I have been coming here since 1999 with vehicles. I currently own a 2015 Jeep Cherokee. There has been an error in my file that no one has taken the time to fix until now. I had over 40 cars in my name and they continued to be added over the years with new ones. This causes problems when I make an appt. This was fixed by my representative quickly and we had a few laughs about it. He did NOT say, as Phil does, he is in a rush and make sure you give me a 10 on my survey. I was redeeming credit card points that further complicated things and this went smoothly with no complaints. This was by far my easiest, no pressure, service ever AND I ALWAYS COME HERE. As long as I can get this rep I will be back. Funny thing is that this was also the fastest service I have ever received. I cant remember his name...young Laylon or similar. A star for the dealership.

The business was crazy-busy. I knew that the service would take a while, but I checked in at 11:00 and it was close to 5:00 before my car was ready. I was on hold for 20 minutes while being passed to three different people. Finally, while I was still holding, a call came in to me. The person I was trying to reach had no idea I was on hold.The trainee to whom I was assigned was clearly doing his best, but there was a lot to absorb. He was given inaccurate information by another worker about the price of the services. What began as about $350 ended up at over $1200.

We took our RAM 1500 Sport to them due to another dealer not even looking at the air suspension and just giving it back to us doing nothing to it to correct the problem. So we called and said we where having an issue with the air suspension on the truck and they said bring it on in and we said we would bring it in Saturday and they could keep it until they had time to look at it. So Saturday we took it in and they said they would look at it and we left thinking they would probably look at it next week and sure enough we got a call from champion stating the truck was ready to be picked up the same day on Saturday. They not only are polite they are quick and also reasonable prices which is awesome. We will definitely be using them all the time for our Ram and Dodge vehicles from now on. Keep up the great work!

I had an issue with my transmission that was covered under a recall. It was handled quickly and professionally.

Phil Wright and the service department all did a great job, my truck feels like a new truck, I love my truck.

I may pay a little more having my local dealership maintain my vehicle, but I know the workmanship and parts are excellent. The service writers always check my records to make sure repairs or up to date and if services fall under warranty to help save me money. I also appreciate the courtesy driver service to make it even easier to leave the vehicle.

It was a recall. I got my jeep in quickly, Everyone was friendly, Phil said it would take about an hour. 45 minute later it was done, and they washed it for me.

The employees at this location treated me extremely well! This was my first time coming to this location and they made me feel like I have known them for several years.
