Honest, careful, transparent. Marty is a wonderful guy and really loves helping people with their cars. Clear about prices. Reliable repairs. I cannot praise them enough!
Since auto pros open business several years ago I have used them several times. I have used other places and Ive always had to take my car back to Auto Pros to fix the mistakes the other places have made. I highly highly recommend this place fantastic staff amazing owners they do everything in their power to make sure that you understand whats going on and make it cost efficient. If I could I would give more then 5 stars!!! Keep up the fantastic work Auto Pros!!!!
Execellt service and affordable. Really appreciate their communication and their student discount. If you are a veteran, I truly suggest that you come here.
When it comes to car repairs, you know that you’re in good hands with this top notch staff. 100 percent trustworthy crew all the way around, they do excellent work, awesome customer service. And when you leave from there, you just feel confident that your repair & tire needs were met without any doubts in your mind.
I drive an older model Mercedes and they are extremely hard to find parts for. These guys found the parts and replaced the carrier barring as quick as possible. They fixed my car for a very reasonable price. Thank god, because I do not have a lot of money! Their customer service is impeccable. I mostly dealt with the owner, Marty. He is a genuinely kind, polite, helpful man. Ive never encountered anyone like him at an auto repair shop. I briefly dealt with two other employees there and both were very polite as well. Marty kept me up to date with the status of my vehicle, locations of parts ordered and any other info I requested. I have found an auto repair shop that I trust and feel comfortable with, finally!! I would recommend them to anyone, driving anything!
Very knowledgeable staff, and owner. They are patient and kind. The entrance is clean and every time Ive been there the atmosphere is comfortable and inviting. The detail staff is also amazing. They cleaned every inch of my gross vehicle and even left little patterns in the seats with the vacuum. I highly recommend this place for your automotive needs.
This place is wonderful! If youre a college student wanting to make sure you get the best bang for your buck then you should visit the EL Auto Pros. I had multiple people recommend them to me. I brought my 2001 Taurus in after it was leaking fluids, and instead of ripping me out of my money, they gave wonderful advice. They told me I had two options; not repair the car because it may not be worth the value of the car or they were willing to look for a used transmission for me. I decided to say goodbye to ol faithful and took in another car from my father, which was a 1995 Toyota Camry. That car started leaking gas, so I brought it to the EL Auto Pros. They were wonderful in letting me know the car was not safe to drive (due to the year of the vehicle and amount of rust) and that the repair cost would exceed the value of the car. Both Ronnie and Marty were very helpful to talk to and spent a long time talking to me on the phone multiple times (up to 30 minutes!). They let me keep the cars there until I could have them towed to a junk yard. Consider going to the EL Auto Pros because they spend the time to make sure you understand what is going on with your vehicle. These guys are the real deal, very friendly, and really look out for their customers!
I have two kids and two dogs and this week also had my two nieces in the car. I almost felt bad dropping it off. It looks amazing. Incredible. Such a great job, and a great value. A little more than a few other local places (although not much). But well worth it. Very happy and will come back again next time Im in town.
I was traveling from Columbus Ohio to Mt. Pleasant Michigan hospital for a family emergency. I ran over a semi tire on the highway and the plastic plate under the car was hanging down. I got to the shop 15 minutes before they closed and they fixed it for me free of charge (zip tie)!!! So great to see nice honest people out there especially with the day I was having.
I brought my 14 Honda Accord over to EL Auto Pros for a look at the front end based on some unusual tire wear. They checked things out and concluded the alignment had solved it and didnt charge me anything. These guys strike as competent and honest and they have earned my future business. I also took advantage of their interior detail service (thanks to my three pound hounds it was badly needed) and they did a great job. Thanks guys.
I’ve taken my car into Auto Pros Lansing twice for two completely different things and I’ve been very happy both times. Marty is a very polite man who explains very clearly what is wrong, what needs to be done, and the options you have. They are very reasonably priced for a student and have saved me a few times now!
