Hello,, by far the best place to take your Jeep. When you talk to the staff they are Jeep owners as well and have a passion for what they do and it shows.They dont try and sell you on things you dont need and if you wanting to set your Jeep up for off road or to just make it better they show you prices before any work is done.All Pro off-road, they are the real deal!!

If youre a college kid looking for car help, this is a trustworthy place to go. Im constantly worried Im going to get ripped off as a young female who doesnt know much about cars, but this place is transparent and honest. It was a little expensive (but my car needed a LOT of work that i knew about previously), but you can tell the work is fantastic. I would not hesitate to return here, theyre my new go-to.

Long story, so Ill condense this as much as possible. I acquired a Wrangler from a friend that passed. It has a great deal of sentimental value to me. It was a work in progress that need quite a few finishing touches. It was about 80% complete. I contacted Ken, the owner, about going front to back and identifying the remaining issues since I was only aware of a few. He had an estimate to me within 24 hours (this is extremely fast considering what I asked him to do and considering that his shop was very busy at that point) and was very patient in discussing all the various issues with me. We agreed on the work to be done and he began the long process of finishing the project. He stayed in touch with me throughout the build and let me know when we needed to change course or there was a decision to be made. I know for a fact that he made changes during the course of work that cost him more money than originally figured, but he didnt alter the original bid. He elected to make these changes because it was the right thing to do, not for any other reason. In the end, the work that was performed was superb. It was completed correctly, on budget, and within the specified time frame. I cant ask for anything more than that.Bottom line, I feel that Ken and his employees perform high quality work and operate in an open and ethical manner. That CANNOT be said for all shops, thats for certain. Due to my positive first experience, I have started taking my other vehicles there and have referred people to him as well.

Ive taken several vehicles to Ken at Allpro since 2008. Some routine work, some emergency issues, and even an aftermarket exhaust install. Their prices are very fair, turn-around seems faster than most (same day often times), and the work was always very professional. Ken cares about his customers and his reputation. I definitely recommend him and his crew. Support the small business owner and keep local shops in business, and make sure you pet the sweet rottweiler if shes up there!

I feel the owner is straight forward and explains anything that has to be done and does the repairs in a timely manner. This place is not your typical garage. They have done work on my jeep several times now. Always exceeding expectations. The reason I say not typical is these guys are there to help.They can handle the big jobs but they also do all of the normal ones. From superchargers and lift kits to brakes and oil changes. I love the work they did on my car and it rides amazing. honest, dependable and fair priced. They provided lots of options to repair my problems and it was fixed rather quickly tooI did go back about 2 months later for a noise under the front of the vehicle and they fixed it at no cost under warranty.

Polite and honest mechanics. The mechanic took the time to explain the repair needed and showed why it needed it. They dont try to nickle and dime you with add ons you dont need. They also dont take advantage of female customers like a lot of shops. Would definitely recommend them and will only take my cars here in the future. Also fixed the death wobble in my Jeep.

Ken at Allpro is the only mechanic I trust to work on my vehicles. At one time he was maintaining all 7 of our vehicles, including our off-road Jeeps. He still is the only mechanic I trust. He doesnt make up stuff to repair to make more money and stay busy. He doesnt need to. He stays busy by being honest and fixing it right the first time. I dont care if it is a Volvo, Volkswagen, Dodge Cummins diesel, or an old Scrambler or Wagoneer, Ken is the guy to get it running. They also do great 4x4 work and sells and installs lift kits for great prices.

Think twice, even after reading these glowing reviews. I spent nearly $10k there, and at every corner mistakes were made. Corners were cut, and instead of standing behind their work the owner used his keen ability to talk fastly and firmly to explain why it wasnt his fault. But dont be fooled, this guy is a master of projecting false confidence. If you have a problem after getting work done here, have it checked elsewhere before going to see what he has to say. They didnt even look at the ball joints before installing my lift. When I called the manufacturer to see if this was normal the tech literally laughed, and told me of course that should be done. Subsequently to not checking the ball joints on a Jeep XJ with over 100k miles, I experienced death wobble that resulted in my taking the my Jeep in three times and over $1k for him to finally figure out that worn ball joints were the culprit. Thats hundreds upon hundreds of dollars just in labor to find something he should have checked before even installing a lift. His shoddy work wore brand new 50k mile rated tires bald in under 10k. And instead of owning up to the error, he tried to convince me my axles were bent. He had a whole story concocted about how my tire wear could only be the result of bent axles. So I went to a few places and got free alignment checks. The guy was lying through his teeth, axles were totally fine. And here is when he shows his true colors: To that point he had always done his best to put on a positive attitude. The moment I told him the axles were fine and that I had called the manufacturer of the lift, his demeanor changed. I can only imagine he knew the jig was up, that he had finally been caught. He replaced one tire, but wouldnt balance it or redo the alignment. Told me to take it someplace else, it wasnt his responsibility. At no point was I ever less than completely cordial to the man, but the moment he saw he wasnt bilking me anymore he knew I would be watching him and he didnt like it. Bottom line, hes good at selling himself, less so at mechanical work, and does not stand behind his work. Never take the man at his word, because I have learned first hand and at great expense that perhaps his best skill is fleecing customers with fast talk and braggadocio. Youve been warned.
