taken care of and fully supported. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and I have never once felt like I’ve been taken advantage of. It’s the honesty and attention to detail and service that keeps me coming back. Thank you!
First time coming here. Called another dealership first, they were trying to charge 25% more than this location. Ill never go back to the other place. The staff was great and a loaner was provided for the large service performed. Very happy!!! Will be back!!!
I have always thought that buying a car would be a negotiation nightmare; a dance you would never enjoy. Well, not at Williams Subaru. More than getting a car, that after driving for a few weeks I wish I had gotten years ago, it was the only way I want to experience buying a vehicle. No haggling, no checking with the manager, options presented, test drives, attention to detail and professionalism. They will, like most dealers, have add-ons to consider, but even that experience was positive and was absent of pressure. I am absolutely thrilled with my Outback and my experience.
Beware the auto appraisers for this location. We drove 2 hours to purchase a 2013 Subaru we have been looking for, asking price $16,000.00, non negotiable, the sign on the door states that they feel the appraiser has the price spot on.Another sign says never worry about trading in a Subaru as they retain their value. We have a 2014 Subaru Forrester, new tires, huge panoramic moon roof, does have higher miles but no major issues. They offered us a trade in value of $1,500.00. Apparently Subaru’s do NOT retain their value. Lost a sale today and possibly a 20 year consumer.
They were very helpful. I had found the car I wanted online but it was not in stock yet so they found a similar car for me to test drive and put the one arriving on hold for me. Once it was in the signing process was very easy and was able to drive home in my new crosstrek.
I initially had issues with service performed after getting regular maintenance and a new set of tires, but they reached out to me and made it right. Updating my review to reflect that Im satisfied.
I had a great experience with Domenic! I was a first-time car buyer and he was very helpful with everything from the trade-in to questions after I left the dealership. He did a great job respecting my needs/wants and got us into the right car for us. I strongly recommend working with Domenic for your next car, and I plan to come back to Williams Subaru for future car purchases.
The service at Williams Subaru is excellent on both the sales side and the car service side. While I personally think that Subaru offers a great product, which is the underlying reason for my purchases, it should be telling that in spite of having lived in four different localities (including in Kansas and Maryland) in the past half decade, all three of my Subaru purchases were from Williams. The sales representatives do a great job communicating about the product, make reasonable sales offers, and are not pushy about added features unless I want to learn more. The service has been similarly welcoming, providing the service I need promptly and when I need it. Ill be coming back.
Fantastic dealership! Our salesman Dwayne West is the greatest! Ask for him if you call, you can thank me later.
After purchasing my 2017 Outback we ( My wife and I ) tried to sync our phones to the Mirror Link app on the screen in the car. We had no luck. Now, im not a subaru guru being this is our first one so I went to the dealership to ask the sales associate how to do it. The salesman Andrew informed me that it doesnt work. So at this point Im fairly agitated and demanding why he didnt tell us this was actually a Subaru blunder that never actually worked. His reply to me was and I quote... You didnt tell me you wanted that So my answer was why would you show me something that DOES NOT WORK?? This angers me ! Its quite clear to me that all he wanted was the sale. So now instead of being able to mirror our phones for navigation we are still forced to use the phone holder just like before. Instead of working with us to give us what we want hed rather just with hold information for the quick sale. #VERYDISAPPOINTED!
My husband and I drove about an hour to look at a vehicle- I had called ahead of time to check if it was available and got connected to Tyler (the younger one, as I understand there are two), and our experience of working with him could not have been more positive. He was communicative, up front and down to earth- we really enjoyed our time working with him! My review for our experience with him is 5 stars and we would make the drive to work with him again. The reason I am giving our overall review of the dealership 4 stars as opposed to the five based on the described above is that while we were there (our purchase lasted to closing time), a woman who was evidently a manager or owner came in with no mask whatsoever and walked right into an office, spoke with an employee or two, before congratulating on our purchase and left. I know that peoples opinions on mask wearing vary, however, as there is signage all over regarding the safety practices in place, I wouldnt expect this from someone who seemed to be in a position of leadership here, as all other employees were very closely adhering to the companys posted guidelines.Overall, a good experience though and 100% would reccomend doing business with Tyler. The gal we worked with to finish our paperwork- unfortunately I do not remember her name- was very pleasant to work with as well!