Best in Lansing!! They literally care!!! About you & your vehicle. And they get stuff done right and I’m a convenient time!
Im a long-time East Lansing resident, and East Lansing Auto Pros is one of the only two highly competent and consumer-competititve-oriented auto repair shops in town [the other being H&H Mobil] where I have taken my cars for repair. None of the other shops in town is worth considering, IMHO. I was one of Martys very first customers when his business first opened several years ago.Ive had a number of complex repair jobs done on my car there, and have had E.L. Auto Pros inspect vehicles planned for purchase by me or my family members. I particularly appreciate the detailed inspections, auto safety assurance and preventative maintenance approach for auto service by E.L. Auto Pros. I tend to drive older vehicles [my current vehicle is a 1997 Saturn SW1] that I try to maintain in good and reliable condition as an auto ownership philosophy. Id rather pay these great mechanics for their services than be handing my money out in auto payments and interest to banks and lending institutions.I regularly recommend E.L Auto Pros to the student car owners who live in my neighborhood and my neighbors for car/truck repair, and others I encounter in need to quality, competitive auto service.
Great auto service shop. I went in today to replace front brake pads and rotors. The staff there was nice and polite. They took time to explain the what&why patiently. The cost to replace both front bake pads and rotors is ~$260 (labor included), which seems fair to me. I would recommend my friends to come here for car repair and services. Appreciate the honesty and good work.
I have been going to EL Auto Pros for a few years now and I refuse to bring my car anywhere else. All the staff are extremely respectful, knowledgable, and friendly. I am always confident that I am receiving the best service for a fair price.
By far one of the best experiences Ive had with any company. To start, I have quite a bit of background knowledge with vehicles so when my power steering went out I knew right away that the cause was the pump, I took it to these guys and had them confirm thats what had occurred.... they were very honest, I compared prices around the area and they were extremely reasonable. On top of that the staff couldnt be be better they were polite, and knowledgeable. MOST IMPORTANTLY they honor the warrantee with no questions what so ever, the manufacturer of the pump had sent two defective pumps and they replaced it at no cost, couples months later and still running strong!
Offer a nice student/faculty discount!I felt like this was a pretty fair and upfront place. Dropped my car off in the morning for caliper work and they had it done by the afternoon. Very friendly and personable staff. I would definitely return here for my next car work.
When I first started driving I was going to auto tech which is next-door. The best guy to see was always Marty. Now he owns auto pro so now I go to auto pro instead. He always does great work with good prices, And explains to you what is going on with your car. I go there for everything, oil changes, any repairs, and any weird noises.
Love these guys. They do great work and are on time. Attention to detail. Perfect place for a perfectionist.3 vehicles were serviced here.Light custom mod work, done perfectly every time.
Hello, Mr. Washburne. I find your response to my review both predictable and exactly as I described you to be. No, I am not mistaking you for your former employer, Auto Tech, which you worked for until 2010 when you opened your current business. I am describing you. Its interesting that despite my pointing out your propensity for bad-mouthing former coworkers, employers and employees, you immediately did what I said you do while simultaneously attempting to deny that you do it. I would never step foot in your establishment again, much less let you or anyone in your employ touch a vehicle I own. I do want to thank you, however, for putting your immaturity and complete lack of professionalism on display for everyone to see, as I thought you would so willingly do. I wish the best of luck to anyone foolish enough to do any business with you, Martin.Original review: Highly recommend against. Owner is very dishonest, treats both employees and customers very poorly when they dont bow to his will and agree with him 100%. Also spends a lot of time badmouthing his former coworkers, employers and employees. He smiles to your face, but has a lot to say behind your back. This isnt a place I would ever consider doing business again.
Only mechanic Ive ever been to where the manager told me dude this aint hard to fix, you can get it yourself then told me what I needed to do for the repair. The fix was easy and I did do it myself and saved a bit of cash. these guys always do great work on my vehicles and give me good pricing for the great job they do.
