Just bought a Q7 from Audi Lansing... Benjamin Hayden was a fantastic sales person. Very knowledgeable, even spoke German! The staff, including the owner greeted us; the mangers staff, everyone super friendly. Our overall experience incredible! My wife and I traded our Cadillac Escalade to downsize. This was no downsize we have upgraded.
Amazing car buying experience. I called up the dealership, and told them what I was looking for. My salesmen Ben found the perfect vehicle for me and picked me up at my hotel to see it. He took the time to answer all my questions and walk me through all the features of the car so that I could get the most of out my Audi-owning experience. He even linked my phone for me. AND he even offered to come out after I purchase my new home and help set up the garage door opener. Exceptional service and I cant recommend them highly enough.
The service staff was extremely helpful and friendly! I am not a car person, so I really appreciated how they took the time to explain to me everything that they were doing, and why they were doing it. I would definitely bring my car back here and would recommend any other Audi owner in the area to visit them as well!
Long process for buying a car.You need an appointment to see and drive the car, If you like it, you will not able to buy it as you need separate appointment for financial department which may take a week.Dont waste your time, another dealer would care more for selling a car for you.
I was looking for a used Audi online and found one at this location. The price of the vehicle was very competitively priced among other dealerships in the area. When we went in, we had the pleasure of meeting Ben Hayden. I have bought many cars in my years and must say that Ben’s customer service was outstanding! He went above and beyond our expectations and was more than helpful in every aspect. He gave good suggestions, was very knowledgeable and listened to our concerns. He made sure that we knew what we buying and wanted us to be satisfied. Even with the fair price, we were able to further negotiate which was a plus. The entire transaction was smooth and done in a timely manner. After the purchase, Ben was kind enough to follow up and made sure we were happy with our new Audi. I even called him a few times and he was more than happy to help. Indeed we are very happy with everything...the price, the service and our new car!
Said theyd work with me after selling me a bad used car never received another call.
I spoke with Noah when I visited and test drove an A3. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and made it a great experience overall. I didnt feel pressured into anything, and he did an excellent job walking through the features and differences with my A6. I plan on coming here when Im ready to trade in my car!
Steve is a great dude to work with when it comes to the Audi Service department here. Patient, thorough, and the last two diagnosis here were free.
I adore everything about Williams Auto World. From an outstanding sales team (Ben Hayden) to an amazing finance experience (Heather). I will never shop elsewhere. The experience far surpassed my expectations and made purchasing my AUDI Q8 seamless and enjoyable. This is my 3rd purchase from Williams Auto World. It will not be my last. Thanks Ben and Heather!!
I had my Audi S8 delivered down to the service department for a big repair job. They told me it would only take a couple of weeks for it to be done. My car didn’t get finished until late November. They lacked communication with me, they gave me the run around, after I paid them half down for the part, they still took weeks to even get the car in. It took me contacting the owner before they even started working on my car. Once it was in, they did a rush job on it. I was driving down the highway and the left tire came completely off. Thankfully they took responsibility for it and paid for it to be fixed properly. But it took them so long. I got the car towed in September. I just received my vehicle back. That is 3 months that my car has been gone.
Always a great experience from the team at Williams Audi. Easy to get appointments, I come over there from Detroit suburbs when visiting family to get all of my car work done. Much easier to schedule, done right, done quick. Thank you team!
I very rarely take the initiative to leave a review, usually only when an experience was either extraordinarily positive or negative. In my dealings with Audi of Lansing, it was most definitely the latter. After just a few days of purchasing a vehicle from them, I was getting error messages on the dashboard and I immediately contacted the service department. The vehicle was picked up, diagnosed, and it was determined that there was indeed a need for repair, and parts to ensure a safe ride. After completion, the service tech personally drove it and reached back out to tell me that there were more issues discovered. Keep in mind, I haven’t had the vehicle for more than a few days. It ended up being with the service department for over 50 day which technically qualifies as a Lemon in MI). I spoke very honestly with the owner of the dealership as well as the managers, in letting them know that I was NOT comfortable taking possession of the vehicle considering the extent of work that was needed/completed. As a mother of 3, my children’s safety is my top priority. The responses that I received were beyond unprofessional and I left wishing that I never gave my business to them. I highly suggest that you DO NOT give your business to Audi of Lansing. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else, literally anywhere else. I spoke with other Audi dealerships after the fact and described the situation with them. Without hesitation, every one of them were baffled at the course of action that was taken and agreed that their handling was not in alignment with Audi.
