Got me in quick, fair price, quality work!

Limped in with my semi after blowing the radiator cap off, Steve had his tech Don go over it with me. Took a few days, but got the truck squared away. Excellent, professional service.Came back a second time as the alternator crashed out on me after washing the truck. Again, quick professional service. New alternator, batteries and cables.

I can not say enough about Steve and his entire crew at Bucks. I was traveling thru Michigan and my diesel truck broke down. I was dead in the water, hauling a trailer with a full load. I called every ford dealer within a 100 mile radius and no one would help my for minimum 6 days. I found Bucks online, a diesel repair shop and figured I would give it a try. I was desperate at this point. I explained what was going on to the girl who answered and she immediately put me thru to the owner Steve. After he realize how serious of a problem I had he said “Mike, I am extremely busy but there is no way I’m gonna tell you no.” He knew I was in a real bad way. He told me I’ll make it happen. Get that truck towed over here. After he gave a me a towing company they got me there right away. All I can say is no sooner then my truck hit the ground he had 2 guys working on it. Three hours later I was on the road again!! All I can say is this is a real CLASS ACT OPERATION AND OWNER! Thank you Steve and all your staff. I will never forget what you did for me!!!

Charged $ for doing nothing i dropped a tractor to be fixed after 2 days waiting . The answer was we dont have No parts no tires . Waste of time plus they charged for not reason .. took the truck to good year across the street half day truck was done.. this place is no good