I had some gears problems with my Cadillac and I went to the auto pro on Oct 17th. At first I was worried that the store would cost me thousands. But they gave me very good services and taught me a lot about the auto repair industry. We had very good conversation. We worked out a very nice deal and my gears problems have been perfectly solved. If you wish to find a auto repair shop that can provide you both good services and nice prices, there it is.
Took my car in for a repair as a first time customer. Nick and Mark were really great to me. They worked with my budget and treated me really well. Ill definitely be back and would recommend them to anyone!
Lansing Nissan had East Lansing Auto Pros detail my brand new rogue, as they had it for approximately a month. My car is spotless and Im so happy to have it back (and clean). Great work! Would highly recommend to anyone.
Excellent place. Quoted me about 40% cheaper than most places and stuck to that price. Got my car the same day - friendly and helpful staff. Thank you!
Took our car there to get it detailed in preparation for trading it in. They did an AMAZING job!! Planning on taking our new car there once a year or so to keep it nice and clean. The staff was great to work with as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone, in fact, I already have.
The guy at the front desk that I talked to here the other day was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and didn’t want to just take advantage of me being a young girl and sell me things I don’t need. He really saved me a lot of hassle when he tested my car after I was told something was wrong at a different shop and it turned out to be just fine! Thanks again!
The staffs over there is incredible! I called them a year ago and wanted to take my car in since I had a bad experience with other shop with the price, but this shop? It surprised me that they took care of me very well and make sure Im all good to go even call me to inform me if I need additional repairs. Im impressed with the price, and the owner too. I havent meet the owner yet, but the staffs asked him/her to see if I can have the arrangement since college students cant afford. They willing to work with me. Highly recommended to take. Thank you and will come back whenever I need the repairs!
Had traveled into Michigan from a few states over, and had a grinding sound coming from my car. Unable to find the source of it, I brought it into Auto Pros for a once over, and diagnostic check. Not only did they do a fantastic repair job on an apparently custom sized wheel bearing, they managed to do it in an speedy timeframe and stayed over a little later for me into the evening until I could get over there. Would go again.
I was in East Lansing from Chicago and had an issue with my vehicle when I arrived. I was scheduled to stay only two days and explained the situation to Josh at East Lansing Auto Pros. He got my car into the shop immediately and identified the issue within a couple hours. He located and ordered a part very quickly, kept me updated on the status of my vehicle and got me back on the road asap. Thanks, Josh. Your professionalism and customer focus has made this my goto shop when Im in East Lansing.
I recently purchased a Ford taurus and one day a jerking motion started on the car. I took it to a car shop that I trust and they told me that my cylinders were misfiring and I knew the car needed a tune up but couldnt get it done there. I started looking into other places for quotes. The first place was going to charge me $45 to do a diagnostic when I already told them what was going on. They did a visual inspection and confirmed what I knew but did not feel comfortable with the people who were there and they way they handled themselves and comments they made. I went next to a very well known franchise. I waited for three and a half hours for them to do something that took 20 minutes. They wanted to charge me $70 to do a diagnostic but told me they wouldnt charge me if it came up as the same thing I had told them. As it did show up as a misfire they let me leave but told me the full tune up would be over $600! I finally went to Auto Pros, laid it down straight to them and they were very receptive. They quoted me for half of the price on the spot! I immediately felt comfortable there. The shop is immaculate, the owner is right there if problems were to arise- a rare find these days- and they were very professional. I left and called them an hour later to schedule an appointment. They got me in and out in less time they quoted me for and the problem is completely fixed. I am very happy with this shop and as a student, I will go there with any other problems and recommend them to my friends!
Very good people very good mechanics excellent attention a place where whenever I attend I leave super satisfied with the work done in my recommended car 100%
Wonderful experience with them! They were extremely nice, professional, honest, and did not over charge for service. They did a fantastic job and I will definitely be returning to them for all my future car needs. Finally a shop I can trust!
