Today was my first day seriously looking at wedding dresses. Samantha was amazing. I’m so grateful to have had an appointment scheduled with her and could not recommend her enough. She was so friendly and encouraging the entire time she helped me (& I came in without a strong idea of what I wanted)! She was extremely patient and had a positive, kind heart the whole time. I felt like she genuinely cared that I found the perfect dress and wasn’t just trying to make a sale. This makes me want to support this company even more. I highly suggest visiting fantastic finds, and scheduling with Samantha if you are able to!

All I can say, Donna is AMAZING! If you are looking for a dress but not sure what you have in mind go see Donna. She is a mind reader and will find the perfect gown and respect your price point! I have bought a Gala gown with her and just got my wedding gown with her! What a beautiful place and even better staff ❤

Fantastic Finds was a store I visited after I had tried on some dresses already. I was starting to feel a little discouraged with finding my dress, but I found the designer Essence of Australia and this designer was available at this bridal store. Prior to my appointment I chatted on the phone with the salon and was very open about my experience with having a difficult time finding a dress. The experience started out normal, I worked with Donna. However, as the appointment went on it started to go down hill. Multiple times Donna mentioned how they have dresses that I would love but they were out of my price range. The appointment was coming to a close and I had found a dress that I thought could be the one, but at that time Donna had already checked out. She told me that since I had tried on so many dresses already I would not get the feels anymore, she stated it was like climbing a mountain. When I asked to get some information on the dresses to later show my mom, she refused and instead of stating a why (for example, our store does not provide that information because...) she simply gave me her card with 2 sets of 5 digit numbers that meant nothing. Also, at the end, I realized I didnt try any Essence of Australia dresses on as she stated they were out of my price range. Although previously I had been told they were in my price range. I would not recommend visiting this bridal shop. We did not leave this shop happy.

It was a beautiful place. Perfect lighting, beautiful dresses and our hostess was perfect. Not too pushy, and very informative, gracious and friendly. It was a wonderful day. Our bride found her dress that day! Paid for it in full, and gained a honeymoon free!! Thank you Fantastic Finds!!

While the dresses I tried on were gorgeous, I was shown many options that were out of my stated price range. I wouldve preferred to be shown exclusively dresses that were within that range so I didnt fall in love with one that was over my budget. Additionally, for some reason I was told it was in my best interest to order a dress that was several sizes too large, and easily couldve ordered a size down and still had plenty of flexibility in terms of alterations. The dress ended up being HUGE on me.

I LOVED my experience here all because of Donna!! She really knew what she was doing, like down to every detail she was so helpful and helped me find the dress of my dreams! Not to mention the store is so beautiful and elegant! I am so thankful we went to this store, we went to Davids Bridal and Americas Bride and they didnt even come close to the experience/dresses that are at Fantastic Finds! As we all do, I wanted something extra special for my wedding day. Fantastic Finds was nostalgic for me as I purchased my prom dress from there several years ago. I flew up from Texas to try and find my perfect dress from Fantastic Finds.Our appointment day of was wonderful. Donna went above and beyond to help me find the perfect dress. Make sure you communicate exactly what your budget is to make sure youre trying on dresses that are within that.I found it! The perfect dress for me. We placed the order in October and I received my dress in March. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the dress that the manufacturer had sent. Donna and I worked closely to come up with a resolution. They sent me the floor model, as it fit perfectly when I tried it on in the shop.Everyone was so complimentary of my dress on my wedding day. It looked even more beautiful and it really made my wedding day! Thank you so much, for making this girls dreams come true!

My daughter and I both shopped here. My daughter bought her wedding gown, I bought my mother-of-the-bride gown. From the whole experience in the store itself with so many gowns on display, to the professional yet caring help we received from Tia our sales associate to the tailor Hilda, it was a joy from start to finish. Actually everyone we came in contact with was lovely. I can not say enough positive things about this establishment. Tia listened to my daughter so well, even though she tried on over a 1/2 dozen gowns, she ended up choosing the very first one she tried on. That’s how well Tia paid attention to our budget and what my daughter envisioned. And we walked out under budget including my gorgeous gown. Fantastic Finds definitely lives up to their name!

