The staff was amazing and so helpful! They were able to find my windshield quickly and get the replacement scheduled. The price was very reasonable which was great because I had to pay out of pocket. They were also able to replace the wipers while I was there. I would definitely recommend them!!

I took to their sister store in Okemos for the eyesight check (which was great too) Everyone was very pleasant. I have used their services over the years and been pleased every time. Pollack had the opportunity to get an easy sale but gave me the full scoop. Very appreciated and would definitely come back.I had a big windshield chip repaired in May. Now in September it was maybe getting bigger. I scheduled a $450 windshield replacement over the phone but had them inspect the day before. The manager relayed the tech’s assessment that the chip probably won’t open up further. It should be fine.

I had a chip in my windshield, and needed it repaired right away because I had a 200 mile trip the next day. Pollack (AKA Henderson) Glass got me an appointment right away. I went in that morning and they fixed the chip quickly and did a great job. The chip had looked really bad, but after they worked on it, I could hardly see it. Also, the price was very reasonable. I got great help from both Laurie and Bob.

I had my rear view mirror re-bonded. In theory it sounded simple but it most definitely was not. I wouldnt recommend trying to do this on your own depending on complexity of mirror attachments. Tried several times and nothing worked. Called a dealership and they quoted me $129! Called around to a few more places and ended up calling Pollack, their quote was $20. They had it done in 30 minutes. Their building was super clean also which was nice. Customer service was great as well, they got me in next day. I hope I dont have to be back but I will recommend them to others.

Pollack glass did a great job replacing my front and rear glass on my truck. Christine was amazing and helped me with filing my glass claim and sorting out the details. She was able to schedule the install super quick and get us back on the road. Bob and Drake did a fabulous job with the install. Cant even tell it was replaced. Besides it doesnt have cracks now! Awesome job!!

My vehicle was taken here to get the back windshield fixed. The appointment was scheduled for Monday 8/17 @ 11:30. I had my sister take it in because i just had a baby and the glass was caved in and i couldn’t put my baby in the back seat. She arrives and was told the glass was never ordered..... the manager even asked the associate why they proceeded when they never received a confirmation number for the order. Apparently that vendor was no longer a vender BUT it was poor customer service to not offer any type of compensation for error on behalf of the establishment. I had to then leave my car there, with a caved in windshield overnight due to error on their end and i was still charged FULL price even with the huge convenience.

Good product, VERY expensive. I have used them several times before. Went to Davis Glass down the street, price for exact sheet of glass (35 × 40, double strength, 1/8th inch) $42 at Davis, $75 at Pollack. Couldnt believe it. Wondering how much money I could save going there to Davis to begin with. :(

As good an experience as cracking your windshield could be.Things went very smoothly despite the long holiday weekend. The staff is really lovely and helpful. They were prompt about calling me when the repair was completed and followed up because I waited to pick up my until after work.Compared to the other quotes for the repair, Pollack/Henderson was also lower.I hope I’m not back soon, but cracks happen. I know where to go if they do.

I am incredibly grateful for Pollock Glass. Unlike their competitors, I was able to get my car in the same day I discovered my windshield was cracking. Not only were they quick, but they costed significantly less than any other shop in the area. The staff was also super helpful and clear answering any questions I had.

The shop was able to get me in the same day and fix my chips in less than a half hour. Kaylee was happy to take down my information. I noticed that Pollack also does residential windows, and I asked her for a quote. She helped me through the processes and answered my questions. I may very well use Pollack to help provide comfort and energy savings for next winter!

Their customer service was fantastic. I waited while they did the repair. It didnt take long for them to replace the broken windshield. The price to repair the windshield was $200 less than the quote I received in St Johns.

Fast and affordable, the only issue was trying to find a time to come in, they are incredibly busy. Still had great service and they finished replacing my windshield at the moment they told it would be completed. If ever I need my auto glass replaced I will be returning.

This place does not even deserve the 1 star that I had to put in order to post. The women who work here are always incredibly rude. Also, when I went to pick my car up after work they were closed.. They locked my car inside of their building, and mind you I already signed and paid. I was very upset, and even had to pay for 3 hours of extra daycare, because I could not pick my kids up without car seats. I am not happy with this place. They tried to tell me it was my fault because they tried calling me, and they didnt even have the right number. I told them where I worked and even gave them my work phone number and they didnt even call there. This place deserves to loose business. Very bad customer service.

This is the second time I have taken my car to Pollack. The tech took the time to point some things out that I hadnt noticed (not related to the replacement of the windshield), and really gave the car a good lookover. Compared to other shops in town who do windshield replacement, Pollack pricing is the best. They do good work and I will continue to take my car there.

Nothing but good things to say. I made an appointment to have my windshield replaced while at work. When they arrived, they found I ordered the wrong glass. They drove across town, got the correct part and came back and installed without a hitch. I even tried to tip the two young men for their trouble, but they politely declined. Three strikes, youre out... #1 Quoted (through Henderson) price to replace windshield in 2 of our cars and scheduled for replacement. Was contacted the next day saying quote for BMW windshield was incorrect and would actually cost twice!! as much. This was about $100 more than Safelite. Given error, I asked if there was some wiggle room, as I was willing to pay a fair price just to keep my appointment and have both repairs at the same time. Nothing. I cancelled appointment for the BMW glass. #2 Replaced windshield on Honda Pilot (purchased extended warranty) and on VERY 1ST DAY it developed a crack along the edge. Reading online, it appears that a poor installation can create stress along the edge and even minor impact can trigger a crack. Since it was FIRST day with the NEW windshield, I figured theyd switch it out without a problem. No luck. Despite long and arduous discussion, the only way theyd fix it is by using up the warranty, and would NOT even SELL me an additional warranty. Ok. they replaced the windshield and voided the warranty. #3 Several months later got a rock chip in the windshield. I thought that since its a simple chip repair, and I had previously had such poor customer service, I would see if Pollack would AT LEAST fix my rock chip, if not as a contractual obligation from the prior repairs/warranty, simply as a gesture of good will. OF COURSE THEY WOULDNT. They will fix the chip for $40. No thank you. With that customer service, Ill take my business elsewhere. I see that youve been in business for a long time, so you must know what youre doing. Please just develop some better customer service. If a windshield cracks on the 1st day, doesnt the customer deserve the benefit of the doubt?? Especially if theyve already purchased an extended warranty?? If theres a rock chip in a windshield that would have been covered by warranty except for an exceptional circumstance, just FIX the CHIP! With each step, I had considered writing this review, but decided to hold off and give them the benefit of the doubt. After 3 strikes, I decided to post.

Called yesterday to speak with someone reference an issue my vehicle was having. The person who answered the phone advised that they were busy and would have to call me. I advised that I would call somewhere else to speak with someone and concluded the phone call. I called Henderson Glass in Holt and they advised that they and Pollack Glass were one and the same now. I asked to speak to someone reference a question I had and I was put on hold. The person came back to the phone and advised they had spoken to the person from Pollack that I had spoken to. They advised they would call me soon and to expect their call. They never called.

Could Carley be any ruder! Have someone answer the phone that actually likes their job!!!