Love my suv - and always return here for service. They are amazing!
Recall and other concerns were addressed in avery timely manner. Service writer was very professional. She attened to all waiting customers throughout their wait and was very very genuine.
Test drove a vehicle great experience.
As I had expected would happen, the Subaru manufacturers instructions for the hitch installation were not followed. Additionally, the attention to detail during the job was lacking. The result is a poor quality installation by Williams Subaru. Hopefully the issues are only in appearance and not in structure. The picture below is from the Subaru Factory Instructions, indicating where the cut in the bumper cover should be made. This next pic is of the actual cutout. Several issues are apparent. Over-cut on both corners of the cutout (red circles) extending beyond what the gasket can cover, as well as the cutout clearly going aft of the area indicated in the instructions (yellow line). Will the hitch hold a trailer or bike carrier? Yes, I’m sure it will do just fine…..assuming the torque specs were followed in the instructions. Was the hitch installed per the manufacturers instructions? No, clearly not.Does it matter if the instructions were followed? Not to most people, but to me it does.Does appearance matter? Yes, to me it does. What can be done at his point? I don’t believe anything can be done now. When the weather improves this spring, I will endeavor to remove the gasket, clean up the edges of the cutout and reinstall the gasket. This is only possible because the instructions were not followed and there is an about a 1/2” of gasket overhanging the cutout (no pic of this). This is an example of the poor quality of work I generally see from car dealerships and auto mechanics. I understand most people would neither see or care about such details. As I told them before the work, I am one of the few people that do, and the job was still not done correctly.
Bought an Outback from William Subaru -- the entire process was great. Everyone we worked with was professional, enthusiastic and engaged. Drove up from Ann Arbor, as I had heard they were the best. Worth the extra miles. The vehicle is wonderful so far -- comfortable, quiet, excellent build quality -- and the handover process was perfect. Everything was explained by the very knowledgable staff. Overall: A five-star experience!
10/10 recommend williams! i was looking to trade in my vehicle and contacted the local dealership thats not even 15 minutes from my house. after it taking 3 days for a response and a sales manager who seemed very uninterested, i decided to look elsewhere even if it meant a little bit of a drive. thats when i found williams subaru. from the moment my boyfriend and i walked into williams doors we were impressed. dwayne was helping another customer out but came right up to us and asked what we were there for. he said he was finishing up with the others and would be with us as soon as he could and that he wanted to make sure everyone had excellent service. while we were waiting dwayne brought out this beautiful forester to take out on a test drive. once we got back we were able to talk numbers with wesley and he did everything he could to get down to the magic number for me. because it was a saturday and covid, there wasnt a whole lot of staff available so i had to return on monday to actually pick up the car. i was greeted as soon as walking in the door again and received top notch service until the moment i left. dwayne showed me all that williams offered before having me sit down with nelson. he also was fantastic! nelson went over every little detail about all the different packages that i could add on and was sure to answer any question that i had. even if it is a little drive to get there, i will definitely be returning for any services that my brand new 2020 subaru forester will need! -one very happy customer
Great dealer who goes out of their way fix my car, even take time to show how to set up blue tooth on my phone, set the time on the car clock, give estamites for repairs. The cars they sell are the best of what Williams dealership sells.
Friendly courtious staff. Offered free loaner car. Parker the young man who worked with us, went out of his way to be helpful and answer all of our questions. We will bring our Forester here for service as long as we continue to own it! Great place!