My experience with Williams Auto Audi, and specifically with Ben Hayden was exceptional. Great communication and a low pressure sale. From the first time we interacted Ben was attentive, very informative, and fun to work with. I would definitely recommend Williams Auto and Ben to anyone seeking a new or used Audi.
Read reviews about how people thought the staff treated women, and had a completely different experience. The staff was very respectful to me and did everything they could to help me leave with a great car. I never felt as if anyone was trying to be rude or disrespectful coming from a solo female shopper. Thanks Audi of Lansing!
Great dealership experience, fast easy and hassle free. I gave the sales person my price I wanted for the car out the door, and there was no counter offer. They accepted...I have bought other vehicles from different dealerships in MI and Brad was great......thanks for the pleasant and easy experience.
The sales experience was quick and easy! Ben helped me from start to finish of the sale of my new vehicle! Everything was done electronically and we felt safe with the precautions they took for Covid. Ben spent time searching for the perfect vehicle, getting all my paperwork together and introducing me to all the tech in my new Audi. He really has passion for the work he does. Everyone that worked there was kind as well! Happy about my purchase from Audi Lansing.
Shop somewhere else!! My wife and I visited Audi of Lansing interested in a used vehicle. Brad Boever didnt introduce himself to my wife when she informed him of the car she was interested in. Strange vibe..He did give her a dealer plate so we could test drive the car. I noticed clunking in the front end and the vehicle pulled to the left. When I informed Brad he stated the car hadnt been through the service department yet. What..?? I drive by the dealership every morning on my way home from work and I know for a fact the car has been on the lot for a week with a price on the windshield. Then Bill Ommen appears and started talking about not wanting us to get upset if the car gets sold out from under us for not leaving a deposit. I said, Im not leaving a deposit on a vehicle that doesnt drive right.. He repeated himself in a condescending tone and vibe. I had to leave for work and left my wife there who knows the car business as she used to sell cars and did very well at it. In my absence, Bill the used car manager continued to treat my wife with no respect. Cocky and arrogant towards her... When a mans wife is treated that way something shifts inside of him... I havent been that upset and or had such a horrible experience in attempting to purchase a vehicle in all my life (Im 56 yrs old.) Bill & Brad wouldnt budge on the price of the car we were interested in and low balled us on our trade. By the way, we did trade in her vehicle at Lexus of Lansing for $1,300 more than Bill offered and we were treated great! Drove off with a pre-owned RX 350 that drives without clunking & pulling. Im telling everyone I know to STAY AWAY FROM Audi of Lansing! In addition, dont let your wife or girlfriend go up there alone to be disrespected...
Superior service accomodation. I had to get my snow tires installed before a trip and they got me in, picked up the tires/wheels at my house with a service vehicle and returned the summer tires/wheels to my house with a service vehicle 4 wheels would not fit in my S5 coupe
I came to Audi Lansing looking for a used mid sized SUV for my young family. I spoke with Brad Boever about my family’s needs and budget. I could not have had a better experience with Brad. He was very knowledgeable and showed me options that worked well for me within my budget. He was never pushy or made me feel like I had to buy with him which is quite different from some of the experiences I’ve had at other dealerships. I decided to purchase a Tiguan and the entire process was seamless. Brad also followed up with me after my purchase to make sure I was happy, which I was! I recommend Brad Boever and Audi Lansing to all my family and friends when then are looking to purchase a new vehicle.
Great selection, mediocre to poor overall experience upon purchase. I was expecting so much more from an Audi/Volkswagen dealership. I truly would suggest going out of town to buy.**Update...let me be clear on this...the car I purchased was a Volkswagen, and I stand by my comment on the purchase experience. The comment response below is regarding a service that I took my Audi in for, which would get an even worse review.I now have damage to my vehicle, caused by the Audi service department during the repair process, which we pointed out the minute we picked up the vehicle. (which had been there a month to have a ignition lock cylinder replaced after we had to pre-order and pay for the parts for. They broke something else in the process and had to reorder the parts, then tried to charge us more than the quoted price)The repair process has taken over two months of us calling them and getting nowhere for me to have even gotten a call back on, and the only reason they called me back at all was because I wrote a bad review, based on a totally different issue, MONTHS ago. Communication on their part has been an issue from day one and I still have holes in my dash and the sleeve/collar behind the steering wheel.
My husband and I bought our Escalade from Brad Boever at Williams AutoWorld this year. We could not be happier with our purchase and the overall experience at Williams. Brad was amazing!!! He helped us throughout the entire process, even though it took a while to find what we were looking for. Brad never gave up on us and maintained impeccable communication from start to finish. Not to mention, Brad did all of this through the pandemic and made sure we were very comfortable and safe every step of the way. We would highly recommend Williams AutoWorld. If you are looking for a vehicle, Brad Boever is the one to call.