I really enjoyed the friendly staff. I brought my Mercedes for headlight cleaning and they did a good job. I am more happy with their quality service.
This is the only shop in East Lansing that I trust with my vehicle. If you are having a hard time working out a way to get your car fixed or need an emergency fix done right these are the guys. The ship is RIGHT PROPER! Good guys with good service who wont play games with you or try to rip you off. You can also trust this shop unlike others in the area, to not engineer repairs for the future that the car may have not need while they work on it. East Lansing Auto Pros will work with you and try their hardest to get your car fixed without taking you through the ringer, give them a try. They helped me with a terrible situation where my vehicle was almost impounded and I couldnt pay the day I thought I could. They didnt abandon me, they worked with me and it ended up being the best experience have ever had at a shop and I shall have many more there as you should.
Ive brought my 02 explorer into this shop twice in the past year for various issues and each time Ive gotten my car back within 24 hours of dropping it off and have been very satisfied with the work done. I will definitely continue to bring my business to East Lansing Auto Pros for as long as I am in the area.
Took my SUV in because I noticed a slight transmission fluid leak. The guys at ELAP diagnosed as a simple issue of the bottom plug not torqued down tightly enough. They torqued it down properly within 10 minutes and sent me on my way - and did not charge me a penny. Excellent service from owner Marty and his crew. Friendly, clean, professional, trustworthy, good location...I am new to East Lansing and I am glad I found a shop I can trust so quickly. Excellent job, guys.
This place is one of the few auto shops in the area (or anywhere for that matter) I can say I fully trust and feel welcomed EVERY time I come into the shop. Marty (Owner) and Josh (Manager) are both very knowledgeable, experienced and just great guys. Ive had their full diagnostic exam on my car where they give you a complete car care plan categorized into sections of critical (things that should be taken care of immediately for safety reasons), needs attention (things needing replaced soon), and maintenance (things needing replaced as a preventive measure). I have gone here for the last couple of years with any problems and they have always gotten me in and out ahead of schedule. Thanks ELAP!
I was on vacation in Lansing when my serpentine belt came off. Since I was so far from home, I was in a panic. Thankfully I called East Lansing Auto Pros for help. They referred me to a tow truck company so I could get my car to the shop. They werent sure if it would be possible to get me in the same day but they would do their best. I got my car there and they diagnosed the problem within an hour! After that it only took another hour for the repair. They replaced my belt and a couple pulleys that were cracked and loose. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and friendly, he gave me a bunch of recommendations for things to do in Lansing. All in all it was a great experience and I would recommend this shop to anyone having car troubles in the area!
They got back to us quickly, offered good suggestions about what to do with my daughters car (blown engine), and even offered to keep the car for a few days so we could arrange for a salvage yard pick up. Very impressed with their service!
They know absolutely how to wire a toggle for an appropriate axles wheel speed sensor(s).
Excellent auto service. Went out of their way to service my vehicle. Very customer oriented. Thank you. Addition April 30. Best auto repsir shop in Lansing. So honest and yrustworthy. From now on i will not go anywhere else.
Not sure how to feel. I am going over this years receipts and discussed with someone the auto repairs I had early this year that were problematic but did not pursue further because I thought I had no recourse (and maybe I dont). Essentially, I was brought there by a tow because my car lost power due to a wiring issue. East Lansing Auto Pros fixed it, but 3 days later, the same issue arose. They did make the repair again at no cost, which I appreciated. But less than two weeks after that repair, I had to have the issue fixed AGAIN for a final time, except this time I went to a dealership, and it has never been an issue again. Point being, if I had gone elsewhere in the first place, I wouldnt have had to pay Auto Pros and then pay again to have it done correctly elsewhere...