Car was very happy to get some overdue attention today. Thank you to Williams Subaru for being so easy to schedule and quick! And the car got a wash as well 🚿
Stay away for service! Major fraud happening here. My son took his 17 wrx in there because it wouldnt shift into 5&6 gear. They wanted $125 to diagnose it. Ok, so after 3-4 days they said they needed $2800 to take out transmission to look inside. We said no because after numerous google searches it said it was either the reverse lockout cable or shift stopper. I then asked them if they checked those two items and they said they did but the owner said they never brought it in to look at it. But he advised me to pay the $2800 to tear it down. After picking it up we pulled the sifter apart and it was the shift stopper. A few minutes of my time and a couple of allen bolts tightened down and its fixed. I am so glad I didnt buy into the $2800 tear down for no reason... Good luck if you go here for service, youve been warned...
Everytime I come here, Im really impressed with their customer service: gracious, understanding, educative.
Very courteous, and professional!!! Felt like you were dealing with family.........family that you like anyways!!!!
Alden was very helpful and professional. The mechanics found a problem I didnt know about! Were still following up on another, but I have high confidence they will figure it out.
I can’t say enough about the professional lobby staff and sales people!! Such helpful and kind individuals.I will NEVER, however, say a kind word or give a professional review regarding the service department. Are they helpful-NODo they “shoot straight”-NOThey are polished in trickery! The sales/purchasing experience was wonderful.Unfortunately, service, drops the ball with follow-upvisits.....because of them I regret choosing my Subaru.
Great to work with. Felt no pressure. COVID precautions were in place.
Theyre really great service. A wait, but not terribly long.
They had the best deal on a new 2020 Ascent within a 200 mile radius. Sales person and finance manager were very professional and they worked with me on a affordable trailer hitch. I would recommend a new vehicle from them as I live in Toledo, OH.
Nice and professional staff, had to go in for a recall on a part and was out of there after 2 hours
Buying a vehicle during the pandemic could have been very challenging. We needed a new car asap and sent emails to several different dealers in Southern Michigan. Paul Rawlins at Williams Subaru won us over with his professionalism and willingness to work with our request to do everything remotely. Paul worked closely with us every step of the way. Our experience went perfectly from start to finish - and I love my new Subaru Forester!
I recently came in for a recall on my 2019 Outback. Parker is service was very nice helpful and pulled my loaner around for me. The work was done quickly. Upon my return, the service was not as good. John was the advisor. After I paid for a tire repair and returned my keys he never offered to pull the car around. He didnt even offer to tell me were it was. I walked around the parking lot pressing my unlock button to find it. I also thought they could of washed it but no biggie. I hope if I need to go again I deal with Parker.
Came in for service...The person who helped me was great! there was an older gentleman sitting in further back took his mask off to cough on his hands and went along touching everything in his reach made me feel real uncomfortable... its like were not in middle of a covid pandemic. I thought staff shouldve been better trained in a professional environment. When I get my car back I would have to extra sanitize it, which I was gonna do anyways but I will have to take extra steps because some people lack common sense..
Jessi in service was amazing! She was friendly, cool, and comfortable! And gave my boy some stickers!
Very rude used car salesman. BRAD!
First time at Williams today. Five star service on the car. More than 5 stars with customer service. I love my little car and am so happy to know my new dealership is staffed by knowledgeable professionals who take time to explain everything about the service being done. The price was fantastic for the work done. Thank you
I had a great experience working with Paul Rawlins when I was purchasing a car during the pandemic. As a first time car buyer, I had a lot of questions (and even more requests), which made me really appreciate Paul’s patience and professionalism. I got a great deal and they got a loyal customer: win win!
I have been repeatedly pleased with the service department at Williams Subaru. The shop staff are very attentive to detail in their routine inspections of the car and are meticulous in the rare situations when there is a repair required. They routinely advise me when there is a future maintenance item that I will need to address so that I can be prepared to anticipate the situation when it arises.
