Had great interaction with the people there. Friendly, experienced, helped me out with my BMW. Gave cheapest quote for some parts. Definitely recommend for awesome repair work and quality parts for less. Owner is a great guy to deal with. They truly do care about their customers.

Quick service, friendly staff, and great price. There were no rentals available at the time I went but the owner actually dropped me off at my house on a Saturday while they worked on my car and picked me up a few hours later when the work was done. Great customer service and my heat is now working great.

Serves them right they went out of business. One year after they gave me a quote of “that’s the actual price not a quote” is what they said on the phone. Get there and wait for 5 hours just to find out the rate tripled because their mechanics couldn’t figure out how to take out wheel studs.So fast forward one year later, the brake caliper the replaces is seized, the brake pads that were “diamond standard” were completely gone. Went to call them and see how in almost exactly one years time the caliper rotor and pads they replaced had suddenly gone bad. And they’re out of business.They also tried telling me the other rear caliper needed to be replaced, but when I came to pick up the vehicle and showed them a receipt for the other rear caliper that was replaced not 30 days prior to them fixing the other, they were at a loss for words. Not to mention, the rear caliper they said also needed replacing, is still doing just fine. Good thing they’re out of business, saves me a trip to jail. Because that’s where this was headed. They’re a broke ghetto shop to begin with. Complete garbage.

Amazing, quick, and personable service. Staff was very personal and gracious. All of my questions were answered thoroughly. I was given the opportunity to speak to the mechanic when I had specific questions about the repairs, and was even shown exactly what the problem was on my car and what they were doing to fix it. Staff was very responsive and called me several times to update me on the status of my repairs.

This is definitely the place you are looking for. People there are super nice. The price is fair and they did really good job on my car. Last time I went there for replace my car battery, they give me 100 dollar discount for their little mistake. The mistake is they told me the price wrong. The actually price is 100 dollar more than the price they told me. So I have the discount. It is really good auto repair shop, you should go there.

Had a TON of work done on my truck. I was nervous because that amount of work can add up quickly and cost a ton. They were very helpful, gave me great advice on what needed to be done now and what could wait. The price... best in town. They even game me a free loaner vehicle while my truck was in the shop. You simply could not ask for more!

My Grand AM has a blown head gasket, and has caused several other issues. I am considering several options that this company has given me, and in the mean time I have been allowed to drive a loner car for FREE. Not many shops I have dealt with over the years have ever offered to give me a ride for free. The mechanic knows his stuff, and i trust his judgement. And even if the worst case scenario hits they are willing to help me find a good car to purchase. Friendly staff, knowledgeable, and more helpful than one would expect on finding they have few options.

If youre looking for guys who understand that youre not trying to break the bank, heres the place to go. They never tried to talk me into getting more body work done than i needed when my Acura collided with a tree. Timely repairs, friendly guys, and I didnt have to spend too much.

Incompetent in every way imaginable. Put the wheel bearings in backwards (had to take it to the dealer to find that out). ABS trouble light stayed on, even though they said it would go off. Took it back to figure out why the light was on and they just let it sit on their property all day--never looked at it, never called to say they werent looking at it. When it finally got fixed properly by the dealer, they did the right thing and refunded my money. Only they didnt--the Square receipt they emailed me was a sham and the refund never posted. I had to contest the charge on my credit card. Scammers through and through.

I got a bumper replaced here. The technician replaced parts without communicating that it was going to be replaced until after the fact. They also did not inform me that different parts of my car was broken until I noticed something after taking it home. When I questioned them about it they told me an opinionated reason to why they did not inform me, it was not worth mentioning and in my opinion it was not broken was what they said, although it was clearly broken and they admitted to having witness that a piece of my car was broken. While explaining what happened to my car, the technician was also yelling at me and yelled over what I had to say. They do not believe in transparency and communicating with their clients and they also do not hold a professional attitude. I definitely will not be coming back.

My service at One Stop Auto has been exceptional I have not had any problems with my car after taking it to one stop and I would recommend one stop to anyone. Also the repairs are always done correctly the first time.

I work full time for the Michigan Army National Guard Bureau here in Lansing. As I was leaving work yesterday for my 2 hour commute home, an ambulance passing by had its lights on so I pulled over..... right into a pothole. As I kept driving down the street a little bit I realized that when I hit my breaks, my car would make a huge clunk and jerk to the right. I pulled over into a gas station and took a look and saw that the control arm was completely broken. I called numerous auto shops in the area and couldnt find anyone to help.. They wanted me to come there before checking if they had a part, or wanted me to leave my car there for a week. Seeing as how I was really far away from home I started to become concerned until I called One Stop and reached Rod who was at a dentist appointment and had his phone forwarded to his cell. He texted me the number to call the shop and ask for someone else. I reached Patrick who was super friendly and polite, unlike the other shops I had called. He checked to see if they had the part and told me to bring it over. Matt fixed it right away and I was back on the road in about 30 minutes. He pointed out that it had a warranty and left the broken part in my trunk to take back.Everyone else in the office was also very welcoming and friendly and made great conversation while I was stressed out and waiting on the repair.The price was BEYOND reasonable and I was very pleased they took my time and distance into consideration and got it fixed for me right away. I thought I was in a jam!I have never had such a pleasant experience in an auto shop! I highly recommend this place!!