We positively recommend Auto Pros in East Lansing as a professionally-run business. With their computerized diagnostic system they can get to the bottom of problems that elude standard auto shops. Martin Washburne as owner has been available to knowledgeably and patiently explain problems with our car and illustrate them on the shop computer. When there has been any question of warranty, Martin has been beyond fair. And, as an extra, while you wait there are auto service videos running on a wall TV to educate you on automotive basics.
Great people good work very informative and awesome service.
PHENOMENAL SERVICE! I had a rear control arm bent by Northside Towing and they helped me get it good enough to drive. Not to mention THEY WERE CLOSED. Grateful for East Lansing Auto Pros!
So.....we moved to VA and came back this week.for spring break. we had car issues and called Marty and josh. Not.only did they get us right in, they fixed something the last place messed up at no charge. They are absolutely AMAZING and I will dearly miss them!!
Im a person who does my vehicles annual and regular maintenance religiously.Ive been tacking both my car and suv for maintenance work to this place for a while now. Quick in and out, professional service, good explanation of the repair/work and I like the Customer service here they will try their best to work with you. Personally I prefer going to local shop compare to dealership and so far this my to go shop for all my vehicle maintenance.
Great people, honest they do complete check ups so they dont have any hidden costs in the end. I have been up there at least 3 times and have never had any issues and the service was outstanding.
I just found the new mechanic for our three cars. Never had anyone go above and beyond like Marty and the guys over here. Thanks for the assistance, I really appreciate it.
These guys are great. Have taken my car there multiple times and service was always honest, timely, and clean.Id recommend them to anyone
Absolutely AMAZING JOB on my brand new car! They always make mine and my customers vehicles absolutely perfect! The best in town for sure!
Be ware! Dont take your car there. they cant handle anymore than an oil change and not even sure they can handle that. just another business next to a big college take all the money they can from those who know nothing about cars. they talk the talk but cant walk the walk. nice buildingand they are polite until you call them out.
Awesome shop. Honest people. Only place to go in EL
EL Auto Pros did a pre-purchase inspection, front brake and alternator replacement on my car. Great job, reasonable price and did not try to upsell me on anything I didnt need.Wanted to give them a shout out for the good work.
*This happened a long time ago, but I remembered it since Im now more knowledgeable about car repair work*I brought my sisters car in for some front end suspension work with parts I already bought, they had no problem installing them for me, but carried no warranty, which is reasonable. They gave me a quote after looking at what parts I brought, and I was fine with it. Later on, I get a call about the front struts being wrong and Id have to buy some from them. Since I didnt know that much about struts back then, I said okay, let me look some up first to see if they could get close to an online retailers price, that went fine, so I ended up paying extra for those parts since the struts I bought were the wrong ones. Now, I realize that they werent wrong at all. I bought a naked strut, which needs the coil spring installed. All you do is use a spring compressor to compress the old coil spring out and install it in the new strut. This can be a dangerous task for the home mechanic, but a mechanic shop should have the proper tools to handle it and be safer (you can even get the tool loaned to you from a parts store like AutoZone or AdvanceAutoParts). Even though this is more tedious, its cheaper than buying a quick strut (strut + coil spring already installed), which is what I ended up having to buy from them. Knowing all of this now, it seems like they were too lazy to compress the old spring and install it on the strut I bought. I wish I was more knowledgeable in the past and wish they were more upfront about it instead of telling me the part was wrong.*Response to owner* - Yes, Im now aware that other components of the strut can be worn out and it would be cheaper just to get a quick strut than replace the worn out parts. As I stated, I was only told that I bought the wrong strut. If they told me other components like the strut mount was also worn out and it would be cheaper in the end just to get a quick strut, I wouldve understood and learned something from it and this wouldve been an entirely different review.
ELAP is the only shop in town that Id trust my family vehicles too. The shop is always clean and welcoming as is the staff and the owner - Marty. It is not easy to find an auto shop you can trust but this is one shop that fits the bill!