Scheduling, dropping off car was managed with minimum contact. Staff wore masks. John waited on me today. He follows up on questions and makes good suggestions. He once even helped me with figuring out the mounting for IPass on the windshield. Always great service.
I had an fairly big issue arise with a 2014 Outback that I had recently bought from Williams. Even though there was no warranty on the vehicle, they not only put me into a free loaner car, but they are also covering the entire cost of repair. Their attention to ensuring a positive customer experience cannot be denied, and I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle or service for their vehicle.
I love my new Subaru Outback. Everyone at Williams Subaru was extremely helpful, they were not pushy at all. I really feel like they listened to what I wanted and then helped to find just the right car. They gave me a very reasonable trade in on my old car. Can’t say enough good about them. I would deal with this dealership again in a heartbeat, and would refer friends and family.
I typically leave Williams Subaru, feeling confident that the issues at bay, were taken care of. That whether my 2006 Forester needed oxygen sensors, brakes, spark plugs, operating lights, or any number of other things, that it was done with the highest level of professionalism that is available in the area.As long as I live in the area, and drive a Subaru, I will continue to seek the expertise that’s available in this fine establishment.Thank you 😊
Dom went above and beyond to get me a brand new transmission only now my engine blew a hole through the block near cylinder 2.
While they don’t have the largest selection of used cars, all of the ones on the lot are worth looking at. Instead of spending a ton of time clicking through 350 cars at a huge dealership, only to find two cars that are half decent, just go to them and find several that are pretty much perfect for you. They worked with us on price (with the car already being reasonably priced) and provided quick service. I felt comfortable going to them during a pandemic because they are constantly wiping the cars down. Never felt rushed or pushed into something I didn’t want, but they provided a lot of information about pretty much every aspect of the car purchase from the vehicle itself to the additions like warranties.Everyone was incredibly friendly and happy to answer ridiculous amounts of questions. Out of the many dealerships we went to in Lansing, this one was the best without question.LGBTQ+ friendly
I live in the UP and didnt have a good experience looking for a car at the local Subaru dealership. I heard great things about Williams in Lansing and bought my Subaru from Dwayne in 2019 who was excellent about walking me through the entire process. I just recently brought my Crosstrek down for recall/warranty work and they absolutely bent over backwards for me. I was able to borrow a car for the two weeks until I could drive back down! Because of their absolutely exemplary service, I recommend them to everyone as it is 100% worth the drive if youre not from the area! Thank you guys!
Andrew at Williams Subaru was great to work with. He was there to answer any questions we had and we didnt feel pressured into other vehicles or add on services. Andrew did a great job walking us through the features of the vehicle as well as introducing us to the other departments of the dealer for future reference.
Dwayne is awesome, and Im so happy with my new car! Even though I live an hour away from the dealership, I would go back for anything my car needs or for another car because everyone was so friendly and helpful
Buying a new car is stressful under any circumstances. Buying one during a state wide stay at home order adds to the chaos. The team at Williams managed my car purchase like the professionals that they are. I had other circumstances that did not allow me to take care of things in a timely fashion and they were patient and understanding. I love my Subaru vehicles and the stellar service provided has always been appreciated. This purchase experience and the follow up has been above and beyond. Thank you!
Williams is always quick and easy. I stayed in the very clean waiting room and read while they did their work. They also cleaned my car at no additional cost! Great work, as always!
I recently purchased a WRX from this dealership. I had an incredible experience working with Paul Rawlins on getting the car and getting it financed. He was extremely helpful and made the process simple for me! He was always straightforward with his emails and always answered my questions with great detail. He even matched the price of another dealership for me. I was honestly going to go with a different dealership that was a bit closer, but after the incredible customer service that I received from Paul, I decided to go with Williams Subaru! I was very impressed with everyone that helped me on the day that I picked up the car as well. I will definitely be coming back to Williams Subaru in the future for all of my future vehicles! You guys have earned yourselves a loyal customer!