We scheduled an appointment today to find a Mother Of the Bride dress. We had a scheduled hour available. While we were early, they took us 20 minutes late because others were trying to find the right dress for their events. I completely understand. However, my sales person was rude. When I shared what I was looking for, I was dismissed. They did not have a great selection. She never came back to check on me. Becker called with an opening. I had my dress in under 20 minutes by going to a privately owned company.

Just picked out my wedding dress last night with Tia! She was SO amazing! The whole set up is beautiful and it felt like we were able to have a nice private experience even though there were others there. I will recommend this place to any bride I know!

Fantastic Finds has lovely things and I did find my dress there. However, I was a little disappointed with my overall experience. The associate we were assigned to was almost more interested in a family friend or acquaintance in the booth next to us and regularly stopped to work/talk with them while we waited for her. I was also never given a “yes to the dress” photo opportunity that I see many brides get on social media. My girls did get a nice photo of my mom and I but there was little excitement from my associate after she got my money. Very disappointing in that regard.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE! I went with my best friend the bride to find her dream wedding dress and Donna the consulate was extremely rude making comments about the bride finding a cheaper wedding dress at Walmart. Also making sure remarks to me and other guest. She was not professional at all. The bride decided not to buy a dress because of how the consultant treated us. The facility was beautiful the dresses were beautiful.

Meagan helped me find my wedding dress and veil... completely different from what I thought I wanted but SO beautiful. Awesome staff that really made me feel like a bride. ❤️

Donna was absolutely fantastic. As a plus size bride I had a lot of anxiety about my body and finding a dress that fit it. Donna never made me feel like my options were limited by my size, and never made me feel even the slightest bit embarrassed about my body. I showed her 4 pictures of dresses and gave a vague idea to her and the dresses she picked for me to try were all spot on. 4 or 5 dresses into the day and I found the one. My matron of honor also was able to find a dress that day. I’d absolutely recommend this shop to anyone.

We LOVED fantastic finds! Wed visited a different salon first. Even though the prices were comparable, the dresses at Fantastic Finds were better quality and the customer service was fantastic! Angelina was personable and funny. She was open to our ideas. She went digging more than once to help us find what we wanted, and didnt get frustrated at my party at all for looking through the veils and dresses to bring suggestions.Theres a runway you walk down toward a big mirror to celebrate finding the dress. It also helps you get a good view of what you will look like walking down the aisle. Each little seating area feels quiet and private, and parties are encouraged to clap for one another when another bride says yes to the dress of her dreams.My party and I have left beaming. We found a dress, had a fantastic time, and enjoyed Angelinas excellent customer service. Thank you Fantastic Finds! I can hardly wait for my fiancé to see me in this dress!

Went by there. Was going to get girls fitted for dresses. Only if you order through them. Will they fit theyre dresses. So went somewhere else.

I am medically unable to wear a mask. I was allowed inside the building with a friend for her to make an appointment but when we returned for her appointment I was turned away. I cannot wear a mask for medical reasons. I was ready to buy my dress here so it was really disappointing.

I found my dress at Fantastic Finds! I had a great experience on my visit to find my wedding dress. Angelina was very helpful and made me feel comfortable. We started the appointment with a chat over mimosas and water. I picked out several dresses to try, she brought more throughout the appointment I might like, and she kept us very close to our price point. I tried on the dress I kept comparing all the others to -- the first one -- then Angelina suggested I go to the catwalk and see how it feels in a different light. It was perfect. Angelina and the team at Fantastic Finds made finding my wedding dress a fun event. They sent me off with a beautiful rose that lasted a week! I highly recommend this dress shop.

I purchased my wedding gown last weekend at Fantastic Finds, and my experience was AMAZING! My consultant, Caitlin was such a sweetheart! She was very knowledgeable and pulled dresses that were all so beautiful and listened to what I was looking for. I am beyond excited to get my dress! Thank you all again for such a fabulous experience.

