Anna with Bridal Solutions is AMAZING! She was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to take care of me over the phone. Thank you for being so nice. I felt like one of my friends was helping me and wanted to get me everything I needed to make my big day special!

The store isn’t open yet, but the owner definitely knows what she’s talking about, but it does come off a bit rude. Would recommend for advice, not sure as far as dresses.

It’s horrible due to the pandemic I was unable to get my money back for the dress I purchased February 2020 and she stated that it wasn’t her fault that it was a pandemic (like it was my fault to) she told me to get the dress and do a parade or zoom prom. I’m like no I went through my bank and she lied to them that I received the dress in which I never received the dress the bank still would not give me my money back I went to go see about the dress of course they are closed and so I called her she said she sold the dress now I’m out of $484.00 due to her negligence. Please don’t shop here she is a scam.

Sun is absolutely amazing! She has an artistic eye. She knew what colors worked with my complexion and found the perfect gown to shape my body and my curves. I felt uplifted and confident when I left the store. I cant wait to show off my gown at my pageant.

She is honest with you and cares about your body shape and what you will look like. She enhances all your body curves. She will make you look like a million bucks garenteed! Im currently a senior in high school, and was in need for a dress for my Prom. I didnt want to go to Hannas or Peaches just to get my dress from a place so frequented for its name. I decided to check out Bridal Solutions and I am so glad that I did. There was a wide selection of beautiful dresses in stock. The very first dress I tried on ended up being the one and I bought it that same day. I loved my experience and the dress mama made everything so easy. Shes such an incredible woman and she made the prom dress process quick and easy. Another great part of the store is that they only sell one type of dress to each school, so there wont be any people showing up in the same gown. Overall a great experience.

I went to this shop today in search for a Turn-a-Bout dress. When i went in there, the lady who was helping me was extremely wonderful. The first dress that I tried on was absolutely beautiful, like Cinderella. But, I thought that it would be too much for a simple dance. The second dress that I tried on was even more gorgeous on me, and I just had to have it. Overall, the dresses in her shop are amazing and I highly recommend this dress shop to everyone. Great customer service and reasonable prices for such beautiful dresses.

Great Selection, great price and great service. The owner was very attentive and helpful. She found the perfect dress for my daughter. We were looking for something alittle more conservative and although it was hard to come by, the owner made it happen. She altered the dress the same day! Dubbed the Dress Mama for good reason. Shop here first! You wont be disappointed!

Terrible customer service! I walked in hoping to try on some different style dresses to see what would be best for my body type ( Im petite 5 120 lbs, little curvy). I was told she did appointment only, no big deal I was ready to set up an appointment until the owner asked what style I was interested in...I wanted a mermaid style dress to which she responded with no because Im too short and that style would look bad on me, and then she went on to show me all the style dresses that wouldnt look good on me and not once did she show me a style she thought would look good on me. I went to another store right after and found the perfect dress, it fit me like a glove and guess what? It was a mermaid style dress. Ill never go back to bridal solutions!!

I needed a dress, in two days, for my sons wedding. Sun, aka Dress mama, picked out the perfect dress for me. She even did an alteration. She is amazing! I will never go anywhere else for a formal dress.

Love this place! My aunt used their services for her wedding when I was about 10 years old. Once into high-school my sister and I went back for all of our dresses relating to winter formals and proms. Nothing but perfection! Sun was wonderful and inviting. Always made my mom, sister, and I feel like family.

She dresses them selves were gorgeous but the customer service was poor, the attendant was comparable at all. She didnt allow my niece to try on what we requested, she pulled what she thought was fit for my niece and I felt like she did it because we were black and the dressed were plain as ever she (the owner) choose. Then she rushed us out because she had a prior appointment and said that she only takes 1 person at a time which I didnt think was professional at all. I wont ever go back again.

My wife LOVED it! SAVED money here as supposed to Davids Bridal! You wont be disappointed.

This post is long overdue, even though the wedding I was in was just under a month ago.Dressmama did a fabulous job on my dress. I have some physical challenges which caused me not to be able to wear most of the bridal dresses I liked. However, when I explained (and showed) these challenges to Dressmama, she made suggestions on how to make her ideas work for the dress I had chosen from her shop, and then she completely transformed that dress into something that was perfect! I could not believe how beautiful it was!Not only that, Dressmama would not release me with that dress until she was satisfied! She not only does excellent work when tailoring her dresses, but she is honest enough to tell you what might not look good on you. This is admirable!I will have to send photos of my dresses later because I could not upload them, but I could not wait another day and not express my sincere gratitude for the awesome work Dressmama did!I will definitely make this store (and Dressmama) my go-to for any future formal events! The consultant was extremely RUDE to my 17 year old daughter. We were there on 4/13/2015. We then found out 2 of my daughters friends were there last week and got the same crappy attitude !

Very RUDE from the phone call, not inviting at all!!!!! Then to hear of all their problems ordering dresses that dont fit people is not the customers problem.