Friendly staff, great service
From start to finish, our experience with Williams Subaru has been fantastic. Subarus safety record is what drew us to this brand of car. But the service starting with Janet and following through with Andrew, Jason & Michelle has been fantastic. There is no dumb question. There is no bothering them before or after the sale. Every one at the dealership has been exceptional in helping us. I wholeheartedly recommend Williams Subaru! And we LOVE our Outback! So fun to drive & so safe to drive!
I have enjoyed my Subaru Outback for the past four years. All the service and maintenance has been done at Williams Subaru in Lansing, Michigan. I have had nothing but good service and pleasant experiences. I truly believe the entire team has my best interest in their heart. Thank you Williams Subaru!! Liane from Lansing😃
Editing the previous review as they did resolve my problem eventually.
Satisfied, but writing the service order and the billing was faulty; did not want to make a scene, but I will call the service manager to get a corrected bill.
Terrible service department!! For an oil change, they did not tighten the drain plug correctly so the next day all of my oil drained out in somebody else’s driveway. Then the next oil change I again had a leak the next day. They tried to claim that the metal gasket had coincidentally “failed” when they had tighten it. When I expressed my displeasure about their service to the service manager, he actually turned his back to me. Will never return to this dealership again.
Friendly staff and clean facility. Williams Subaru went above and beyond to repair my car and make sure I had a dependable loaner vehicle to drive while the repairs were being done.
My experience at Williams Subaru has been great from the sales process to my first six month maintenance. I am so glad I went with Subaru!
Nice and courtesy. First visit.
Excellent place. Everyone there was very polite and professional. Gift shop was awesome. Felt right at home. I brought my car to Williams to have the CV axle replaced. They took care of my car and had it fixed quickly, I was able to pick it up the very next morning. Thank you!Update: 2nd/3rd time at Williams to get a clutch replacement. They were able to get the job done a day early, and for almost $500 less than the quoted price.Had a issue with my car a couple days later. I brought my car back in, they had it fixed quickly, free of charge. Williams Subaru takes care of thier customers! And as always, they washed my car before I came back to pick it up :)
Great service and sales, seamless transactions. Great team atmosphere overall.
I bought a car (rather unexpectedly-- when I had major, major car trouble --with another brand of car) during the whole COVID 19 event. I corresponded with a couple of other dealers via email, and was, quite frankly, shocked at how difficult it was to get a timely, cogent response to even simple questions.I had never owned a Subaru, so Williams wasnt among the first that I contacted. I am very sorry about that, as I wasted a lot of time with other places. Williams Subaru, and Paul Rawlins in particular, provided prompt, professional service throughout. The process was contact-less, but it was efficient.Their whole team had a well defined process and worked very efficiently together to enable me to test drive a series of different vehicles (both used and new) and to answer my questions focused on a variety of topics (from technical to financing). The information that they provided was straight-forward, consistent and timely. I did not get shell game antics that I had gotten at other dealerships. In short, my experience with Williams was head and shoulders beyond every other dealership that I contacted (at every turn).Although the car certainly was a factor in our decision to go with Williams, ultimately, it was the people; their professionalism, attention to detail and responsiveness that made the difference.
We went in for an oil change and tire rotation. We did not have an appointment on one of their busiest days. Jesse helped us through the process, explained everything thoroughly, and was friendly and professional. The wait was going to be a longer one, so they were willing to give us a courtesy ride to the location of our choice about 10 miles away. Jesse stayed in touch with us by phone the whole time, reporting findings of the inspection, and made recommendations for alternative services. She gave us a great price, and they delivered our car to our location cleaner than we left it. The drive in bay was very clean. Service was quicker that expected. We were SO pleased. We would highly recommend the Williams Subaru Service Dept.
My daughter bought a brand new Subaru Forester - (she can finally afford with new job) They took the time to explain everything - even sat in the car & went over all the bells & whistles! Super happy with the Customer Service here! Overall it was a very pleasant experience!