Fantastic Finds made my dress search way easier. We had shopped around before and had really negative experiences at other vendors where I felt rushed and pushed around. When I got to Fantastic Finds I was blown away. The sales lady made it all about me and really listened to what I was saying. She didnt try to push a dress on me any which way, but helped me play around with different styles. She made sure that I was sure with what I wanted. We also went during the week in the evening so we were virtually alone in the shop. A little later down the road, when the pandemic struck, they were so good about communicating with me on the status of my dress and working with me on possible changes to my wedding date. They made sure I had my dress fitted and perfect on time. It was absolutely perfect.

We went to their store today with hopes of finding a mother of the bride dress. We were so excited when we entered the store, but throughout the appointment, the consultant seemed frustrated. At one point she sighed heavily and made some rude remarks. We didn’t find my Mother’s dress today and even if we did, I’m not sure we would have purchased it from that consultant. I was very disappointed leaving Fantastic Finds today.

Waited by the front desk for 10 minutes. At least 3 workers passed without so much as a hello. Terrible customer service.

Angelina made our experience perfect while shopping for my bridesmaid dress. We were greeted with Mimosas, able to shop around for what we were looking for and given many options to choose from. My measurements were perfect and I only needed small alterations due to my height. Overall I would 100% recommend Angelina & fantastic finds for your bridal/bridesmaids needs!!

Wonderful service! The consultants are very nice and helpful. The dresses are a bit expensive though. They have a registry system set up so that no one from the same school as you can get the same dress, which is really nice. Great experience!

If you are looking for a wedding dress this is the place to give all your attention! Not only was it reasonably priced, but their customer service is above and beyond! I already had a dress purchased from a different store, had it altered and upon picking it up realized my dress was ruined beyond repair, and with less than 30 days to my wedding. I stopped here just on a hope that I could just look around at prices and styles. Not only did Kimberly greet me with a sweet smile, they got me an appointment (while it was so busy) and found MY DRESS!!!! I LOVE IT MORE THAN THE FIRST ONE I PURCHASED! Sue is great with advice and helped me find something I wouldnt of considered and would of missed out on! A million times thank you!!! GO HERE! you will not regret it!

Enjoyable experience during our visit with the bridal party. Although, when being fit for a dress - the recommended size was ordered and was way too big. Too oversized (about 2 dress sizes) that even alterations won’t make it look good.

Fantastic Finds was an absolutely amazing experience!! I just found my wedding dress there yesterday. I LOVED the set up. It is breathtaking - bride-to-be heaven. You will have your own private section with your guests which was so important to me on this special day. They bring mimosas which was such a fun touch! Also, my consultant was so great! Great experience prom dress shopping. This was our 4th store and the first one where anyone took the time out to acknowledge us. Their system is great and makes it so convenient for shoppers.

I went shopping for my wedding dress a few weeks ago. Sandy was my consultant and she was polite and accommodating. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment, and was very good at reading my body language (she knew I loved the dress I ended up with, before anyone else). At the end of the appointment when I had a clear favorite, but still wanted to go to an appointment I made at another salon, she was very understanding and said she had a feeling Id be back. She was right. The other salon was awful, and we made it back just before closing. She stayed after close to help me buy my dress. Looking forward to working with them more. Also, the salon is just gorgeous. Its very private, so you dont feel like a bride sheep. And the lighting is fantastic! The selection was just right, and Sandy was very respectful of my budget. Thumbs up all around.

Unfortunately my experience at Fantastic Finds was not how I imagined shopping for my wedding dress would go. After telling the staff that my budget was $800 they really had no interest in helping me. I was actually told your dream dress probably isnt here and you might want to try a second hand shop. Overall the experience was not enjoyable or special and I wouldnt want anyone else to experience what I did.