Made an appointment two weeks in advance for my 10,000 mile service. Called the day before to verify the appointment (for 8 am Saturday), but no one answered and I only reached their voicemail. I left a message no one ever bothered to call me back. I arrived at 7:45 am Saturday morning and at 8:03 one of their employees was still standing outside because they still hadn’t opened yet, the customer entrance was still locked. They finally opened and I gave them my keys and sat down in the waiting area, at 8:24 my car finally left the parking lot to be serviced. I knew my car needed an oil change and an inspection, but I didn’t know it would take 2 and a half hours, my car was completed at 10:20. Also when my car was ready, they told me that it needed campaign updates (Software) but those updates would take a few additional hours. If someone from Service would have bothered to call me back the day before, when I left them a message, I could have made plans to leave my Audi with them all day, so unfortunately those updates will need to wait until my 20,000 mile service appointment. I was also informed that they only have one technician working on the weekend, so in the future, I will remember NOT to schedule any service on a weekend.
Oustanding customer service, quality repair, quick, convenient, and professional. I love it that they vacuum and wash my car when there for service. Clint is very knowledgeable, and truly awesome :)
I had a pretty bad experience with One of the rude person I have ever seen in this area. Its like more than one year ago. I went there to ask: do they rent their car for a short period of time (I was planning to suprise my wife by renting a yellow beetle on her birthday). I told that person, you know what, I can tell you I want do test drive of your car, and thats how I can technically let my wife drive a car for a short period of time. But instead I told him the truth. I am really frank person and didnt want any wrong thing in my side. That person was way too rude. He could have just told me politely that its not possible or some other way. Instead it felt like he wanted to kick me out of the office. I never expected this here. Was really heart broken at that time. Will never ever come back here whenever I am gonna buy a new car. No way. I believe customer relation is the most important thing in selling cars (or any business). For my current car, I always try to go to dealer because someone there is really nice and that makes me valuable (although I know I am may be paying more here).
Told me a used car in their inventory was still available but did not offer me the opportunity to place a deposit on it...after driving over an hour to see the car I was informed that someone else had placed a deposit to hold the car even though were not supposed to do that. Hey, Williams Auto, maybe you should have all of your customers play by the same rules?! Thanks for making me waste an entire afternoon!
I cannot recommend the Audi service department. Apologies for mistakes made are not enough. I will now drive a great distance to have my car serviced elsewhere. Wrong diagnoses, unnecessary work, the problem not being fixed correctly, excessive charges, and long delays are too much to bare any more.
First class car buying experience. Just bought a used vw. No high pressure sales tactics. Cars are reasonably priced to sell.
Noan was our salesperson, we have not met as confident, professional and qualified a salesperson as him. He made our sale go very smoothly, quickly, and effortlessly. He did not waste our time yet was available to answer any questions we had. Thanks for the wonderful buying experience!
We just purchased a used honda 2013 cr v everyone was extremely helpful. This was one of our easiest car purchases. The salesman, Brad Boever was great.
Great staff and customer service.
This place is real good for the genuine work, I am dealing with Clint for my car Timing chain problem which brought whole engine work, Clint has been very helpful so far, he is reachable to answer any questions and went beyond point to talk to my car insurers whenever required. though my car is still not repaired.
Tavi Paler is an incredible sales professional. Not pushy in the least bit. Extremely knowledgeable. Great guy.
Total lack of customer service. Should stick with selling Hyundais only.
Possibly the worst car buying experience I have ever encountered.
Great Service from Clint. This location is the best in the state for service.
Knowledgeable and professional sales and service staff.
Charged me over a hundred dollars to tell me nothing is wrong with my car and stole multiple expensive items from my car. Awful experience never come here.
Very easy to work with.
Terriable place. slow and horriable service. I am a very easy going guy and I never made a bad review on any shop, but this car dealer makes me really want to go online and make some comments. You will regret whenever you choose to go to this palce for anything.
They absolutely gives you floor shattering quote on trade-in beside that their vehicles are flawless. No idea about service.
Went in for diagnosis with light On and noise when deceleration. Charged me $135 for same information Auto Zone gave me. DID NOT EVEN TAKE OUT FOR TEST DRIVE FOR NOISE! DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE!
Great family owned dealership
Best service friendly investment
Great staff!
Steep prices for parts and service,or even to tell what a light means.