Took my BMW for an inspection and repair of a suspension part. The guys there identified the fault and recommended a straight forward solution. Ill be taking my vehicles there for all of our future maintenance and repairs.
Im from out of town, but at MSU for work. I had to remove my license plate, but the screws wouldnt budge. The guys at ELAP were responsive, helpful, and friendly. Great service and a fair price. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.
This is a great establishment. I was driving to Ohio for the weekend and blew out my rear break lines. I called them up and told them my situation. Martin (President) was up front about everything, telling me he would try to get me back on the road asap but made no guarantees until he was able to look over the vehicle. When I arrived they had a bay open, and immediately started working on my truck. Within 10 minutes they had the problem diagnosed. Improper installation of my exhaust system wore out fittings on the break lines. He said he would be about an hour to bend the new lines and bleed the system. They even modified the bracket so that my break lines would clear the new exhaust (even thought it was a horrible installation done in Grand Rapids). In 45 mins I hear the truck fire up. They fixed my truck before our ride showed up to take us to Ohio.Martin (President) is a very kind and reasonable guy. Along with luggage and a girlfriend (even more luggage), she brought her cat. He had no problem letting us hang out in the lobby, and kept me up to date with everything going on in the shop. And as I mentioned they fixed my truck before our backup ride even showed up. The bill was reasonable, and mainly I was just happy that I didn’t have to leave my truck there while I was out of town. He even wrote in the bill (before I was able to ask) that the damage was all related to the exhaust I had installed less than a month ago. This will help me out when I go give them a piece of mind.Definitely please with their work, and will continue to use these guys.
They did a superb job detailing my small suv, looked brand new! Everyone I encountered was very friendly and professional. Will definitely be going back!
Best shop in East lansing. Very honest owner, do not get the feel like you are being nickle and dimed for everything like some shops do. Will be my go to place from now on. Great!
From the start of dealing with this business-- this is my experience. Over the years ego will be Auto Pros downfall. Had a reason to keep my car longer, days in some cases. Pushes diagnostic testing at an off the repair cost. Diagnostic testing did not apply to the repair/test drive afterward. Seems to order wrong part repeatedly. Always called me to pick up my car an hour before they closed. Then when I got my car home something else was wrong after sitting over night. Hoses knocked loose sometimes. Fluids would drain out over night in those cases. The fix was not thoroughly tested because I did not ask for or pay for that testing. Never question his mechanics- they are never wrong. Never ask for a different mechanic- youll be offending his staff. Thank goodness this man can count on the college students to keep him in business. Ive since found an honest mechanic because they do exist.
My son goes to MSU and needed to take his car in to get brakes. They are very honest and I am glad to have found them since we live 2 hours away. Very clean and everone was very nice. Thry do offer a MSU discount which we didn’t know about so make sure to ask. I would recommend them
Reasonable prices and good service. Was always satisfied.
These are the guys who use to work next door at Auto Tech and left do to their dissatisfaction with Auto Techs poor business practices. Every time I take my car in they go above and beyond. I never feel pressured into getting unnecessary repairs, and theyre always willing to set up options and plans when the repairs got too expensive. (This was all with my former car, a Taurus with 250,000+ miles on it) Theyre always forward and honest, and when looking for a good mechanic I can think of no better praise. (they do great work as well.)
I made an appointment to have them check our air conditioning because it was going in an and out. I took the car in at 8:30am on Saturday, they had our car until Monday afternoon and told me nothing was wrong with the air conditioning. I got in my car and drove home with my AC blowing warm air the whole way home. We took it to a certified ford dealership the next day and they had the problem diagnosed and fixed by the next day. Overall our experience here was extremely frustrating and an inconvenience to be without a car for so long. My advice is to just take it to a certified dealership.
The most honest auto repair shop Ive ever been to!