Highly recommend! First time there, and I was flying solo to try on wedding gowns...I was nervous and anxiety-stricken, but Tia instantly put me at ease, I was literally treated like a queen, and she was so knowledgeable and helpful that its borderline ridiculous how awesome she was...she also had a job shadow gal along with her to help and Im sorry I dont remember her name but she was amazing as well..this is definitely a higher end place but no doubt worth it, they walked the dress out to my car and sent me home with a lovely long-stemmed rose...Tia was phenomenal and Im so appreciative of her!!

The phones were a little crazy when trying to book my appointment but we had a lovely experience looking for my dress! Our attendant Catrese was so helpful and sweet! She asked for an idea of what we were looking for and brought over multiple dresses for me to try on. Its crazy but we ended up with 5 or 6 dresses that we all loved and had the hardest time choosing! What a lovely problem to have! I ended up trying them all on multiple times to try and find the one that stood out. She couldnt have been nicer about it all! I found my dress, veil, and accessories that day. I went in looking for a bridal gown without having an appointment and they were able to accommodate me which was so nice. The store is beautiful and so well organized! I was very impressed, they have a several floors full of beautifully displayed dresses. I worked with Tia and she was amazing! Beautiful building with a large selection of dresses, but the customer service and size range needs a major overhaul. I came here as a bridesmaid for my sisters wedding because we heard they had a large selection of a designer that the whole bridal party had agreed on. As soon as we got upstairs and our associate brought the bridesmaids back to pick out dresses we were scolded and told we were not allowed to pick anything with lace. I asked why that was and I was told “the bride doesn’t want lace” (an absolute lie, my sister was the bride and told us we could wear whatever we wanted if it was available in the same color). When I went back to the dressing room with 0 dresses and told my sister (the bride) what happened she found the associate and told her she didn’t care what we picked out and we would figure out the color later. She disappeared for about 45 minutes, only coming back to ask us if we made our selections and were ready to pay yet. A few of the girls in our party were plus size and couldn’t find any sample dresses outside of size 10-14 and had to just hope the dress they picked out looks good on them in their size. After signing off on the style, size, and color of the dress and paying in full i was upset to see that the associate had written a snarky remark on on my order form that my hips and butt measured large for this size. I specifically bought a dress that was loose fitting on my lower half to avoid having to order up a size and have it taken in on the top, so it was disheartening to read these comments about my measurements. Needless to say, I won’t be purchasing from here in the future.

Can I say this place is actually FANTASTIC!!! Angelina is probably the greatest person I have ever met and for sure my new best friend! She helped me find the wedding dress of my dreams AND my bridesmaids dresses! She is the total package and will make you feel like the princess you are! Kim was an amazing consultant who listened to what I was looking for. They had the dress I had my eye on, and it ended up being exactly what I was looking for. So happy with my experience!

Went here to find the perfect wedding dress for my sister and Sandy was absolutely perfect! She took us up to “Bride Heaven” and took our breath away! She was absolutely amazing to work with and let us take as much time as needed - even though my sister found her dress after trying on her second dress there. Sandy was an absolute pleasure to work with and highly recommend shopping here!

We had a great experience today. They took the tme to find dresses that my daughter might like and some that she wouldnt have picked out. She ended up purchasing one of these dresses and so happy she did.

This is certainly a place to find a beautiful dress, but you are going to pay for it. I have not been so impressed with the service though, the helpers seemed like they were in a rush to get your money and get you out their door. And though they werent necessarily rude, they just didnt seem like they enjoyed their jobs. Maybe its just the ones we got, or maybe they were having a bad day, because we did notice other people who seemed to be getting a lot more service and better service.

I was so happy to come here for my sister. We were looking for a dress and luckily Angelina was our consultant. She was very sweet and helped us with everything. This place was absolutely amazing. Very clean and prrofessional. Kim was so friendly and very personal. She gave such helpful advice and did not make me feel pressured at all. She made the entire experience so much fun. I will definitely be back for my bridesmaids dresses.

I went to 4 other bridal shops before going to fantastic finds. At the other bridal shops the dresses within my price range didnt fit me right and by the time I paid for alterations it would have cost me an arm and a leg. I found a dress at fantastic finds in my price range that fit me like a glove. The design was above and beyond anything I could imagine I would be able to afford. I highly recommend starting your wedding dress shopping here!