Ordered tires for my van, my old ones were bald. They gave me four brand new for way cheaper than any other place.

This shop was unprofessional from start to finish. After months of work on my vehicle, they still could not fix my car right. I ended up trading in the vehicle and got a lower trade in value because of the ghetto nature of the repair work. They were frequently rude and disrespectful because they knew they were not competent enough to do the work correctly. I was lied to on more than one occassion. The worst, though, is that I had two rings stolen from my vehicle. I didnt even bother to bring it up with the owner because I knew she would side with her mechanics. All in all, the worst experience Ive ever had with a business ever.

I ordered a rim from these clowns off ebay. Its not even close to dimensions and would not fit on car. According to their ebay site they offer practically no refund. I could probably get a refund from ebay but its not worth my time poking on a computer and pissing around trying to get it, or wasting more money sending the rim back.

I had a terrible experience with this auto shop. I came in to get my rear bumper replaced. Firstly, the prices were outrageous, but I was in a a time crunch. Afterwards, I noticed that there was a clip missing that attached the bumper. I called and visited numerous times to get it fixed (it was very minor) but they did not respond accordingly. I was always told to come back later, or that they would call me back when the mechanic was in. They never did. Highly disappointed that they could not follow up on such a simple task after charging me so much.

PLEASE READ: THIS IS THE SHADIEST SHOP IN MY HISTORY OF CAR REPAIRS.. PLEASE AVOID .. THEY WILL JERK YOU AROUND. VERY DISHONEST.Ok sorry about the caps lock but I need to get anyones attention thinking about going here. First off, Id like to start off by saying that I am a hardworking taxpayer that has never written a review on google. They made me take it to this level (i wish i could report my video evidence as well, maybe Ill provide a link on youtube to the video i recorded so i have evidence).I originally went here because I had a tail light bulb out in my back right tail light. My car is newer so i do not have the tools to take it off for replacement. I took it there and they said they could help me. Guy said hed do it right there for $15 bucks. I said okay. After waiting about 2.5-3 hours I had a fixed tail light bulb installed (also i purchased the bulb and brought it in and No i didnt write this review because they took so long, just wanted to add it in there).The next day ( not even 24 hours later), my entire back right side on the tail light is not working at all, AT ALL. The ENTIRE light is out and my turn signal wont work on that side either (I assumed it had to be a connectivity issue, maybe the guy didnt plug it in right, ect.). I said okay thats fine, just as long as they make it right. I call them to tell them the problem and they are rude to me and end up saying to bring it in. Okay, Ill bring it in and have this problem fixed immediately (and you would think for free).The guy ends up saying after looking at it (i should have supervised him working on it) your turn signal bulb is out, thats causing all of this (mind you, it hasnt even been 24 hours, something fishy is going on here Im starting to think). I said how would that cause the whole light not to work? From that point on he described it to me 4 different ways and slightly changed his story everytime. Whatever, I just want the dang thing fixed. Do what you gotta do. He told me thatll be $20. (at this point i should have fought it more, but whatever its 20 bucks right? just fix the damn thing). So he fixes it and everything. It is working fine at the shop, Im pleased (even though i already paid $20 that i shouldnt have).Now, heres where the fun really starts if it hasnt already. A few days later, wouldnt you know it? The back right light is working, but the turn signal is not. Haha, Imagine that? ALSO, now theres an even bigger problem. There is condensation inside of the light! WATER is getting into my tail light that I HAVE NEVER TOUCHED.... ITS A BRAND NEW CAR...WOW?! And the parking light isnt working.I call these people up to get the problem resolved. They do NOTHING.They asked for my name because they want my information. I gave them my first and last name. I told them that my information was not in their system bc my issue was very little and theyre shady anyways.I get there today (Video evidence on all of it ALL RECORDED) and I play dumb at first so they dont know who i am. They start off the conversation, Ive seen you here before (Recorded) How are you doing? This is when I tell them who I am. Then i try to explain whats happened and they STOP me. They said they will not hear about my situation until i give them my information. I said Okay heres my first and last name again. She says that is not enough. Fill out your address and everything on this piece of paper. I said My first and last name does NOT have enough information to pull up my account? She said every customer has to fill out this form for everytime they come in. So you are telling me that everytime I come in I have to fill out my social, my address, and all these NEW Customer forms (new customer forms is what im calling them because thats what they were). Then after i said this she comes up with a new answer. Now she changes her original answer and says Theres two names of your in our system and I cant check if its you because i might say the wrong one first??

They have magical machinist that can fix any problem with you car. The price is fair and the service is good

Ordered a wheel they said it would be in the next day they received the wrong one had to reorder then after 8 days it comes in and they gave me a whole $5 off on the $89 wheel for my inconvenience. this will be last time I go there, I should have ordered it from Shroyers as in the past.
