My low tire pressure warning came on just a couple of miles from Dasher Garage. I pulled in and asked if they could take a look. They took my vehicle straight in and found a slow leak in one of the tires. They fixed it right then, and I was on my way again in under an hour. I was scheduled to go out of town the next day. Im so thankful the problem turned up before I left, and that Dasher Garage was willing to repair my tire at a moments notice.They provided great service, and everyone was very polite. My tire held up over 1400 miles of driving during my trip and is still doing fine.

Fantastic place to bring your vehicle. They are honest and trustworthy folks that treat you well. I was especially pleased that Danny and his crew took time to explain the issues with me and were willing to go the extra mile. He was able to send me video of the issue that he found and discuss it with me over the phone. Also, it wasn’t just my experience - I also saw them taking that extra care with other folks that were in the shop as well. For those military folks that are not local and aren’t sure where to go, don’t go to KC or the dealer. Bring your car here.

They wanted $40.00 to change a small lawn tractor tire. They said that it takes two men to change it. I left and went to a regular tire shop. I watched a young man in a fully equipped shop change this tire in about 5 minutes and they did it for free after telling them about Dasher.

Most unprofessional, overbearing employee I have ever met. Very rude considering all I wanted was an inspection. I dont mind the price of any job needed to be preformed on my vehicle but seeing how rude that old counter guy was you have lost my business for sure. If I could rate lower than a 1 star I would.

The people were very nice and my car runs very smooth now. I needed a ride to get home and they took me home while my car was getting fixed. They were a lot more expensive than the other places I called. The atmosphere was great.

Had a serious brake light fuse malfunction during the night. Dasher garage helped me out on the spot with out an appointment.

Had and emergency repair needed on my car, took it to Dasher and they had it fixed within an hour! It was a great experience. They were CHEAP, FAST, and VERY courteous! Cant say enough good about the experience.

Well Its actually all quite strange. My husband took his 1000$ car there. It had been overheating. After two days they call back and said 600$ to fix it. We agreed because it was paid off and still running decent. A whole day later they called and said we needed to come in. They told us it was now 1400 but only after the preformed the 600$ worth of work. Ironically the new issue was directly next to the problem they were correcting. Why wouldnt they have noticed the additional charge before they performed the original work. The car wasnt worth 1400$ so we just said dont do it. Then they said it might or might not run if we dont do 1400$ which is weird because it ran when we got there. Long story short my husband asked if what was his best option financially to do. The options they gave were. Pay them 600$ for a car that might not be fixed, or $300 for the car not put back together, or for 200$ and the title they would just keep it and junk it. He felt pressured that was the best idea. Next day turns out a mechanic bought the car from mechanic shop owner to give to his sister. We sent my husbands brother in to get all our belongings out. He refused to let him check the vehicle to make sure everything was out, cds, paperwork, pictures, ect. We have no idea if everything is out or not. The worst part is he plays the hero like he did my husband a favor.

I wish I could give this place a 6 star rating.This place is incredible. I am stunned by the service I received by this shop. Danny and Darla are wonderful owners that genuinely cared about my car and financial situation.I was offered rides to and from work. The prices are great, and the service is done quickly. The facility is very clean and very nice compared to most garages Ive been to. The staff knew me and remembered a lot of details about my life after only sharing with them once.I still cant believe how well they treated me. If more businesses treated their customers like this, the world would be a much better place.

As glorified as they are for being the “mom and pop shop” that you would expect, you would think there would be great customer service to go with it! The woman working there was extremely rude and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Take your money elsewhere, they simply aren’t worth it!

This garage is amazing. I have always been impressed with the work they have done for me. They are excellent at what they do. They also communicate with you if there are other issues that arise during your repairs. I just wish I didnt live so far away now, I would have them do more work on my vehicles. I came for a simple puncture repair ($40) and they informed me that my tire was irreparable and both fronts needed replaced. Fine, so I sat for 45 minutes waiting for them to put together a price for a set of Hankook tires. Their price was higher than what I really could afford with COVID having set us back and all, so I said I was going to shop around and Id let them know if I wanted to buy them. *No issue, no mention of any bill or charge.* After all, they did not do any work on my vehicle, nor were they able to perform the service I came for. Anyways, I left and went about my business. I found a good set at another local tire shop that afternoon for nearly $200 less - and without all of the silly fees and extras.A week later I receive a call from the typical Karen type who works the desk demanding that I pay $26 since they took my wheel off and put it back on. The second time she contacted me she proceeded to argue and actually guilt trip me about the payment over the telephone, referring to all of the hard work she did putting the estimate together (really?) The shop then proceeded to send me a threatening message via text. They actually, literally called the Lansing police and reported me as a thief!I have never had this situation or this kind of interaction with an auto shop before. Very off-putting and obscure. Any chance that I will return for regular maintenance on our vehicles is 0. I dont want to deal with these people ever again.

I took my car in expecting to get a bill that was going to be outrageous. Kyle was super nice and kept me well informed. The technician that looked over my car Kevin was perfect, he told me everything I needed to know and explained it all in detail. He told me not to waste money on new breaks because I don’t need them yet. I was shocked. They completed my car and I was very happy with everything. And btw the waiting room was amazingly comfortable.

Weve been going to Dasher for years. This is a family business with Christian values. Constantly impressed by their efficient and courteous service. Also impressed by their ability to get most jobs done in a day.

Not worth your time, WAY better places to go in town and much cheaper. They said my head gasket was blown, and could not tell me which one or even how much repair costs would be. This cost me 130.....um ok so a general diagnosis AND no solution. Next time Ill bring the lube, because I got bent over!!

I have always taken my cars to Dasher. They are trustworthy and honest and charge reasonable prices. It is a relief to have a garage I can trust and know they are giving me accurate information.

I have never been but based on my mothers experiences with them, I would find another place. The first time she went they wowed her with the repair. A month or two later she was back because there were issues with the repair. She took her car in to have her A/C looked at recently because it was blowing warm. They looked at it, added antifreeze and sent her on her way. The problem persisted so she took it back and sure enough, they found a problem with the compressor. She was quite upset that the issue wasnt found on the first evaluation (which could have saved her time and the extra money). Now she is back today for another issue with her car (all of this happened within a weeks time). I want to point out that the car is not old and is kept in great condition. I have heard these stories ever since she began doing business with this place. Seems like they just do shoddy work that keeps people coming back.

Always take my vehicles here for anything major, I have always been able to count on the guys here for quality work and have never left unsatisfied.

Took my car in for a simple brake flush and mechanical look over before a track day. While the initial estimate said it would only take 1 hour and cost about $75, the end result was 2.5 hours and over $160 in charges. The claim? Any inspection constitutes a diagnostic (regardless of the fact that they were not looking to solve an issue where none existed) and diagnostics will not be estimated before hand but they will charge $69/hr for anything termed diagnostic.Outside of the fact that my friends in other shops regarded the charges as excessive for the area, I found the dubious diagnostic hidden fees as a shady business practice.

Good service and the mechanics took time to wxplain eeverytging that was wrong. I didnt get the feeling that they just wanted my money.

Dasher garage was an absolute life saver today!!!!!! Too bad they dont have a facebook page ......I called with an emergency and they sent not one but 2 mechanics out to my place in less than 15 minutes and were able to fix the problem well enough to take the rv back to their shop and had my people on the road in less than an hour. Day Saved and that is what I call service!!! Thanks again Danny, Kevin and Kyle.

Terrible experience, with rude employees. They didnt fix my car and wouldnt tell me what the did to my car so I could take it elsewhere to have it fixed. Id choose 0 stars if it were an option.