Tia was my Master Consultant and I could not say enough wonderful things about how her customer service was above and beyond anything you’d expect. She made the experience so easy and listened to all my concerns, likes and dislikes to help me find my dream dress.The selection of dresses is awesome and excellent quality regardless of your price range. I went here with my best friend who was looking for her wedding dress. Very welcoming reception area and nice staff. Plenty of dresses on multiple levels. We had a nice space that was semi-private with Kim helping us. She was very nice and showed my friend a number of dresses. With Kims advice, she even went for a dress that she wasnt necessarily keen on. We found the perfect gown and walked the runway. The ambience of the store is lovely, with nice music playing and water provided. Would totally recommend coming here and I look forward to coming back.

I can not say enough positive things about Fantastic Finds. After a not so great experience at Beckers Bridal, this store swept me off my feet. Seriously! its like walking into a dream. The bridal floor is absolutely beautiful and everyone working there is amazing. I had the best experience at Fantastic Finds. I was fortunate enough to meet with Kim, who was my consultant as well as the manager of the store. She is one of the kindest people I have ever met and I feel very blessed to have come across her and her store! She has a passion for what she does and she helped me find the dress of my dreams! I recommend fantastic finds to all brides looking for 5 star customer service!!!

Shopping with my sister for her wedding dress has been a great experience. Tia has been so wonderful and helpful. All of the girls have been so friendly and excited with us for my sisters big day. We also got our bridesmaid dresses here and they are awesome quality and Tia was so patient with all of the indecisiveness that went on while we were picking them out!

I am helping my best friend try and find her perfect dress for her upcoming wedding. We live in the Kalamazoo area and there is a very limited selection of bridal stores in our town. After going to Memories and Davids Bridal we decided that we needed to go to one other place just to make sure we found the one. We decided to go to Fantastic Finds because I have had some friends who have had great experiences with them. We call ahead of time to see what time they were open till and also if they could tell us how far it was from Kalamazoo. After the girl on the phone told us they were open till 8 and that they were about and hour and a half from Kalamazoo we decided to make the drive over there. Once we got there the girl at the front desk was very welcoming and got my friend all the paperwork to fill out. She asked us if we had an appointment and we told her that we did not have one but when we called we were not told that we needed one and with it being a Monday night we didnt feel that it would be that big of a deal. After she left to talk to the staff she came back and told us that unfortunately we would not be able to try any dresses on. But we could do a tour of the building and if we found anything we liked we could write it down and come back and try it on. We were absolutely appalled that they would not even work something out so we could try some dresses on. I work in customer service and you should do whatever it takes to help the customer and make them happy. I feel that they lost out on a potential $1000-$2000 sale. I will not recommend this store to anyone and we will be going back to the stores here in Kalamazoo where the customer service was the better than anyone could ask for.

Loved this place! I feel l felt like I was in my own world in the area they had for me to try on my gowns. So many beautiful pieces! The staff were so easy to work with, and so supportive! Highly recommend!

Sandy was seriously so amazing! She was so sweet to work with and nice. She was so patient and not pushy. She helped me find the dress that works perfect for me and my personality. I would highly recommend her to find your wedding dress, she was awesome!

Fantastic Finds was the perfect choice to shop for my bridal gown. They have a huge store, large private dressing rooms with giant mirrors, large and comfortable sitting areas for guests, a massive selection of bridal gowns and other formal dresses, and to top it all off, they have an actual runway. I had a very specific look I was going for, and my bridal consultant Donna was very accommodating. There was a dress made by one of the designers the store carries that I just had to try on, but it was not one of the dresses Fantastic Finds carried. Donna contacted the designer and had them send the dress to the store for me. She was even able to get a new dress in my size for me instead of a sample. So after trying on many dresses during my appointment and finally settling on the dress I ordered, I was able to leave the store with my bridal gown in tow. I was also able to find the perfect veil. Everyone at the store was very friendly, and I had a great experience.