I worked with Paul as my salesman and he did a wonderful job!! I had a great experience here!
Just bought a 2020 Outback Touring XT from Williams Subaru. The pricing and trade-in value were both competitive. Couldnt be more pleased with the experience. Paul, Wesley, Jason, and Mishelle were very helpful, friendly, and efficient.
Williams Subaru was an excellent experience and was honestly the best service I have ever gotten at any dealership hands down. Entirely professional, prompt, and the ambience and aesthetic of the location was perfect. Not only would I suggest getting a Subaru for the quality of the vehicle itself, I would suggest heading to Williams to make it happen. Thanks to everyone on the staff that made my first experience there awesome.
Williams Subaru,Awesome place to have my Forester serviced, and recently, they had to repair my air conditioner. Last year, when my car was under warranty, the air conditioner wasnt working 100%, but they could not locate the issue, so they added another years worth or warranty on the AC. When I took it in, not too long ago, they discovered the issue, and it wasnt a minor issue either, They completed the repair/replacement, and sent me on my way with no bill. This is a company that stands by their word. Very professional and also very down to earth. I have no reservations at all having my auto serviced at Williams Subaru.
Highly recommend Williams Subaru in Lansing! I walked in and everyone was helpful and showed hospitality. The lounge area surpassed my expectations for a dealership (popcorn, drinks, sofa, & TV) and made the little waiting that we had to do enjoyable. All of the employees were respectful and thoughtful. We set up a follow up appointment once I bought my car to answer questions I had after driving it for a couple weeks. I would definitely purchase another car here and recommend others give them a shot as well.
Thank you to the Suburu team for navigating the complex COVID world when buying a car! Dwayne West was fantastic and did a great job for us! Thank you!
Love my Subaru and love this dealership. The service team is awesome. They are not cheap...thus 4 out 5 stars
Friendly staff.Except they did not follow the American Disabilities Act and made me set out in the hot sun to wait for my oil change as my doctor said I shouldnt wear a mask.
Awesome service from Jessi at the Service Dept. Sat am oil chg done in a jiffy, and washed my Crosstrek too. She even applied my $5 coupon that was emailed to me, without even asking. Great job!Very comfortable waiting area, lots of choices of beverages, and clean restroom too. Handicap accessible. And very recycling friendly.
Ask for Paul! He really helped me get exactly what I wanted and was very informative and thorough. Loved my experience there, and buying my first new car!
Shopping for a car is exhausting, but Williams Subaru made it easy as 1-2-3!My family has bought a few cars from Williams in the past, so we decided to drive from Grand Rapids to Lansing just to test drive there. We met with Dwayne, and he was great! Super chill, not pushy, and very friendly! This was such a wonderful change of pace from the other dealers that we had been shopping at. So much so, that once we had decided on Subaru, we drove all the way back just to purchase from him. Dwayne is such a great asset to Williams Subaru, and we are so so happy with our new Impreza! Thank you Dwayne & Williams!!
My family has gotten several Subarus from Dunning in Ann Arbor and Williams in Lansing, but all of our service is done through Williams as theyre just the kindest, best people for the job! I just got my first car here yesterday thanks to Dewayne West, and it was an excellent experience and I couldnt be happier!
I was a customer here for 6 years and had both excellent quality and speed of service every time I took my car in. After moving out of state, I popped a tire previously purchased at Williams Subaru and was having trouble with my new dealer. Anthony from the service department went above and beyond to help me and delivered better customer service than my current dealer, despite me no longer being a customer at Williams Subaru. Its an awesome place and I wish I could still be a customer!
We had a great experience buying used from Williams Subaru. Dwayne made the process so simple and enjoyable! We left excited to come back, and that is not the typical experience at car dealerships. Thanks Dwayne!
Williams Subaru offers free loaner vehicles to their owners who need service. This is an awesome time saver for me.