First off let me start by saying that i have not been here before, maybe they had a bad day i dont know.My cousin who is a student at state brought his car there because his hydraulic brake line on the front left started leaking. This is a 50 dollar part at the auto parts store, but since he is almost 2 hours away he went there to get it fixed. I believe the quote was $150 which isnt bad i suppose. However the next day they called him and told him that his front tie rods needed to be replaced, his one bearing was going bad, the brake lines in the rear were rotted and needed to be replaced. Then he said he wouldnt just do the brake line that it all needed to be fixed or there would be some kind of domino effect.. hahahaha well that quote was $2000 dollars. My cousin called me, and asked me to call up there to see what the deal is. I called and said we just wanted the hose that was leaking done, and Marty stated that he cant just do the hose all the other things needed to be fixed also, i could understand if he said he needed a new caliper cause the bleeder was stuck, which with heat those come out, but sometimes you do need a whole new caliper, but no mention of that. also said the brakes needed to be done because the brake fluid leaked on them, which is true, but i can do that once the hose is replaced and he can drive it. I told him not to do anything then and we will get it towed somewhere else. Side note the best part is my cousin went on a trip, this vehicle was inspected by a ford mechanic and none of this was an issue. so after i told him not to do anything to it, Marty calls my cousin and tells him he has to get the car off his property or he was calling someone to tow it. Needless to say the car is being towed 2 hours home and going to get inspected by a ford mechanic. I will be updating after i found out. So taken in there for no other reason than the brake hose to the caliper, a 50 dollar part, and this is what happened. Be very careful about taking your vehicle to this place. p.s I am not hiding my identity, this is all true, and was my first time there. My name will not be in there computer cause it was my cousins vehicle. this all happened today 1/11/2018 it was a ford escape. If you would like to call me about this poor service feel free. None of what he said in his reply is true. Please think twice before taking your vehical here.
I just called Josh and he went out of his way to help me out with the information I was looking for. Not only he guided me, he did not rush, did not say that he is busy, listened to me and answered in plain simple words. Thanks Josh
Excellent service!! Everyone is super knowledgeable and friendly
This is the only place I have brought my car for around three years now and never once have I been dissatisfied with the work done or the customer service! As long as I am anywhere near these guys I will always bring my car to them!
Honest, professional, fast and cheap. They know what theyre doing and inform you even on the smallest of details.
This service shop will scam you! I had a vehicle inspected and was told the car is leaking fluids from the oil pan, rear main seal, valve covers, and intake. Alternator and battery they said needed to be replaced. Both inner tie rods bad. On the report they list the front hood and rear bumper being repainted! The dealer I bought the car from was furious! He sent me and the car to a factory gm service shop and they paid for a full inspection! GM certified mechanics inspected the whole car. Needs a new battery, pads are less than 50%, trans needed flushing and the front valve cover needed to be replaced! Thats it! And never repainted!! This place has one goal and thats ripping off as many people possible. My first and last experience! I believe all of the good reviews are all fake! Its easy to post good news for your business. Good location for ripping off poor students who dont understand cars!
Great work as always! Thank you Marty, Cori and staff!
The most professional and fair auto repair people I have ever dealt with
Great staff. Reasonable prices.
They have your best interest in mind. keep me save on the road.
My power steering cooler was leaking terribly and the vehicle was rendered undriveable. I was 80 miles from home, working on MSU campus. They bypassed the cooler and got me back on the road, same day, saving me over $200 in parts and labor. One of their guys even gave me a lift to campus, so I didnt have to lose my day of work. Thank you very much!
Horrible business ethics and no I didn’t use my real name because you would have just claimed that you didn’t have it in your system just like you do to everyone else that gives you a poor review. Every bad review on here and bad comment is true about this shop! I really hope the state comes in and inspects the business, employees, and the grounds. I guarantee you would be out of business!
Honest and helpful staff! Will be back, thank you!
Conveniently loses records of having a client there because they dont want accountability for screwing up.
Only place I trust bring my car to in the area.
Wonderful staff and great service!!
Very good service.
Owner is a complete douche
