I went in for a standard oil change and service. Great service. I would like to elaborate on the experience, but besides a job well done, there not much more to say. Oh. The man who came up to the counter on occasion was nice. He let me ramble on without acting hurried or bored.

I saw a letter to the editor in the newspaper at least 10 years ago on how All Imports was excellent so when I bought a BMW I took it there. They have taken care of all my bimmers and my daughters and they are honest, reliable and trustworthiness. I too highly recommend service here for foreign cars.

I took in my car for an intermittant issue, the owner spoke to me and told me they dont throw parts at problems but instead troubleshoot until they know whats wrong first. My issue did not come up when they looked at it, but they held onto the car and tested it over a few weeks and only charged me a small amount for their time. While this issue is not resolved yet, I appreciate the honesty and integrity.

I always do the work on my own cars but these guys have become my go-to for diagnosing problems I cant figure out. Id certainly trust them to work on my car if I couldnt do it myself and Id highly recommend them for DIYers needing problems identified with certainty.

They dont have tools to scan the BMW system. they kept my car for 2 days without doing anything, charged me for the diagnosis and recommended to go to BMW dealer. :(if their tools are not able to read the system why do even try for 2 days and charge the customer? i went there based on positive reviews but this is not the place for BMWs.

This place is terrible! They overcharged a repair by $400 just because the car owner was a young college student. Would not use them - tell all your friends.

Price for the repair on my Audi was reasonable.I dropped my car off in the morning and picked it up when I got off work.
