Employees were very nice. Went out their way to be sure correct products (bulbs and wipe blades) were correct for vehicle. Also insisted they come out to change bulbs and blades, even when they were told they didnt have to since it was freezing outside.

Extremely helpful. Im not overly handy when it comes to cars, but with their help I was able to pick up a new battery, and then pull and replace the old one on my 2014 Equinox in about 30 minutes.

What warranty do you give brought some bad battery’s back and just because it’s 70% charged didn’t change the battery’s and they suppose too truck is all good no problems had battery problem and bought these two and they didn’t even encourage to help

I just stopped by to get some screws to put my license plate on, but wasn’t sure what size I’d need. The gentleman working offered to come outside and look at the screws of my front “plate” to see. He wasn’t able to find the exact screw for sale, but did find some extra screws in a box that looked pretty close. He came outside and installed the license plate, free of charge!! Excellent customer service and I will definitely use this auto zone for any car related needs!

The service at this store makes all the difference. Every time I go in Im treated well, fairly, and politely. This most recent time I was having some battery issues and after a couple of tries and some consideration James changed out my battery quickly. Battery issues are simple enough, but the personal approach from the people at this shop is great. Consider this your first stop for whatever you need for your car.

I was traveling out of town for a conference and was suffering from a weak battery issue. I Google searched auto stores near me and specifically chose this store due to their high customer service reviews. They did not disappoint. :) As it turned out, the issue was a little more laborious than initially anticipated and Shaun, Melanie, Paul, Sean and David went above and beyond to make sure I got from point A to point B safely. Actually, it was pretty much the whole crew (sorry I didnt catch everyone elses names.) I highly recommend this store and this staff. They certainly go above and beyond. Thanks to everyone (Seans wife included) for helping me through what would have, otherwise, been a daunting situation. Words cannot express my gratitude!

Great Knowledgeable advice from a Friendly Staff. I needed a Thermostat for my 98 Chevy Truck. They gave me 3 Choices, and had a very reasonable solution to my Fluctuating Thermostat.

Very Very helpful, check engine light came on, she came out, and pulled up the code. We went back into the store, and she printed out a paper, that explained what the problem was. She was very very helpful. Will stop again if I have any more problems.

I will drive out of my way to continue to purchase my auto products from this store. I was under the impression that this store was open until 9pm on Sunday. As I pulled up around 8pm the staff were in their vehicles getting ready to leave. One of them got out asked what I needed, (an alternator), opened the store back up and made sure I got what I needed. Customer Service was excellent, and I have been back several times since.

My technician was given a run around because she is female. This happens often in all auto services. My female technician is more qualified than any employee at any autozone. So when they say lies to try and get out of doing their job. They are slowing down my business and loving up to Americas sexist standards. Do not let them tell you they cant look up parts via VIN number. They can. These people are under qualified to work at an auto parts store. This is not a McDonalds or a toy store. We buy specific parts for specific vehicle and accuracy is CRUCIAL.

Very disrespectful customer service and unprofessional staff, not everyone but especially Paul. I went there to return my fuel cap and Paul was yelling and being rude to me for returning the wrong fuel cap they gave me before which didn’t fix my engine light. Never coming here again.

Came in with a battery issue from a previous purchase. Ron assisted me with the issue though he was on his way out the door. When I previously came in to purchase the original battery I was informed that they would not install it. However, Ron apologized and stated they do install the battery. Not only was he extremely patient but he went above and beyond to teach the installation. Needless to say this AutoZone will be my go to as long as Ron is there.

Horrible customer service, went in to buy a battery for a 2013 Chevy Malibu, asked the guy do you install, right away he says been doing car batteries all day, I dont get paid enough for this, he looked at the battery and said cant do it, thats a skilled trade, if you been doing car batteries all day, how is it a skilled trade. I guess wanting to buy a 159.00 battery and 109.00 tool set wasnt worth his or the companies time. So I took my business to OReilly auto up the street where the guy was more then helpful and completely willing to install a battery in the car. Dont ever shop at this location. Customer service sucks.

A stop at Auto Zone is not like other auto parts stores. There r many employees to assist u whether u r looking for which wiper blades your vehicle uses or major parts for the engine/transmission. The employees go above & beyond to assist a customer. They greet u & ask if u need help in finding something, yet, they r not pushy. If u need assistance they take u to the proper isle & show u the item/s u need. I find Auto Zone unique in that they automatically show u & explain the different price levels w/o pushing u to their brand or the more expensive items. The employees r ALWAYS willing to come out to the parking area & help u decipher, with their diagnostic tool, what needs fixed. There r a multitude of areas they can & r, happily willing, to help b.v with. They do a number of things for no $$. i.e. ck parts, charge batteries, loan tools etc. etc.

Got what I needed but it was a little bit of a hassle. Im not sure a AutoZone employee has ever known what they were talking apart

Im always hesitant when going into a auto parts place. You never know how youll be treated or if youll get quality help. This AutoZone is like the Hilton of auto parts stores because of their service. Tucker was killer at his job and loves to serve people.His boss (Melanie?) Is also more than adept with people and can tell that she isnt there just to make money but to provide an exquisite​ experience for the customer. Its worth the extra drive to visit 610 n cedar AutoZone!! ​

Good staff easy in and out

The service here is slow because Autozone wants to save money and only have two employees working at any given time. When one customer consumes 45 minutes of time, service is going to be slow.

I had got a price match at the north east street autozone, they did not have the part in stock so i went here and, jerry, one of there employees was extreamly rude and was talking about how the customers expect them to help us but we never do anything for them. in my book they should do everything for the customer they can because customers are what keep them running. me and my dad run a buissness and if we ever heard of one of our employees talking like this they would be fired on the spot. i will never come to this store again, my buissness will now only be at north east street/ larch road store. they are alway kind and have never had a problem with them in the last 5 or 6 years i have use them. i would say take the 5 mins to travel a little further north just for the sake of getting wonderful customer service
