A year and a half ago my husband and I purchased a 2009 Ford Flex from the West Saginaw location. This last week we decided it was time for a change. If you are ever in need of a vehicle, no matter the circumstance, do not waste your time going to paradise motors. The sale representatives are very rude, the sale guy Shawn was very disrespectful in handling business with the customers. I bought a 2012 Buick Enclave and my check engine light came on one day and I was told it was my catalytic converter but not to worry because it wouldn’t affect the way my car drives, now my car is broken down in the shop because of the catalytic converter. Now they don’t want to claim it was their fault for misleading me about my truck which is a 700 dollar repair, not to mention the expensive 541 dollar car payment that’s due on the 1st. If you have bad credit, they will give you a high interest rate, very high! Thank God my credit has improved since financing with them that way I won’t need to go back to them ever again.

This is the first time I’ve use service since Carrie left and Jennifer took over. I love how Jennifer is rearranged the office so you’re coming up to a desk and I entering and seeing someone’s desk. I also really enjoy the fact you can take payments in the office now instead of having to walk over to the payment center. The best thing that’s happened though is it’s now first come first serve which is great because in the past I’ve had to wait up to three months sometimes to get an appointment.

I wouldn’t go here anymore. I have gotten a 2011 Chevy Cruze. It was overpriced to be honest. Joe the car guy set me up for failure. I had all types of problems with it. My engine blew while I was driving and I called told him about turns out I couldn’t get it fixed because my warranty was expired. So now I still owe money for that car and I don’t even have it anymore.

My car purchase was really great I give Matt a 5 star rating because I got everything I needed. I felt like I was being properly taken care of and Matt is pretty good.
